Hello,

I withdrew ETH from Poloniex to myetherwallet a few hours ago but the TXid cannot be locate on etherscan.io.

The TXid is 0xa5ca63f8fa19e7e66b0729d470352d8d4516b6e6a9f21ef6671ce5b0a6b3f5f9 .

Can anyone kindly advise please? Thank you.

Same problem here. Can't find the solution yet. Maybe we need to wait a few days/weeks/months... till this new generation system will make a simple transaction.

It looks like Poloniex has not yet forwarded the coin,there are delays from them before forwarding the coin and so is the reason you wont be able to find that in the blockchain,just wait for them to send the coins or contact their customer support about the delay.

Thanks! Sadly most of the exchanger's support out there are overload. It going to be a nightmare to contact them.

Is there anyway to check that this is not due to ETH's mempool being overloaded?

I think it safe to conclude now that the problem is related with Poloniex.

Already trying to reach polo's support.

There was a major bottle neck with ethereum transactions, i believe cause by the Bancor ico today.

Do kindly update when you get a response. I really hope it won't take more take a week...

Btw in polo withdrawals history txid has changed.

Got my ETH as well but I think Poloniex's communication can be a little better.

I had the same issue with ETH.
However now the ETH has been sent but the same issue has arisen with a Golem withdrawal.


Withdrew a decent amount of GNT.
It shows complete with TXID but nothing on etherscan.

Been over 24hrs since I opened a support ticket.


Any advice guys?

Poloniex has problem on system of withdrawal coins, they are under maintenance it will be fixed soon
all of withdrawal coins will be normal so keep calm,
i knew it from the last updating poloniex's tweeter, everything will be fine i guess,
we just needs wait up to everything goes normal.

Have an issue with depositing Ether - it is not even appearing as being processed in the deposit history. It has been more than 6 hours and there have been a lot of confirmations.
I sent quite a lot (20 eth) and I am getting worried now.

What happened you received your ether?

For 7 hours the transaction ID is invalid but the ethereum not received.

Nothing yet.... And i made a test transfer from bittrex and it was instant. This problem is with poloniex.

At first my Txid was be - 0xd1e58135ede4baab8597252aefa8d38d864cb06c16f2e82e892b5e7686895598
Then they change it after a while - 0x1aa25906773f927c83a6e2573bdc8b195c08af26a9a3d7e7a3c4d684d7631625

All of them incorrect Txid. Really I can't understand why?

P.S. Maybe they should hire good programmers from Russia.
Looks like Poloniex cannot fix anything, also any small issues.

It changes because it's rebroadcast, the old tx id errored, and their automated system is probably buggy and can not resend it properly.

I'm still waiting on my eth but i think they'll eventually send it.

Poloniex always has problem with coins. Your Txid changed after a while also?

Me neither.... Has been nearly 4 days now.... No response whatsoever to my support ticket either

my ETH finally arrived ~48 hours after withdrawal from Polo - but with another TX ID, this one which is shown at Polo is still unknown at Etherscan. Ok eased, main thing is that they arrived. Nevertheless, my trust into Polo is down meanwhile, their current level is just a confession of failure. It can't be that my pulse is rising to 180 every time I click at "withdrawal" there... I guess if this would switch to "awaiting approval" some day, I will get a heart attack. +_+

Hi - Just to give a bit of hope, fellas. Considering its money and there are always people who end-up into serious situations when there's a sudden uncertainty regarding there lost money. 

Have been using Poloniex for 6 odd months, no problem whatsoever. Just yesterday a withdrawal was stuck using ETH. The status said complete but the transaction wouldn't show on etherscan.io. Raised a ticket and was expecting the worst having read through the numerous 'waiting for 2 months for support'. Just got a response a few minutes back ( within 24 hours ) and the ticket is resolved. Now I appreciate things would be different from situation to situation but this is what I noted:

 
1 - The transaction Id has changed since i raised the ticket. Think its a bug that poloniex requires manual intervention in. Curiously, the new transaction has "0xbad" in the beginning. The older transaction still doesn't show on etherscan.io
2 - I consider myself technically pretty aware.
3 - I left a message on their twitter account right before the resolution. Cannot point to it as the reason for early resolution with full confidence since (unless they use fuzzy logic matching) they couldn't not tell which ticket was being talked about on the twitter. I didn't leave any ticket number.
4 - Their support page signup doesn't accept my normal poloniex login so had to register using another email address. Had to login using that account and identify my actual poloniex account as the problem-account.
5 - You get an email to the support-page sign-up account.
6 - Chrome didn't work for registering for the support account (this may be a configuration issue with my pc only). Resorted to using Explorer. 

Wherever you can, try keeping your coins offline and backed up. Any online exchange is a bad practice for long-time holding. If you really have to keep money on exchanges, choose multiple exchanges. Other bigger ones are bittrex, bitfinex etc.

Having said all this, this was my first interaction with their support and went great, though the inability to access them in any other way being completely in a dark with absolutely no time-line of response indication was frustrating to say the least.

i've mined a eth pointed to a Poloniex address, but haven't had the pool deposit it yet.  Is ETH still suspended with Poloniex?  I'm assuming I can't get my pool to send my eth to a different address right?  Thanks.

edit: worst part is, I sent a test tx before and after and they both worked.

I have the same problem and I sent mine to support. The odd thing is I tried sending a small amount before sending in the large amount, the first transaction( small amount ) went through in just seconds, but the large transaction after that didn't went through. Y_Y

What is going wrong with Poloniex? I've had the same problem with an NMC withdrawl. 2 weeks with the status "completed" and nothing showing up.
The customer support there is horrific.

My Eth withdrawal from polo says Complete, but for the TXid etherscan says Transaction not found. Should wait or raise tickets, any idea? been 2-3 hours now

you just have to wait. They have a backlog. I got mine in 2/3 days

I have same problem with my LTC withdrawal.
When I checked under withdrawal history at Polo, it changed from yesterday.

Go the same issue with ZEC withdrawal from Poloniex... The transaction ID cannot be found on the ZEC block-chain - therefore is invalid. The funds are gone from my account. Ticket still not responded after 20 hours.
However, what's more intriguing is that a very small amount of ZEC I withdrew before went through with no problems. Hm... Not sure what's happening here.

Anybody tried recently to get ZEC out of Poloniex ?

Same here  >:( withdrew litecoin from poloniex to send straight to bleutrade. When i search for the recieve adress in the litecoin blockchain it only shows a transaction i made to bleutrade a few days ago. The withdrawal in poloniex is marked completed, but the txid isnt showing up in the litecoin blockchain. I thought i did something wrong, checked the recieve adress like 500 times by now.

Already filed a ticked in polo's service center. This is sooo screwing with me... actually my first bad experience in crypto...
