Post by: BitcoinHodler on June 08, 2017, 11:34:17 AM if the paper is for an altcoin's private key then i am afraid (without knowing which altcoin you are talking about) there is a pretty good chance your only option is to download that altcoin's wallet from its website or github repository, then sync with the network by downloading the whole blockchain and then spend the funds by importing or sweeping the paper wallet in that client.
