zcash-cloud.com Is It Real ?
Or Scam?

I just ordered the cheapest miner and paid with eth, even though my payment has been confirmed 5 times order still says pending. Had to contact support, now I wait. If they're real, their instant activation is broken.

Support contacted me back asking if I wanted to upgrade. They wanted me to send some BTC to a specific btc address but only before activation of my miner. I refused and asked actication of my already purchased miner. No reply anymore.

Www.zasch-cloud.com is a scam for me so far

hey guys. I bought from zcash cloud a few weeks ago. My service is running however I ordered 4,000 sols/s and got 3700 sols/s.
I contacted support and was directed to FAQ where they advise there may be a difference of 2% but mine is much larger. They said they would fix it but need to stop my mining for 24 hours. Not sure if they are trying to scam. I don't want my mining to stop. They do payout everyday so far.

Myself and a friend bought service using coinpayment's and it failed! I contacted support and got no reply I then contacted then calling them scammers. person at support told me that we had been scammed and I got really pissed off  THEN ! I got an Email with loggin in info's and it works great! messaged back being like whats the deal ? and got told me they was just having a laugh with me***TOTALLY NOT FUNNY***  perhaps called scam to early.Service is good.Interface could use some work but but we all good.Does the owner use this forum.

I finally received my miner and it's going fast! They offered me 1000sol/s but gave me 4000sol/ thanks zcash-cloud!

Keep quiet because that is a serious fuck up. I have always been fucked over by crypto. Always selling at the wrong time & getting screwed & scammed & not getting rich like everyone else. This time things are different but why not fuck up and give me more hashing power. Your a lucky SOB enjoy your luck.Do not use the auto convert to BTC on the dashboard control panel I dont know where they get the rate from but thinking should have got more BTC for the ZEC I exchanged. Contacted support no reply yet.

the site is ok. customer service is slow and the auto convert to BTC seems to be ripping me off . still waiting on support email back. On a plus note i have nearly mined my first whole ZEC.
I just went to upgrade and they have changed the prices. Its now way more expensive than it used to be.

My gut tells me this is some shady stuff. The website looks like pre-y2k and not much info is given. However chat was fast and informative but it was pretty limited.. I´ll skip I think.

In my opinion, if a cloud mining just came out then it would not get scam. Because they still have a lot of injections of funds, so that they can still be acquired the payments from investors for long. But if you get cloud mining long standing there is the possibility of a scam they will experience faster, so if you want to have a lot of advantages then look for someone who thinks positively. because it will only use you huge profits

Visited and checked the site, there's no SSL which it's not provide the professionalism, there's no information about the company profile include the team and mining proof.
No doubt it will be turn scam sooner or later.

By now the order got cancelled according to their My Account page.
They didn't send my any e-mail. In their chat I don't get any response and the contact form doesn't seem to work as well.
I sent them an e-mail - let's see if I get any response on that...

Hello everyone your now speaking to order 19 . I want to help you of you with any questions you may have since Iv have been using the site for 7 months now I am clued up about the system and have some helpful "tip and tricks" to pass along to help get the most out of your package. I am able to contact 90% of the staff via chat app.

1. Coin payments - Spoke with the dudes at support  - If you pay a small fee the payment system times out after 1 hour and says your order has been cancelled. It gets fixed don't stress out.

2. Slow support - The price of everything has went up up and then up those dudes is working flat out to cope with huge demand.

3. A new payments system is being coded to work much better. They said it will be about 1 week. Order are still being filled in 12 hours or less. Users who must wait longer than 3 hours have been awarded 50 sol/s extra on their products.

4. Been handed top secret information by one of the customer service staff - Use discount code "10zec" for 10% off at checkout.

Had to help a customer who used two discounts codes. It say's on the FAQ only to use one discount code per order or there will be delay's in getting your account setup. Customer support was online and the customer has got his package all sorted. Let this be a warning NOT to use more than one code per order.

By now I finally got my login data...
But the login data sent to me doesn't work for the mining dashboard. I already had a short chat with the support in which they insisted that the login data works.
After entering the login details on the mining dashboard, I immediately get another login prompt and the login data is not being accepted.

I have got absolutely no clue what else I can do now!

i am still waiting for them to reply to my email for activating my account. Yesterday the support was really fast hope they'll answer soon.

They always fix all issues. Zcash went 10x in price . I can only imagine how busy they are  :o :o :o :o :o

@Raccoon14: I have not got any email from them by now. The only pieces of information I got from them were via chat. None of my emails have been answered by them... One question: How did you get your username?

There seems to be no standard expressions to the usernames. I will post an online demo of me logging in and using the dash board control panel.
Support told me the abilty to mine zclassic will be available shortly.

Seen these login issues loads. Support always get them fixed. Some people even just copy out from the email and dont take the space away from the end of the username.

Correct my friend the balances are one block behind. Its makes some sense I guess allows time to distribute funds depending on the shares. The pool uses PPLNS. I am not expert on the subject.I am sure google can give you more information but I think PPLNS gives you more ZEC over a long time period compared to PPS which has a static price per share. I am far from an expert but let google be your friend.

It's been one week now since I ordered. Still no working login data. And I haven't reached anyone from support in two days.
The last chat has been closed by the support before providing any help...

I doubt that I will ever get working login data.

I contacted support. They said when a low fee is paid using coin payments the ordering system times out after 1 hour and a username and password is not generated. They are working hard to fix all customer issues and will compensate all customers who have had issues.
They also told me they are taking on more support staff to handle support requests they have been extremely busy since zcash price went up as demand for services has been great. You can email directly to support@zcash-cloud.com instead of using the live chat service. Staff aim to handle all support emails within 24 hours.Support told me that at some points they have so many people on the live chat system that it crashes and the whole server needs rebooted.They have just repeated the fact that more staff are being taken on and everything will be fixed and made good.
I have been in contact with zcash cloud alot and they have offered me a moderator position on the new forum that will be open in the coming weeks  ;D

Well, they should think about not having payments timeout so soon. I have had a few payments in the near past, where payments didn't go through within 1 hour despite setting high transaction fees. Bitcoin is really operating at its limit right now...

I already sent two emails to support@zcash-cloud.com during the last week. Never got an answer there.
I left a message when the chat was offline about 14 hrs ago. Let's see if I get a response to that (should be the same as sending a mail to support@zcash-cloud.com).

The API system used for Average Bitcoin Price in our system changed problems of any kind with usernames is fixed. We will now begin the task of fixing the 5% of new accounts affected and contacting each customer in the next day.

I figure they are small scale (less than 1000 rigs) because top package is like 4000 sol/s unless you buy it more times . I think some cards do like 400 sol/s . you in theory that's like 2 whole mining rigs maybe depend on card type used ? Decent ROI  . Its good maths

I sent them another email about 26 hrs ago. No reply until now.

They still want me to upgrade my package while i havent received my orderd one yet >:(

I seen on the message board that everyone who had issues is getting offered cheap upgrade to the top package ! I wish my account had been fucked up lol.
