What does this mean of private pre-sale ? Should it need some special type of procedure for participants or what ? I didn't get this well. Total expected supply of 5,000,00 tokens looks good even all will not be sold and surely will remain lower at $ 2.75 which is equivalent to 0.001 BTC approximately. Iy's good to see another adult entertainment here in the crypto industry but what makes RasputinOnline different is this is way much better than the already existing cam broadcasting services. I've checked their test studio and overall, the areas look good. There are only 12 girls available to view at the moment but they all look nice. Hi. So dividends will be paid every quarter. Should we raise enough money to construct and launch Phase 2 then you can expect the first dividend to be paid in June 2018. If however we only raise enough from the crowdsale to launch Phase 1, then you can expect the first dividend payment to be in December 2017.

Dividends are calculated on the distributive profits of all Live Show rooms, then converted into Ether and distributed to all ROC token holders. Remember that we also make our profit from the same dividends that all ROC token holders receive so of course we aim to maximise profit.  We will also submit audited accounts (from a reputable accountancy firm) to blockchain for all ROC token holders to see. We are submitting our token to several premium exchanges.

For those who have bought ROC tokens during the presale and are holding them in myetherwallet, you may have noticed your ROC token balance looks much higher than it should. ROC token is set with 10 decimal places and it seems there maybe a problem with mytherewallet displaying this correctly so if you have bought for example 5000.1234567890 tokens and see a balance reading something like

5,000.1234567890, 5,000,1234567890,

then please double click the second part of the figure and it should correct itself

Our best guess is that this is a bug with myetherwallet, we will be launching our own ROC wallet next week :)

The result is a test bed to trial our concept and a demonstration platform for our crowdsale backers. Hi Smolko.  To answer you r question, models will only be paid by credits purchased with fiat currency.  The ROC token has two functions for its holders,

1. Holders of ROC tokens are entitled to receive shared profits generated from Fiat sales in the Live Show Rooms and is paid as an ETH dividend every quarter.  The size of the dividend paid is what will increase the value of this token over time which will hopefully give token holders good protection from a pump and dump scenario. The company is also keeping 28% of all tokens as the company only makes its profit from the same dividends paid out to all token holders :)  So even though there are 5,000,000 tokens being created, the maximum amount ever possible to reach the market will be 3.6 million tokens with 500k of those tokens (the development teams allocation) being locked for 12 months.  Another notable feature is that the company and the development teams token allocation is only emitted proportionally to the amount of tokens sold to the public.

2. ROC token holders will also be able to exchange 1 token through the main site for 3 months of membership, whoever holds the token will need to open an account with us and they will be able to exchange the token through the account.  So if you were to sell your ROC tokens then the person who buys the token will also be able to get this benefit, it is not only for people who participate in the ICO it is for anyone holding ROC tokens at anytime.   In effect this means that 1 ROC token at $2.75 will be able to be exchanged for 3 months of Membership which would cost fiat paying customers $89.95.  We will also be advertising to our fiat paying customers that they can buy ROC tokens on cryptocurrency exchanges so they can then exchange this token for 3 months membership and save money rather than paying $89.95.  The ROC token will be ready to trade 1 week after the token sale closes and we will be announcing on which exchanges in the second week of August.

Holders are entitled to a share of profits? Doesn't this give the coin equity like characteristics? I thought that the reason many companies go for ICOs is that they can't be booked for an unlicensed security offering. But if the coin has equity like features, it may well be considered a security.

Yes in some countries this would be considered a security and for that reason we can't take contributions from citizens of certain countries however our dividend will be paid in Ether, and in the majority of countries it is not considered this. As our company will hold 1.4 million ROC tokens, our company only makes it's profits from the same dividend paid to all ROC token holders so this can help to give confidence to our token buyers that we will maximize the dividend paid each quarter. If I understand correctly all the money in the fund has to be raised during the ICO and there is no way to increase the money under your management afterwards since you always pay out % of the profits, right? This seems problematic to me as you'll hardly be able to grow your business. The  management fee will always stay the same, so the performance fee is your only additional stream of income. In your white paper you state as long term goals.
How is this supposed to work if you don't raise that money during the ICO? Or am I completely missing something here?

Hi danfos88.  There are a couple of points in your question that I can't completely understand but I think I get the point your are putting across and I will try to answer as best as possible :) So yes you are correct, we will pay 100% of distributable profits from the Live Show rooms equally to all ROC token holders. Our company will be keeping 1.4 million ROC tokens and from these tokens our company will receive share of the profits just like all other ROC token holders, and this profit will be reinvested back into the company to help grow the business.  As our company and management team are major ROC token holders this can give investors confidence that we will consistently aim to to maximise the quarterly dividend.

Another thing I should point out is that our Phase 1 test studio is already functional and if we do not raise enough during the token sale to build Phase 2, then our Phase 1 demonstration studio will be launched as the primary broadcast studio, it's ready to go.  I hope I've answered your question?  If I am missing something please post back again any further questions you have.
