Title: The worst support

Who has the worst support in industry? My vote is for polo.

Coinbase is up there as well.  I recall reading about a case of someone who got their funds stolen from Coinbase, and the support still didn't respond for over a week.

All crypto related customer service teams are absolutely appalling.

There's a Service Discussion (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=85.0) section for these kind of things...

Polo. Pathetic.

Blockchain.info, shit, coinbase is ok but they are slow. Polo is sssslow. Like, 5-7 business days for a complicated ticket. Bittrex is usually good but I did have a ticket that was "lost" for a while and I ended up opening a new one that got resolved within a few days. Xapo, not bad really. I didn't have an issue with their speed.

Had good support from Blockchain.info and Polo to be honest.

Best support I've had was from Bittrex.

Not sure who the worst support would be, I have had issues with users on here before and staff wouldn't hand over their IP/Email even though I proved I'd been scammed, so maybe Bitcointalk staff  ;D

Everyone has different experiences with different providers, The one who is good in my eyes need not necessarily be good for others, and there is no universal metric to define them in one word. OP should have asked for the worst experience one had, it would have been enjoyable and educative to read all the experiences.

worst support?
think Yobit wins in this nomination hands down, head and shoulders "above" the rest
sometimes you can feel like you are throwing coins into a wishing well when you send them support tickets
other than that-cool exchange :)

I have to agree yobit support is kind of disappointing, I think the support in that site is not active, it took a very long time to response and sometimes there are no response at all, if from casino I got a bad experience from fortunejack

I must have to agree too that yobit is the worst support ever than those mentioned sites, their support takes weeks and even month/s before they contacted you back with the support ticket you made thats why you need to avoid this exchange so you can't experience what others did before. ;)

Who has the worst support in industry? My vote is for polo.

1. Poloniex
2. Yobit
3. Coinbase
4. Changelly(though their customer support is actually quite active, but there are just so many issues).

I must have to agree too that yobit is the worst support ever than those mentioned sites, their support takes weeks and even month/s before they contacted you back with the support ticket you made thats why you need to avoid this exchange so you can't experience what others did before. ;)

Yobit has definitely never been above median for customer support, and nor have they improved over the years even though there are hundreds if not thousands of accusations opened against them for crappy customer support. But, poloniex right now is on a different level. It's evident that they are trying to end all communication between the staff and the customers, by removing the trollbox, delaying withdrawals and deposits, customer support never responding to anything. At least yobit is willing to take on new shitcoins for a fee, poloniex doesn't even open new markets anymore.

being slow to answer is bad but i wouldn't call it "worse support" because at least they answer you at some point and your problem will be fixed eventually.

a worst support in my opinion is when they not only never answer you but also they don't care and they don't fix the problems. and with that definition you have Yobit as your only candidate. 90% of their wallets are dead and they have countless wallets listed. the remaining 10% wallets only have funds in a handful of them such as bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin and the rest are either empty or fake. good luck getting an answer apart from "it will be fixed soon" out of them :P

Yeah, i think polo and yobit probably ties as being first place. Polo might be winning be a small margin though.

Poloniex actually used to have extremely good customer support until like last month, really. Then they started to have deposit and withdrawal trouble, and they removed the trollbox... At least yobit has a trollbox, even though they banhammer you without any reasoning.

Yobit responds to you if you are someone willing to pay 0.1 BTC to list a pump and dump coin :D

Same thoight. Yobit takes even month based on my experience just to fix an issue I encountered on trading. Responses are not professional and bad custkmer service overall. Next is polo and their security is becommkng shitty. I haven't tried other exchanges besides this two and bittrex and c-cex but I never encountered problem in the two so yea.

The worst of all exchange services is poloniex, they can processed one ticket for a whole month without any apology, the best thing is never to have any problem using their service.

My best exchange service is c-cex because they have an outstanding support system.

there are plenty of them on my experience , polo , coinbase , mercatox , sportsbet.io , cloudbet i personally never use that site again , i know they are busy but i think its not reliable at all , worst case its possible to lose your money on that site im just spent my time online only to post in btt forum

After Poloniex closed the chatbox/trollbox. Their support really shit and it takes a long time to reply the ticket which is really a bad thing for the big site like Poloniex. While Bittrex is okay for me, it takes 1-3 days to get the reply.

As for Yobit, their support is the worst from those 3 big exchanges.

Almost all of the exchange site are bad in support, they might be busy but still its not an excuse to answer our questions and problems.
Theyre replying instantly if you want to list a new coin and pay.

Well as much as I recall, yobit support was taking some long time from time to time but I usually tend to avoid going to support because most of the supports can't help you that much when you ask your questions vaguely (I've been working as a Gamemaster on one WoW private server and I've been getting some questions that just can't be solved like that). But the worst one (excluding Blizzards) i'd have to say it's yobit (sorry guys).

I would give my vote to GDAX exchange which is under coinbase management, their website is very unstable and was often taken down offline for maintenance whenever there is a huge surge or big drop of price in the crypto-currency market, and their support never seems to exist too, I have personally send a ticket to them on some issue with my account, but most likely the reply I have received was just from a robot, and my ticket was answer after waiting for two weeks, I have given up on them totally. Coinbase reddit forum was filled with tons of customers support tickets everyday but as usual, their support never seems to care about their customers at all.

Almost many people are talking about poloniex they forgot about yobit is one of the worst support ever before that it takes a long time before you can receive your reply and sometimes you will never receive responds from them if you don't follow up your reports or any issue you get in trading site.
Polo as of now they can reply but it will nearly the same as yobit and i think they are having a big problem about their site.. Someone hackers are holding a big database of those site because they can login if you don't put any 2fa in your account.. and someone said they experience account blocked or freeze even they don't break the rules..
So if you want to safety of your investment always check the reviews and feedback of those sites before you invest because you will be experience worst support and errors in those sites. .

Unleast someone else recognized the flaws in yobits customer support. I've offered myself to be a customer support for them, for free, since I have the experience in that, but sadly, they've denied. :D

For such thread you have to add poll, that we would see which service is the winner :D
I think that we also need to mention Xapo. It's very hard to get response from their support. And looks that they don't care about customers.
Another service is Mellowads. Their support is absolutely useless.
There are so mant bitcoin related service with terrible support. This list is gonna be long.

I dont count xapo to have the worst support. They are good in terms of service.

And I haven't experienced any single problem coming from them.

Yobit is way to be worthy and counted for having the worst support.

Worst support in industry? Then i would go for Yobit when it comes to exchanges. Poloniex might be slow and other exchanges but on Yobit it taks forever for them to reply. Not being rude but i do have really bad experience on this exchange. Support do really suck and you will surely be tired of waiting when you do experience issue on their site thats why i do leave and didnt comeback to use them anymore.

The worst support i experience is from coinbase, needing to reset my 2FA and no one even bother to reply to my queries. i just move on and forget my funds with them, its just small amount way back just 0.05 when the price is $650, but now im trying to recover it again and still no reply at all..

Instead of discuss it with the members you guys can move ahead create a thread in reputation section and discuss with the moderators and salution providers for it. Simply trolling Coinbase and polo eil never gonna anywhere. Even localbitcoins once looted huge fund and then only they started business with the worldwide usable site.

For me yobit is have the worst support ever, they didn't respond on several of my tickets, and for others they always send me answer after many days.
I never used coinbase before, and after reading so many complaints about them I will avoid them in the future. Its good that we have threads like this one. Here we can see in the best way how some services are doing there work, and what we can expect from their supports, it will be interesting to follow this thread, maybe you can organize a thread a bit and create some voting system.

I think Polo is facing many problems because of the increase in the price of bitcoin and increase in the number of users

If you had created a poll, my vote will be go to polo lol. ever since increased interests in bitcoin/cryptocurrency almost every site is lagging in providing fast support. it's no excuse though, they should hire more folks to provide faster support.

Yobit from start and right now polo wins that crown  ;D
Yobit don't even care to make changes in coin they list and they list almost every coin if they get paid.

Poloniex is getting so much support tickets recently so users now have to wait more than a month to get a reply  >:(

That is the definition of shit. I got a quick response but it was basically "Idk, I'm really busy could you figure it out yourself?" with random links that didn't pertain to my question. I really couldn't tell if it was an automated response or if they go by a script. Either way, I'm never using them again.

The title of the worst support desk in the industry is highly debatable. It depends greatly on the individual case, some issues are harder than other to fix.
I've seen cases when people waited months for verification process on Bitfinex but someone said his account has been verified in a matter of hours...
Poloniex would be my first choice, not because they are bad, but because they have high traffic and their support manpower is kinda low.
