Just wanted to check if bter.com is legit.

Are you guys able to withdraw your funds? I've tried BTC, LTC and FTC - no withdrawal worked so far!

I withdrew this afternoon.. No problem at all, received the transfer within second..

withdrawing some BTC now, it's waiting to be processed :)

I withdrew BTC earlier today. Deposits took a while to get confirmations, but withdrawals were quick for me.

It is legit so far.  Deposited ~400CNC and withdrawn a little over 1BTC so far.  Anybody know how long this exchange has been in operation?

No issues withdrawing from bter.

bter.com works fine, i have sent money both ways without problems.

3 Things they need to fix.

Lock email and use email verification on transfer.
Need more option on the daily limit.
Auto withdraw payment system.

totally fine, some withdrawals are automatic some have to be released manually... write to support they are very kind and release it very quickly.

Withdraw and deposit work fine so far. It's legit.

I always get the error message "Invalid fund password". I am assuming this "fund password" is the same as my login password, no?

There seems to be no way to change password, eMail - or anything at all - under "My Account".

Where do I get this "fund password" from? I never had to set it.

just withdrawed 3.3btc this moment, on the blockchain imidiately. 

When you create account, you have to fill in fund password.

Oh s**t! Now I remember. Thought I could change this later. But there's no way to change anything related to "My Account". That's not good.

Placed a BTC withdraw request maybe an hour ago, nothing else but "processing" status showing on the site. Support email sent, lets see where this goes.

It seems to take time for +10BTC withdrawals from Bter, some manual approving seems to be in place.

Works well for me.

But I still transfer all my funds out as soon my trades are closed.  ;)

fine for me. couple deposits and a transfer out

I did 2 CNC/BTC trades today: in and out without any issus.I also liked the 4 confirmations min limit.

Fine for me as well, got my withdraw instantly actually.

10BTc withdraw 30 minutes "processing" and nothing yet... Getting Pissed... If i had broke it up into 2BTC at a time I would have it by now.

100% ok for me.

Withdrawn several times.

I finally got notification by bitcoin client after an hour of waiting. If you withdraw more than 10BTC break it up into 3 or 4BTC withdraws to get it instantly instead of hours later.

Trying to pull out 30BTC...been sitting in "Processing" now for over 15 minutes.

6 BTC seems to get instant transfer. I guess the limit is <10BTC for instant delivery.

I have nothing to do with the exchange, but I'm quite happy using them and think it would probably be fair if you would add something like [works now, my mistake] to the OP title since this thread has been floating on page 1 all day and makes them look like the biggest scam :D

Thats weird, all my BTC withdrawals are usually done in 20 minutes.

Working fine for me. I withdraw a few BTC (I got an error 500 after click on "Withdraw" but appear on history immediately and processed 5 minutes later).

actually their withdrawal and deposit worked faster for me than at ANY other exchange, and I've tried at least 5 or so.
transactions showed up instantly without delay both ways. amount of confirmations displayed was in sync with that in my wallet.

That's correct.

I tried bter.com too.

Everything working fine and withdrawals to my wallet are surprising fast.

Getting 404 error connecting to bter.com (isitdown agrees).
Anyone know if this happens often for this site?

same from me, 404 error. Maybe the server crashed.

im using them everyday , no problems !

The fund password is different you set it when you signed up remember?

I'm having the same issue now, despite having withdrawn some funds not 30 minutes ago (I'm not over daily limit).
There is a 'reset fund password' link to the left side,
I've tried this 3 times now, gone back to original password to no avail.

It's 100% legit.

They have not sent my reset link for the PW reset to withdraw funds...

Well thanks for taking 4 days worth of mining out of my hands. Last time I trust a new exchange.

I e-mailed them about that. I'm sure they'll fix it if a few more people let them know :)

I have received all my withdraws almost immediately. Even when I messed up the last withdraw by inputting a bogus address, support answered my email in 5 minutes and cancelled it.

They are very prompt in answering e-mails. Even though their exchange is buggy, they have the best customer service.

They fixed the order book and they added another decimal place :(

I tried in the morning and all worked fine... weird

What's up with "processing" stuff on ltc withdrawal, it's like that for some hour or so

Haven't had an issue with btc payouts from them.  Only wish they didn't round values so much, every decimal counts!

Apparently for large withdrawals they do it manually. Not sure what they consider a large amount though.

I withdrew in this morning. No problem at all, just received the coins within seconds.

Had the same issue - then I realized it's different name for what is usually refferd to as "PIN"

I feel like I'm being scammed here.

I'm having trouble withdrawing my BTC because I can't remember my fund password. I however know my email address but it's telling me that my email address doesn't exist.

So I email them about this and this is their response.

I am afraidthe email associated to the account is xxxxx@hgmail.com
To change your email ,the following information is required:
Your username, email associated to your username, a picture of your id card and a picture of your face and id card together(holding your id card besides your face and taking a picture).

wth...

Getting this massage when trying to withdrawal:

BTC withdrawal is temporarily disabled due to the local policy. :-\

Anybody knows what to do?
