The shipping of the card is totally free.

This company accepts registration from any country unlike those before them and you can use your document or any document that contains the name you registered with.

I thought about this other fees also until when i checked their fees table and i discovered that there are 2 types of cards, personal and corporate, corporate charges are costly around 1% while personal card loading charges is around 0.3% or less.

Over all, the card maintenance is very cheap and give everybody to own an offshore bank account in Europe.
