How can I deposit on an exchange site?

if the paper is for an altcoin's private key then i am afraid (without knowing which altcoin you are talking about) there is a pretty good chance your only option is to download that altcoin's wallet from its website or github repository, then sync with the network by downloading the whole blockchain and then spend the funds by importing or sweeping the paper wallet in that client.

Import the private key into an online or desktop wallet and transfer from there, exchanges don't let u import the private keys directly.

their announcement topic is even locked![2] you can still ask on the pool topic. they may have something[3] but don't get your hopes up.
