Title: Poloniex Ticket number order and resolution time
Post by: Goaheadz on June 20, 2017, 05:23:58 PM
Hi,

Since a lot of people like me, still waiting for Poloniex support reply, and we dont have any idea of when it will being addressed, i would like to propose everyone to put here the ticket number, resolved or not, and how many days it toke or its taking. ???

If this is being processed by ticket number (lowest to highest) maybe we could have an idea of when we may expect an answer.

So....i have 2 tickets:

- 236183 - 16 June 4:57PM - being processed - Never received feedback - 4 Days
- 237096 - 17 June 12:00AM - being processed - Never received feedback - 3 Days 18Hours

If you have a better idea..i am all ears.
G.

- 244943 - 20 June 4:00AM -  being processed - Never received feedback - 0 Days

First impression:
8760 tickets where created just in 4 days after a created mine.

If you find a ticket number that as been solved, please tell us...that way we can calculate how many days we will still be alone.

- There where 108631 tickets opened from 22 May till 19 June - 2 months
- Longest waiting ticket is 2 months old
- More then 1000 tickets are created per day
- In the last 4 days, more then 2100 tickets where created per day
- We can still say...for now... that tickets are being solved by order of ticket number.
- I am sure that we can assume at least 3 tickets average per person..around 36000 tickets to be solved by support

Keep your records coming.
Please help in making more statistics
Please copy my post and edit it when you make a reply. Also update days

I know this may not help solve tickets faster, but at least we know what to expect and feel that we are not alone :(

If we dont find a "resolved ticket" soon..then we should be worried.

I can see that I may need to wait for months for my money.

Am I right that Poloniex is providing NO information about what is going on? I need to liquidate my other assets because of these guys.

I wish I would have sold my ETH for BTC, withdrawn BTC to another exchange, and bought ETH. This is what hell is like. I will avoid Polo in the future when feasible.

- We can still say...for now... that tickets are being solved by order of ticket number.

I am not sure about that.
I've had a deposit issue 2-3 days ago, it was not credited (not even visible) after 12 hours although it had plenty of confirmations on the chain.
I made a ticket (246100) and in less than 6h my account was correctly credited.

Of course, there's a chance the issue was fixed while fixing something else, since my ticket is still in the "being processed" state, but for now I'm a happy customer (however, you guys are scaring me)

I can see that I may need to wait for months for my money.

I made a couple of withdrawals in the last few days and they were successful.

So, this means that tickets are not processed in order. Are they selective for the type of ticket to respond? Maybe they ignore certain type of tickets like "Awaiting Approval" on purpose?

My ticket: #252867 Awaiting Approval - 2017-06-20 13:13:07

The number of tickets...

There are about 60k users everyday on Poloniex.
So obviously... Obviously they just can't solve 10k tickets everyday

You imagine? 10k tickets EVERY DAY????

I'd say your ticket will be answered more likely if:
-You're an old user
-you trade a lot so generate lots of fees
-you haven't oppened too much tickets already

Im an old user (almost 4 years), a lot of trades, one ticket and they delayed 3 days in reply my ticket of Frozen/Compromissed, now I have to wait till they see my reply and unfreeze my account. So 72 hours to only reply my ticket, one important ticket about security. Things are going bad, imagine if you get hacked, you will lose all your funds the hacker has all the time in world to play with your account and laugh at you.

Receiving an automatic response is not equal to problem being addressed by a person.

"I am sorry to inform you but, the ETH network is under heavy stress at the moment and some withdrawals are not being broadcast correctly.
Rest assured we will rebroadcast your withdrawal as soon as possible, thank you for your patience and I am sorry for the inconvenience."

When i opened my ticket, i also received an email, saying that they where sorry and with steps on how to secure/frozen account.
They have done nothing...just an automatic reply.

I believe that when someone looks at your ticket, you will be assign to a real person taking care of ticket.

Theres nothing to do with old, or my problem would be solved already...maybe not as old as Wolf :)
They solve wallets, network, website issues etc...then support to tickets

I also agree that security should be a priority...I was able to change poloniex password, even-thought hacker activated 2FA in my account...grrrr...but how long will the hacker take to break the new password and gain acess again to play with coins!
Maybe hacker is now trying to break my email password...and then i will loose all my funds.

Unacceptable
G.

You have a point here, and also the number 3 statement is so true. How many of the ticket are duplicate/followup complain? it adds to the bulk of complain to be processed and lessen the time to attend more clients. Also, I hope Polo can do something about this lag, it tarnish your costumer services.

NO idea what you are talking about. My ticket was assigned to an agent after I talked to the verification agent via skype. And it is 29 days and 7h+

None of this is true.

There is a huge influx of new traders on one side and regulations/security on the other side. Its 2013 all over again. Been there done that...

Lol. It doesn't change anything.
I'm still sure what I said is applied, even strictlier because of the numerous new users.
What do you believe? That they take the tickets randomly?

No, they resolve the tickets of their best customers first, of those who don't complain too much, of those who used their service for a long time.
Seems logical from a business perspective.

Well, i have the same problem Wolf had, but my ticket number is 236183..older.
Wolf was able to get an agent and problem solved in 4 days...I am still waiting for 7 days now.

I am starting to agree that they dont care about ticket order.

Wolf, did you had 2FA enabled in your account? Are you tier 1 ,2 3 etc?

Having to check everyday for freshdesk reply is just pain, plus seen that i am losing money everyday :(
I will soon get out for vacation...with limited or no internet access..what will happen then, if i get an answer from agent, but i dont reply to him? Go back to the end of the line?

dammit

Thanks for the Grammatical tip :p

It's just obvious logic:
-They have too much tickets, they can't solve everything
-They have to decide who they'll let rot until the end of times

When you're a company, if you have to chose and help only 10% of your customers... Who are you going to help?
The little bugger who bought one pencil in 3 years?
Or the polite guy who complains for the first time even though he bought 3 cars this month already?

And you are ok with this (your opinion of course)?
So, they will only fix the "whales" problems and the others will have no access to their money in years?
It doesn't mater if you have a cent or millions...cause millions of users with just 1dollar each, its still milllions of dollars.

Hundreds of costumers doing law suits against Polo is pretty dangerous
Millions of costumers upset, spreading the bad news, bad opinions all over the place, websites etc etc is problematic...Its causes panic and costumers will move to other exchanges (whales and others).
No new users will create account there.

To kill a company reputation 10% of opinions may not be enough...but the remaining 90% make more noise for less money.

So i have 2 BTCs looked in my account...for me thats alot of money....so i just need to wait that BTC gets to 1million dollars each so i can re-gain access to account?
Then i will be considered as a whale, or by that time my account would have disappeared...shame shame shame.

Lets keep hope.
In Polo i trust...for Now.
G.

Folk keep doing this, but it's not going to get their query solved any faster. All it does is create duplication and increase the backlog.

I'm a Polo user since early 2014.
During this time I opened 4 tickets, 3 of them regarding level verification.
I never doubled my last ticket even after almost a month without an answer.
And I'm stuck with...let's just say a lot of money on that last ticket.

So, how come I don't qualify as a good customer?

I can't login and when I try to reset my password I get no email most of the time, but when I do it has a link to the reset password page I just used.
Of course I can't raise a ticket because I'm not logged in.

I just had to create a new account here as this forum told me it had sent emails but hadn't , then told me that my username was taken but when I used it to reset password....this username doesn't exist!

Any help would be appreciated. 👍🏻

For Support from Poloniex, you must use poloniex.freshdesk.com
User name and password is not the same as poloniex.com. You must create a new user for freshdesk.

Regarding emails...look at you junk directory at mailbox..sometimes mails dont get into inbox listing.

Altcoin555,

Glad to ear things got solved for you...26 days...thats to much..but at least its getting solved.
Have to wait another 51000 tickets till they get to my issue.

Best regards
G.

Goaheadz, good job on this thread, please keep the list managed so people are informed.

Poloniex just resolved my withdrawal issues after 3 weeks. People, don't worry, they will help you - just give them some time. Apparently the reason for the delay is due to people making the same tickets multiple times which slows down the support time for everyone. They are hiring new people to help the support backlog.

I can now sleep well again at night.  :D

So it looks like they are handling some tickets out of the order we are expecting.

Goaheadz, good job on this thread, please keep the list managed so people are informed.

I would guess that they have different teams for different problems.
- When someone does a withdraw it is addressed manually..usually instantaneously or the day after.
- If theirs a wallet problem when you do a withdraw it will take more time and be fixed automatically when they fix wallet issues..
- 2FA enable makes things faster
- They may still need to transfer funds from cold wallet to live wallet to have enough founds to transfer. BITCOIN and ALTs raising to quick made a lot of people make withdraws as quickly.
- There is a team just to clean duplicate tickets..this i am sure. This team can be less expert in cryto and security or its just there job!
- There are others experts in the team that take care of frozen accounts, and this takes way more time due to security measurements.

So yes..i can conclude that tickets are not resolved by number but by subject, and by different teams.

Heres an update...if you and resolved you ticket please help us keep this list.
It is important for us that still needs help in ticket solving.

Yes...finally today my ticket was resolved...30 days after i open it....and i got my account back. uffff

Luckily no coins where withdraw, and since hacker sold my alt coins to BTC, i should thank hacker for making those transactions...
..he helped me cutting my losses, from ETH to BTC etc etc. To bad he didnt pass all my crypto to FIAT. He would give me more profit.

Well...i have to say that 30 days is along wait for ticket resolution, but Poloniex in not dead...and i am glad for that.

Dont lose fate...your ticket will be adressed.

My ticket for a stuck factom deposit has been pending for 71 days, ticket number #206073 and I have not created additional tickets. In fact I've seen many people with tickets 100,000 behind me get resolved, no idea why. What's the point of a ticket number if they don't get resolved in order?

Poloniex is not safe. I finally drove to their "Corporate Offices" in Wilmington, Delaware, USA because I could not get support for my reoccurring $3000+ stuck cryptocurrency deposits.

This is what I found (read post 6 for the best way I have found to get help within hopefully one week):

Ticket # 329459 - processing since 6th June (101 Days)

Maidsafe deposit never arrived up in my wallet.
I raised one other ticket in the hopes to maybe create some urgency but haven't heard a peep.
I'll report back here if I ever have it resolved.

Dude, I'm so sorry.

I found that the best way to get the quickest help is to make sure you create a support account with the "same email" as the Polo account you're having trouble with, and submit the support request/trouble ticket from it. If you submit from a linked account, even if it is your main account, Polo will ignore you.

bitwarrior that's great!! But yeah, nobody should have to deal with the $#ell of being ignored for 60+ days by the financial institution "safeguarding" their asset.

I would not doubt it that Tristan/Poloniex has been hacked, but that he has managed to appear to make things work. It almost seems to be the plausible reason for his neglect. I hope he pulls out of it on top. But I'm not taking any chances right now.

Dont be surprised, many have heard about hitbtc.com this is another exchange like polniex. The evidence seems hitbtc.com is controlled by the fbi .They ask for peoples information scans etc and then do not release the money. They just want to collect information. They have been in business 4 years, everythi from a  shell company in delewaare and stealing from the people and nothing happens. These centralized exchanges are controlled almost 100% by the fbi .With hitbtc.com you people are going with a fake front made a by a lawyer, he created the fbi a delware shell companying to be surprised on day when you see how the new world order is taking over all of the movement of your money. I was robbed by this conspiracy named hitbtc.com for 130k usd,  why because it is not a company but a spying organization owned by the usa government., do yourself a favor and read about what is the Georgia guide-stones, they are planning your murder and no evil is out of their reach

What is the correct procedure for withdrawal completed succesfully, but coins (PASCs) are not on the network at all.  More than 2+ months and they are completely missing.

2500 PASC is a lot for me.  Maybe not for the account that was somehow able to withdraw 1 million in about 5 days without doing a 1 coins test.

He/she accumulated since end of last year and they were not worried about polo issues.  Smells like nonsense to me.

I never keep my coins on an exchange, so for someone to keep 1 million PASC on polo for a year and somehow not being worried that they will go missing....

Did your ticket get sorted already? I made the same mistake but I sent different coins. My mistake is that I have sent 846 viacoins from my ledger to a vertcoin address on Poloniex. I have created a support ticket and it is 39 days old now. How long did yours take to get solved/is yours solved?

it is 47 days ago that I sent 846/all my Viacoins from my ledger to a Vertcoin address on Poloniex exchange now... and my ticket number is #712739. I hope Poloniex will help me soon. I am worried because those 846 viacoins are my entire portfolio. Currently its worth only about 2000 usd, but I used to have 10 grand worth of it, when the price was before the crash.
Dear Polo...if you read this, please Please help me with my ticket #712739.
Does anybody have a clue how long it takes untill these type of issues finally go resolved?

Ticket # 329459 - processing since 6th June (101 Days)

Maidsafe deposit never arrived up in my wallet.
I raised one other ticket in the hopes to maybe create some urgency but haven't heard a peep.
I'll report back here if I ever have it resolved.

I had my ticket resolved a couple of weeks ago, in total I had to wait about 10 months. They clearly don't have a very efficient system in place over there.

Good luck to you all, make a thread on the reddit poloniex page, I'm not sure if this helped but mine was resolved not long after I opened one myself.

I sent all of my VIACOINS from my Ledger to a Vertcoin adress on Poloniex as a mistake. This is completely unacceptable!
