Title: BURST mining exploit or botnet? Post by: rico666 on June 26, 2017, 09:10:59 AM I'm observing some weird happenings on the BURST network for the past 2 days.
Searching for reasons, I stumbled across this: http://forums.burst-team.us/topic/6390/has-pajeet-found-an-exploit-in-the-mining-system/264 (need Account, Twitter Account or use Google Cache) Can someone please comment on that? Is BURST doomed? Seems after the rally of the past week, we're about to see some bloody waterfalls. Title: Re: BURST mining exploit or botnet? You only notice that you don't have much free space (depending on how much space is being used, likely not all of them) while CPU/GPU mining causes lags and fan noise due to heat so it's easier to notice. And I'd guess you could Burst mine even on stuff like Raspberry PIs or even smartphones without their owner easily noticing them. Title: Re: BURST mining exploit or botnet? Is it a some sort of exchange? or platform that is necessary for crypto transaction? I think its another negative news here on crypto that should be looked at. |
