So i've seen a similar thread about some guy asking whether he could be a millionaire in 2 years if he put 30k in Monero(if he did he would make around 3m$ and it's not 2years yet).

So i am likely not going to put 50k$ in a coin, but it will be intresting to read this in 1-2 years.

So yep, the question is: Which coin do you think would make you a millionaire in 1-2 years if you put 50k$ into it today?


It's "only" x20, which is realistic imho. My pick would be LBRY, although the chances of that happening are slim!

I think I'd say Status though. It looks like an all-or-nothing project. If it succeeds, then certainly x20. If not, then the $50k would probably become close to $0.

You need to find a coin that have huge potential to grow. If you ask me, the answer is Shift. Invest in before phantom release and potential poloniex listing. You can still buy cheap Shift. It will make you millionaire in a year.

Shift, Blocknet, or Ark - mark my words, one of these will go to close to $1 billion cap or more in a year. Especially Ark, it looks likely to surpass Lisk soon. Well, those who invested a few months ago in these with $50k are already millionaires. Still lots of room to grow, though.

Monero will probably grow to a few billion cap in a year - it probably won't make you a millionaire with just a $50k investment but it's definitely less risky. The use case is simple and powerful - do not underestimate the value of financial privacy.

Personally, I would not bank on ICOs in general as most are in a bubble in my opinion (even more so than the average coin, since a lot of them don't have tangible products). Unless you can find a gem that gets ~$10 million or less funding (e.g something that can be the next Stratis, Veritaseum, Golem, etc).

If I actually went all in on a single coin, I'd go with Waves + Leases. Safest investment with good returns. I got about ~10% on my initial investment (in about 6 weeks) in leasing rewards and the initial investment went almost x6 at current rates too.

In reality I would diversify though with smaller sums (1-5k) in promising but risky fresh coins for potential x100s.

I'd put 30k into "safe" (lul safe in crypto) coins and spread the rest among riskier, but promising ones.

Either way, I'd definitely pump a lot into Waves since leasing will give you an additional income. There's a chance you could get some mining rewards that themselves will explode as well in the future (do not sell anything you get from leases, peanuts anyways so why bother).

If i am having that much money  ::) i would diversify my investments rather than investing in one coins,but if i have to choose one coin then i will blindly invest in bitcoin but make sure that you are able to invest at a good price,there are other good projects and you can check them in the alt coin section,never invest everything in one project.

I agree with the LBRY, but i think that is closer to 3-4 years. Youtube and other online content providers have to get a little more greedy than they already are for LBRY to make a big impact. Other than that I would say DCORP, you just missed the ICO though. It flew way under the radar. Had a $9M cap and the devs don't get anything for a few years. They are taking all the appropriate steps to avoid ICO bloat and deliver derivatives to the crypto market. This will be one to watch.

With $50K the only way you can become a millionaire is maybe by shorting the stock market with Put options.

If the stock market turns here and starts a bear market then you will make alot in 2-3 years.

Very hard to say which coin would make millionaires. I don't think LBRY can make some as I feel there are better candidates. Off course, LBRY may give some decent gains. I think LTC, ETC, Waves and ICN  are good candidates to consider when building a crypto portfolio.

Decred is a solid coin with only 5 million supply. Also LTC developer is holding this coin.

I think some coin which is hard capped on the top will be good. Also a limited amount of coins in the millions is quite good. I like Decred for that cause. HUSH also seems like a good coin

I say inflation is the problem. If it were some kind of PoS, i think i could get x20 easily. Because there will be double the coins in one year. So to go x20 in price, marketcap will be x40, so like 1,2B..not likely

Bitcoins are the only coins that have potential of making you billionaire in the coming years.
Bitcoins are already heading towards 5k dollars and I believe they will be able to reach this value before the beginning of 2018. Bitcoin is only the key to billionaire future.

The coin that has the potential to reach $50k and would make us all a millionaire in my opinion would be none other than bitcoin itself. I don't think there is another best candidate for a coin with such great potential than bitcoin.

If you put 50k in one alt coin and wait 2 years you will most likely be closer to 500$ then 1 million. Keep bitcoin and gamble with a small percentage and divercify. Don't try to time the bottom and the top. Thats just like winning the lottery.

Waves-  less roi than wings, already huge marketcap but it will skyrocket in 2018, strong hands behind the price and the project, russian gov among others, should be a x20 in 2 years too.  

Shift-  my favourite one, unknown gem, with a ridiculous marketcap of 15m$, with main product going mainnet, roadmap, new marketing plan and new web release before september ends, this will sky rocket hard next month, I expect a minimum of 100$m marketcap before year ends  ... you may not be millonaire in 2 years but half millonaire before December ends.

Well since we are talking about long term investments i would go with waves. I think it will get like 50x or even higher in a year so it will make you not only a millionaire but a multimillionaire :)

For long term only coins with strong dev teams like bitcoin and ethereum. In 2 years I think allmost all other coins will be way less valuable than they are now.

Lol, okay let's make it clear, if you HODL various well known crypto-currencies with a development team + good community + active support/infromation, it will increase in value. Bitcoin is starting to get too expensive. I recommend putting it in your IRA. But some other recommendations.

Never put that much (50k $) money in one coin. It would be very risky and you could lose instead of earning. You can try stratis, tezos, ethereum if you can stay there for 2 or 3 more years. These threee will generate nice profit.

"Qouted for the win", Diversify your portfolio. The stock market is looking at 10-15% a year returns on your initial capital investment. We are looking at 50%+ easily a day. Remember the internet boom in the 90's? This is the new "internet boom" in (2010-2020+).

Is u choose a  safe bet that possible can rise 20x in 2 years. Neo is probably one of the safest bet. I mentiond it when it was 5$ already half way on u million. So if u got is at that price just wait for 100$ and u got ur million in 3 months.

I havn't looked too much into all these altcoins yet, I just came back into the scene, but deeponion seems pretty good so far. Good dev team, good community backing, and it's free. But that's just my initial view so far.

It is very hard to choose coins right now as we are near to end of altcoin bull market (in my opinion.) My strongest option that can make good is probably Musicoin and Opus. Their products will be useful than expected.

Civic could hit x20, $10 for Civic is a realistic price.
Verge is only 60 sats right now, x20 would be maybe a cent in USD.
ADX might hit x10..

I suggest if you want to become a millionaire after 1 to 2 years . You can buy waves coin because this coin for sure after few years the price will become hundreds dollars price so if that happen your 50k dollars become more than millions dollars. But all decision is yours better to make a research first so you can if waves coin if good for you or not brcause investing 50k dollars is not easy you need to be ready for what ever happen.

If you're looking to do short term trades I would put a lot into FLIK, sell after it 5x-10x's on the 22nd, then use the money to buy XRP and sell it then just leave it as bitcoin

CrocodileCash is going to be ludicrous for one reason: strength in ecosystem.

SONM and Blocklancer. Both still in their infancy with huge upside potential. SONM seems like it could x5 to x10~ in a few months, and then gain further once the beta goes live next year. And Blocklancer is predestined to succeed simply because of the market that it tries to play in. Something like 60-40 should very easily crack the million in 1-2 years.

The OP is not going to put that money in a coin but is asking where we will invest that money, I think a good and solid project will be waves, maybe it is not going to go up 20 times in two years but if you give it four years I think that is a possibility.

What you are looking for is a project with potential 20X return in two years, there are some of project below $100 million market cap that can do a 10X easily when their platform is up and running, but make sure you diversify your portfolio

Depends but most likely Bitcoin would be the best coin to invest and you'd be a millionaire in around 1-2 years for sure. Just make sure you bought the coin at its lowest price.

Pick something which is really undervalued right now and has a good product. Binance coin BNB will have good long term rises, LBRY already has a product release but has only moved downwards.

MONA coin is one of the very few coins to have the potential to see its marketcap grow 40 fold in the coming years.

- The only Japanese altcoin. Japanese people usually support their own creations.
- Japan is the only country giving digital currencies legal tender.
- Technologically advanced. Segwit was launched before Litecoin. Lightning Networks is in the cards.

Unlikely. Bitcoin won't be worth 120k in 1-2 years. And buying just Bitcoin and nothing else would be a terrible idea anyways, regardless of projections.

Don't put all of your money into one specific coin you must diversify your portfolio.  In my opinion crypto currencies related to banking especially  Ripple , steller, OMG and ChainLink have huge potential.

That's horseshit. Nobody is expecting Waves to go x100 anytime soon. That would put it above Ethereum. And Waves doesn't bring anything of substance to the table right now. Maybe in 3-5 years, but definitely not in 1-2 which is what this thread is asking.

If you analyse, there are many coins who could have a huge potencial, i think you can pick up any coins you like with a low cost then, come back in 2 years and the million is really possible. Depend after how many tokens do you have. But for exemple with 5000K i would invest in 4-5 differents coins with a good project and a nice vision :). You don't necessary need to be a daily traider ;)

Neither waves nor lbry and not any other altcoin can make a person millionaire within two years. If someone is willing to invets in any crypto coin, it is the right time to o for bitcoin. Bitcoin is expected to increase almost 3k to 4k dollars by April 2018. Just imagine how much the investor will get within next one to two years. Probably, he will be a millionaire. I also think people must first learn to trust the coin.

3 to 4k by April 2018 is only about 50% though, which would only make a profit of 25k with an investment of 75k. Even if it kept making 50% in the same time frame, it'd only reach about 260k after 2 years. There are other coins with much greater prospects than that in crypto. Diversification is the key to making profits without losing money though.

What waves only buddy. You can buy Neo or bitconnect. These coins are also best in market, demand and supply also increasing when the time all the altcoins value dumps down.
We have to analyze the continous growth of the coin then we have to invest in any coin.
I see bitconnect was around 117$ in 4 months before but now value is around 220 USD in the chart. So you may know the how much is the growth of this coin.

Solarcoin or Tezos would do the trick i beleieve.

Why would I buy Bitconnect when it already pumped though? It already went more than x1000 in a single year! Best to look out for something else at this point.

Ethereum is one of these coins that will make us all rich in 1-5 years! It will rise up over $1000 in the next years. Ripple and Zcash are also strong long term coins.

Waves - they are doing what ether lacks - making creation of own crypto easy.

They also have their own lite wallet and dex

Plus they are soon releasing their own smart contracts, so I don't see why anyone would want to use a slow as shit ethereum network, compared to the fast waves platform wits its own trading system.

Their dex is really bad right now though, and I still haven't found a date for a new version.

I'd argue that it isn't that hard to make your own crypto using Ethereum - vast majority of alts are Ethereum tokens. Lots of people are using Ethereum because the community behind is really strong.

It's pretty easy, but most people are computer illiterate and can't even install Windows by themselves... That's where Waves would have an advantage. But right now it's not developed enough to be a serious competitor.

Thats a lot of money to invest to those ico. Mu suggestion for you is invest to established project and 10k put it to new infrastructur project like boscoin, exscudo, stash. Or other coin which has its own blockchain. And 5k put it in to very good erc20 project.

Maybe Bitcoin? The value of Bitcoin increased so much this year. It is really spectacular. But it can also decrease very fast. It think Bitcoin is the best and the more popular coin.

Bitcoin almost certainly won't go x20 in 1-2 years. Meanwhile there are a bunch of other coins that could dwarf that kind of increase if you know what to look for.

ZEN is the one pushed by the PalmBeach Research report. These guys are good: they fond NEO, OMG and other gems. Also, they have big investors' ears, and money will pour into ZEN soon (after the forks). They speak about a x70 gain potential.
If I had to invest in anon coins, I'd put my money there.

Have a look so SLR (Solarcoin). Hearing a lot of good things on this one. I was not convinced before, but now I think it could be a hidden gem too.

ELIX is ont mf my favs as well: doing better than SALT, but x100 cheaper. It can only do a x5 to x10 to catch on in the future.

Ethereum, its possibilities for growth and development are more equal to bitcoin, of course I say that I mention this coin because it is one of the sure which if the project will be dead, you won't lose lot.

SONM is a coin that I’m watching but that I’m still undecided can you tell to me, or anyone for that matter for a reason to be that low, why the price crashed so badly when it was one of the most hyped projects just a few months ago, that is something that I would like to know.

Because of FUD and market manipulation. Also timing. SONM showed up at a time where the amount of ICOs multiplied dramatically, so it's much more difficult to identify good projects.

SONM is one of the projects that require patience in exchange for large and realistic returns.

This time next year SONM should be anywhere from $1 to $3 stable. It could be even higher it a lot of fresh money flows into crypto but that would be a very optimistic estimate. Meanwhile $1 to $3 is fairly conservative for this market.

whichever coin would have a 50x return is probably not launched yet or at least not in the top ten (unlikely in the top hundred coins). This of course depends on whether the market will mature or how much adoption we'll be seeing from the general public. In my opinion we need more than 2-3 years to get the ball rolling, but during that time there are some interesting options. The reason I said a 50x return is unlikely with current launched coins, is because most of them have already capitalized on their "interest" and current demand and are unlikely to add an additional 5000% upside. ICO's from the other hand are more likely to get to that level, but it's a hit or miss game really - we've seen so many great idea going around and raising so much capital, but they're still lagging behind in terms of performance. You best chance to get to that return is create an ICO or project yourself and see how that works out (your chances are definitely better than investing in someone's else project, expecting a 50x return).

We've seen numerous coins x50 in the past years. And there are some promising candidates around right now as well.

Will be looking for ETH , VTC and XRP coins to have some good returns in coming years. Though it may not exactly be the best in terms of returns that high but considering the future  of the coin it has very good chances of moving at high prices fro the current levels and making some good gains during this time.

First of all, it will depend on whether this current altcoin boom that we are seeing on a constant basis will continue into the next few years. If the bust occurs and everyone has no interest in altcoins anymore, no matter what altcoins you invest in you're likely not going to get 20x returns in crypto winter.

You are looking for a coin to invest BEFORE hype starts. But that's dangerous. You should always do your research very carefully.
Currently VIB is increasing sharply. It will probably reach 1$ soon, so at least x5 (x10 for ICO participants)
Walton also had it's hype already, but due to BTC hard fork it's quite affordable right now. If they really manage to build other sectors than clothing, you might see x20 there.
IOTA is the only coin mentioned before that has a good potential to grow, although it has already had its hype.
Next hype in November will probably be Blockstack, because they already have a lot of running apps.
This is only my personal opinion based on my own research. But as I said, always do your own research and don't trust anybody in a board (yes not even me ;) )

I agree, but you forgot another point. Think about investors.
Example: I bought NEO in march for 10 BTC at a rate of about 0.0001 BTC. Sold them later for about 0.01 BTC which is about 100x.
Now give me at least one good reason to buy back at 0.005 BTC. Especially when there are many coins that can give me 20x to 100x again.

x20 sounds not to be unrealistic. Not just like all the x100 or even x1000 threads in this forum. And a time span of 2 years (or maybe 3 if you have the patience) should also not be too long. So you can stick with the more established coins and avoid the more speculative ones. Stay with ETH, Monero or even BTC (buy at a dip if possible) and you should be fine.

To make x20 you need a coin with relatively small market cap.

I dont think coins worth hundres of millions or billions will make x20.

People tend to forget that.

In 1-2 years a *20 market cap looks not unrealistic for any coin... just check the percentage this year.

You really have a great point there and x20 is not really a small amount of profit to make. Yet, I remember block in the middle of this year making something that huge and there are so many other altcoins with a very low cap with some solid project backing that one can buy into right now because I see them increasing hugely in the long run.

I think 50k is definitely reasonable to become a millionaire in a couple of years. But that won't get you there fast. You need to have a good strategy and a plan on how to get there. First and most important thing will be not to put all your money into one coin. Which means you should be careful on what you invest your money in (that 50k). Make sure to be diversified, which means that you should hold several coins to avoid the risk of getting dumped (if you hold one coin and it "fails" your entire portfolio will "fail" as well). You can liquidate as well some of your holding during these years if you really need the money, but my recommendation would be that you don't do so, and try to hold as long as possible.

Try to look for coins that has less than 10M marketcap, a 10-20 Jump would result the coin to have 100-200M which is not overvalued

Whether or not the coin would become overvalued depends on the coin. Most coins are overvalued regardless of their price, as they create no value and thus hold no inherent value themselves.

20x is very possible in just 1 year. But I would recommend to diversify it to 2-4 coins. This reduces risk, maybe your #1 coin doesn't deliver but your #2-#3 coins do amazingly well. But don't diversify too much or you lose strength.

I think it is very important to research coins with low market cap (< 100-200M). But I would invest part of the money on "Stable" coins (Top 25-50) with room to grow and part of the money on "Promising" coins with lower MarketCap and then huge possible profits.

As an example, just in November, this coin: POWER LEDGER did x13 (from $0.056 to $0.74). From Nov 1 to today! And POWR still has a MarketCap of $200M.

Very few, if any, coins with < 10M marketcap in the the top 30.   Also it is not just marketcap, but # of coins.  # of coins is just one reason why many think Ripple can't go to the moon.  Also need to check how counswere issued. Was it an ICO?  Was it open or closed?  If closed then highly likely small group of whales hold that coin and you canget caught in their pump and dump. 

AGree need to look at the tech and team, but don't ignore the marketing and community support.  Coins with no product have shoot to the moon because the community is large and the hype non stop. 

Find out 3 coins or 5 coins (it is up to you) and invest. 3 coins from the top 100-200 and 2 coins from top 50-100. so u will have more chances

2 years is a very long time for me to trust any of these coins. IOTA has already shown serious weaknessess in it's technology, the rest don't have anything I would considering interesting enough for one to get rich in 2 years.

XMR is probably the only one I would feel "safe" holding 2 years due filling the anon coin niche but it has serious scaling issues too.

I think investing in the top 5 coins will be a good idea. And pick up some Pre ICO coins or which is about to get listed where you can buy it very cheap and hold it for 6 months to a year. If any of those coins become top 100 then definitely you would have minted money from those investments.

The only coin without scaling issues that I'm aware of right now is/are Waves with over 100 tx/sec and scalability to 1000 tx/sec. Surely others will follow though, otherwise they'd perish.

I don't think top 5 coins can increase 20x in 5 next years because their market cap now is too high. Example Bitcoin's market now is $185 billions if it increase 20x then bitcoin's market cap will be $3900 billions so bitcoin's value is higher than GDP of United States. The best way to 20x your money is investing in Pre-ICO and ICO of good project but first you have to analyze project which you want to invest if you dont want to loose your money

If i have 50k$ i will put it in to 5-10 good ico after i did a research. And for two years it is enough to get your fund 4x or maybe more. And the good next ico in my opinion are :
1. Quantum1net solving the problem for crypto if we will face wuantum computation.
2. Savedroid it is really has a very good project and customer base is really big already.

I think a lot of the coins will do a 20x in 2 years, which are currently on the top 50. Nobody knows for sure, but you can buy some of each to hedge your bet. i think XRB, XMR will have good chances.

2 years is such a long time in crypto... If i were to pick just one coin, it would absolutely have to be Safex.  Currently trading at about 300sats (US$0.036). $50k would buy you almost 1.4mill coins.  Given that projections for the end of 2018 (assuming marketplace gets up and running) it will be in the $1 - $2 range... and that is less than 12 months away.  That would be my pick, anyways.

There are a few of those coming up, so will be a bit of competition.

To turn $50.000 in at least $1.000.000 is x20. It shouldn't be to hard to reach that in 1-2 years in cryto if you follow a few rules:

1. Don't invest everything in a single cryto. Spread your investment and buy 5 or more cryptos (e.g. 5 cryptos and you spend $10.000 on each)

2. Look for Cryptos with a relatively low market cap, so that they have room to grow. To reach x20 on a low market cap crypto is much easier that to spend it into Bitcoin with it's already $192.431.277.784 market cap and wait for it to x20. On the other side, don't buy cryptos with market cap under $5.000.000 as you will find too much scam here. Focus on Cryptos with market cap somewhere between $5.000.000 and $50.000.000.

3. Look at the white paper on the projects website, read the initial thread about that crypto here in the forum and try to find all information you can get to find out if its worth an investment (e.g. look at coingecko if the developers are active or lazy folks).

Even if the volume is low and the crypto is at this stage only available at 1 or 2 exchanges, it could have great potential for the future and you have the chance to invest in very early stages if are convinced by the project and what they plan to deliver.

Honestly I believe another bull run will occur soon sometime this year. A lot of the altcoin platforms are finally released Q2-Q4 and this will reignite interest in crypto for many investors. Therefore to answer your question, I believe if you picked any of the top 20 market cap coins right now and put 50k into them, they'd probably be worth a million within 2 years at the most.

A couple of years with a $50,000 investment and targeting a million USD. That is very possible. Perhaps you might want to allocate a considerable portion of this investment to Ethereum. This is a very promising coin. I believe it has transformed into a very reliable coin from the days when it was almost treated as something that is only pushed by hype. If Ethereum could manage a x10 growth in a year, which is very possible, you will be having your million USD in 2 years time. Strat and Waves are also great investment options.

While it may be good to invest in ICOs that has a potential to hit 20x in just a few months, there is still a risk that the developers would continue with the project or run with your money whether it may be able to reach the hardcap or not. There are already promising coins in the market and maybe you would want to spread out your coins to top 10 or 20 coins that has a proven record already. They said that privacy coins will be the one shining this year because of some issues that they would be able to solve so you might want to invest on them like XVG and PIVX.

Turning $50.000 into at least $1.000.000 means x20 (or more) in 1-2 years. With that goal in mind you should avoid the top 10 cryptos as their market cap is already very high and even that I am sure these top cryptos will rise in the next 1-2 years, I don't know it they still can x20 (or more) within that time.

With that big amount of money I will just choose Bitcoin for certain profit. I do not mean to disagree with other choice of Altcoins, but for me Bitcoin, Ethereum, and some other popular coin are the best crypto and the most certain to get profit. Altcoin especially new coin usually make me confuse and afraid. I am afraid because a lot of new Altcoins that offer us some huge benefit and it seems like to good to be true. I will prefer the already certain and already famous crypto to do that. For me, I do not care how long and how much profit I will get, but most important thing for me is certainty.

If I actually went all in on a single coin, I'd go with Waves + Leases. Safest investment with good returns. I got about ~10% on my initial investment (in about 6 weeks) in leasing rewards and the initial investment went almost x6 at current rates too.

In reality I would diversify though with smaller sums (1-5k) in promising but risky fresh coins for potential x100s.

I'd put 30k into "safe" (lul safe in crypto) coins and spread the rest among riskier, but promising ones.

Either way, I'd definitely pump a lot into Waves since leasing will give you an additional income. There's a chance you could get some mining rewards that themselves will explode as well in the future (do not sell anything you get from leases, peanuts anyways so why bother).

50k would make you a millionaire if you make a 20x - this can be done by many many coins in 6-12 months.

Which coins have the potential to do that? You need to research strong coins with great team, real world use, with all-star advisors, with big partners, and if you can find a project like that - the earlier the better.

Besides that, I would diversify my money into a few projects, not only one. This is just protection in case one fails, the other ones compensate.

Well, I think Nebulas and Verge are two sleeping giants (now they are waking up actually), so I would choose them.

I would say that nowadays large coins - such ETH, Bitcoin and others got small chances rising x5 even in 2-3 years - as it'd make total cap, including new coins closer to 3-5 trillions.

Still, what I've mistaken - and what should have been taken into account is "Net-effect" - nobody needs a cell-phone if he is only one to use it. Same with coins - sharp rise of BTC in fact is speculative, but what's pushed traders and people to take part in this rally. Understanding that Bitcoin from a "Geek-toy" became a real payment instrument - even for drugs and arms  and other illigal stuff now, but it completely makes it MONEY.

With all this bounds on total supply of bitcoin - it looked like a shortage - > pushing prices up.

But what's now ? There are 20+ whales that became really functional now - Bitcoin, Monero, ETH, ETC and others. Talking about their inner compettion - i believe bitcoin will slowly dump his 1st place to new "smart-contract-supporting" and lower fee/faster coins.

But eve now - we got several competing projects and I wouldnt dare to figure out the only one best - we see Lisk on the rise, we got Neo, NEM and others...And I would say these big boys now would slowly change in comparison to each other.

And I would invest like 50% of crypto portfolio in such large whales.

Still there are several mid-cap project, which are also rising and worth of attention. I would say there are 50 + - of those anonymous, low-fee, fast and contract-supportive. Still, just to advertise I would only mention my favorite one - Pascal Coin. If you are taking my words at least 50% true - just better check yourself this coin powers. But pascal is kinda old now ? And turning back to @net-effect@ - > the only thing I am worried about investing in pascal - that crowd,community would just push it aside - as there are already 50+ very popular projects here.
Just remember GSM for cell phones - was not the best, just like TCP/IP protocol for internet - but these techs now fully monopolized their markets. The same thing, i believe could happen to whales of coinmarketcap now.

Infrastructure around crypto - is VERY VERY weak. It uses like 1% of ETH smart contract opportunities, but we can only guess - will it use like 100% ? Still, I have seen from zero to one projects similar to crypto kitties built on other blockchains. Why it's happening - cause our human universe is not infinitie - there "few" people really working and pushing stuff towards, most of work "around the coins" are done on few largest. Even such billioners like cardano - are relly 99% moved by it's initiators. Would the community accept and use the coin ? That's the question.

I'm betting on very small caps cause of theses stuff - but my bets are speculative. F.E. i really like SpeedCash (SCS). Nothing in special, but nice team and only 70 к $ mcap :) But it's like lottery - they are doing great stuff, but it's hardly assesable now - whether our economy and society needs their product - as there are already large competitors.

i suggest KWHcoin they say that after ICO that token will pump. x10-x100 so if you invest in that token maybe after 1-2 years you will be a millionare.

Neblio and PRL for me, your goal is possible and it's a lot better than seeing these unrealistic threads, I'll recommend those 2 but I'll also say you should hold more than 2 coins, do research in to projects and make sure they have a real use, I would spread this over 5+ coins.

I think for them type of gains you will need to look into ICOs

For those kind of gains you need a low market cap and great use case with value. Tokenlab is a 1.3 million usd market cap ICO creation and management platform that also gets you listed on an exchange. There is already a massive demand and value for the ability to turn a business's idea into a blockchain solution. Other ICO creation platforms are in the hundreds of millions into the billions. Tokenlab is a working product, they're already launching ICOs. I see this project doing 50-100x within a year.

I don't think that I agree with the premise of putting that kind of money into crypto coins. I could see investing 25k at the very most, 50k is just too much IMO.

That said, I like New York Coin, also known as NYC. Their team is trying very hard to make it take off. It has been around for several years and it aims at servicing New York City. It's known for its very low cost and extreme speed, it's very fast transaction wise.

 I'm a newbie.. Done a fair amount of research. I'd recommend going slow and starting small to get a better feel. Having started with five coins around a few hundred each. Eventually consolidated to these three after further research:
