I have some dollars to invest in ICO this summer and I want to diversify my portfolio (2 or 3 ICO). I want to invest for profit in long term (Small amounts. I only invest what I can afford to lose).

In your opinion, what are the best ICO's to invest for profit in long term ?

What do you think about Tezos ? I think InsureX could be a huge project too on insurance market.

Maybe Dent ? True Flip Lottery ? Dimcoin ? Or other ?

Any suggestion ?

Probably is better to skip this summer investments, because too much things are happening right now and this situation cannot stay this way. ICO's are too successful in collecting funds but lately we had some downsides in prices and if something happen to ETH ( which is highly possibly ) they all will be afflicted, so better enjoy sun this summer.

Probably bitquence is the best project right now, that's why I carry their signature.
It can be really useful, not only for coin, just as a project even. Look at it.

Why an ICO ?  there is a huge altcoin market with hundreds of coins out there that can bring you equal if not more return than trusting in an unproven ICO.

Don't get me wrong, there will be an ICO that will take off and really work out well, it just seems lately that ICOs have gone crazy, every other announcement in the alternative section is an ICO token.

If I had to suggest an ICO to you I would look at Dimcoin, Tezos is ridiculous with a never ending cap, when it is released it will be difficult for it to reach a decent price, it could almost have a supply like DOGE.

There is no current ICO worth the try for me at the moment. August ones seems way better, BitJob, in September is great too.

Tezos has a little demand because the project already raised the huge amount of the money. I think insurex can be determined promising project in this time. and another promising project in the future such as spectiv. it was offering something new that's really valuable in the future

Ripple, Monero, Litecoin, MaidSafe, Augur, Golem, Skycoin, Siacoin… Some of them have already reached +10* times their initial price. Is it really worth it ?

Tezos raised too much money, for me it's too hot to follow , be careful with that coin .

EOS raised more but they don`t have a working project!
Tezos at least have their own working blockchain and looks like much better then "project on paper only" EOS.

DDF started today, I looked at it and is solid. Also has a positive ICO Alert review.

I feel the same, it's better to sit out for a month or two. Market is bearish and all the coins are going down. Whatever you invest in today, will go down by 20% tomorrow. Better to hodl your fiat and look for bottom. Many of the recent big ICO's are trading below their ICO price or at par with their ICO price. Look for the tech and not just cheap coins. Tech wins eventually.

I would say TribeToken a token we created with a group of people. We want to reinvent charity by making charity decentralized with tokens. In this project, there are no shady financial figures. 3 nerds with a plan to make the world a better place. Your choice to invest in a project where financial people are filling bags or you invest into a project to make the world a better place. As a founder, I can promise the project will become a reality if we reach the minimum funding.

my friend suggested the ICO is best to invest in the summer is tezos tap iMungkin better to skip this summer's investment, because too many things going on now and this situation cannot stay this way. ICO's also managed to raise funds but lately we have some weakness in prices and if something happens at the ETH (which is very likely) they will all suffer, so it is better to enjoy the Sun this summer. :) ;)

You really may consider waiting until after August when the fork happens. I think ICO, investments and the overall market will be full of uncertainty until things get a little bit more mellow.

I'm going to invest in Tomahawkcoin for sure. This seems different from most investments to me. Being able to turn these coins in for stock 18 months after the ICO gives the token something tangible to back it, and they have a 15 year lease for where they plan to drill oil. Could be a huge long term investment.

DImcoin looks promising to me. There investment strategy and promotions are in the top currently. They have unique model of exchanging the assets and commodity which is not provided by any ICO as effectively they have done. So my shot would with DIMCOINS. :-)

Majority of the project I've seen who starts an ICO are successful, I would love to see that coin as well.
I recently Adex and Primalbase and it was successful, now I am looking for the right timing to sell my adex, seems price is not attractive yet.
But today I also Insurex which as an awesome investment collection already and waiting for some more days to diversify my investment with bowhead.
There's a lot actually and requires a lot of reading to make sure we will not be scam.

my favourites at this moment are Dimcoin ICO wich running currently and Coindash ICO, starts next monday.

DIMCOIN is one the ICOs I recently invested in, it looks interesting and I like the whole idea of the project. I am thinking of investing in Tezoz before the ICO ends

I have been reading about lot of ICO's and products they offer, some are good and some are just there luring you to put your money.

So you need to think a lot and go through tons and tons of data to make sure your investment in not wasted.

Some I think might be good are : Coindash, SunContracts, Bowhead, Hive

I agree that Dimcoin looks good and it's one of the good upcoming ICO's.

It's also good if you'll join betking's token sale, we know it already earned 7,400 BTC's before.

And Dean is now trying to re-launch it.

I don't see the same potential in current projects as some of the old ones had, especially in this market that gets over funded and now dumping to the max. The only ICO in the near term that I currently find interesting with some potential is district 0x.

You should choose the moderate project because the project achieved high market capitalization it is difficult to achieve the desired profit. Currently there are many new projects launched that will help you diversify portfolio

I suggest buy monero and ripple, just those coin can make profit for you. Monero has stable price action and volume, really good pattern for investment. Ripple has lower price this day, buy with 20% from your money is a good idea. But remember, buy those coins after 1 August for safety because there's speculation on that day. Good luck.

I wholeheartedly agree! Do not feel like you are missing out because the market as it stands cannot sustain, and the wrinkles will be ironed out in the next 6 months imo. That being said I would invest in mining hardware if you are itching to get into this. Everything is much to volatile right now to accurately invest without day trading.

as i know insurex is already ended , i suggest to invest on Reality Clash or SpectivVr also i see bitdice got huge crowdsale , or you can try go to tokenmarket website and find which ICO you think will be succesful , with few observation and you good to go , but i prefer Reality Clash

The ICOs you should be looking forward to invest in are snapup, SILENTNOTARY and shoptimizer. All of these projects have really really good development team so you can expect high returns within no time.

+1 for DimCoin, look really promising. Finally there is good project targeted at the ordinary everyday user and small businesses, not only at startups, developers, etc.

You are mentioning some really great ICOs. But Dent is already done, very successful. So is with True Flip. The same goes to Insurex and it has in fact been gaining some price increase already. Dimcoin I think still has some few days to go. Grab some if you want. I also trust their project.

Try to look out for Aventus as well as Bowhead Health and KickICO. I think they are better names.

I skipped Dimcoin because I thought that it was overpriced. I have decided to make some investments in KickICO (launching in August 29) and Aventus. Other than that, I am carefully studying a few others, such as Teleport and BlockCAT.

I know only one ICO project in which I will invest - it's LAB token from EXP, they will pay some reward from all ICO which will be launch on TokenLab and in pre-pre-Sale, theu have 20% discount for Exp investors.

I consider investing in ICO as best but you should make sure that you research about the project you are willing to invest in. The risks are very low in ICO investments and the benefit are huge if the project becomes a success. I have read about a few projects which are looking good and in my opinion are worth investing in. Consider Dimcoin and social to be your next ICO investments.

I had invested in bet king casino's ICO. This ICO has passed a week ago and now I am a little bit panicked due to all altcoins are in red color for days! But in anyway I plan to hold this investment, cause of I suppose online casinos with crypto-payments will be just blossom and casino's own tokens are going to be in demand. 

There are a few good startups out there. I still believe it's unreasonable to invest millions into startups that have no product and only a proposal. ??? ICO should be about serious and dedicated teams that need the extra push in terms of capital. It should be about a flashy landing page and Whitepaper. That is why I can recommend looking into the technology already created by the teams, not the whitepaper only. One startup that has already created a BETA version of their platform is now raising through a Pre-ICO.

Most of the ICO or pre-ICO dont have any product here and all they depend on flashy website and whitepaper. With the amounts of scams increasing drastically, there are hardly any ICO in which you can invest.

Reason i am looking into these are they are interesting projects, with a strong team, great whitepaper, good concepts and a strong social media following. If i had to pick one to invest in, i would pick Crowdholding as they are still in the Pre-sale meaning that you can get a lot more for your money. But all look promising projects.

This summer we see many ICO. some are really good and some ico was really bad. yes you can invest your money on some good ICO. ATLANT, Snapup, Bowhead Health, IMMLA is one of them for sure. those ico is really promising. all of them have strong team. some of them finished there pre-ico successfully. If i'm not wrong you already miss some good ico like BQX, OPT, myBit etc. good luck for your invest.... :)

But if the ICO has a lot of investors and enthusiasts of course that coin it will have a large market and has a high price and that's what all ICO fans are looking for. because they want to earn profits doubled. because it is not uncommon for many ICOs to have a high price after launching in some exchange site

I'm watching Snapup thing. It's interesting, but Bitjob will be much more interesting than any of those. I'm now supporting it and I'll invest 5 ethereum in Bitjob ICO. I was gonna join its pre sale but the minimum investment was too high for me. Take a look at it and you will see.

U're exactly right. We still've no solid investment opportunities (working profitable business asking for capital with escrow) in cryptoworld for public eye, but've a lot of basic and shitty assets to speculate

Not really. Venture capitalism much closer to the gambling. U try to understand potential the best u can and under certain circumstances throwing cash at the people and cross fingers for the best. A few non-analytical +EV strategies exist for sure, but it's not really investment business

For instance, as an example of potential good investments in ICO, you can check CarTaxi (CTX) for truck companies,  LookRev (LOK) for creative products, Starbase (STAR) for fundraising and recruiting (the last one is expected to help investors to select better ICOs).

In any case, considering the current situation in the ICO´s market, I would recommend you diversify your investment and be careful on the recommendation of third parties since there is a lot of marketing in there.

AdeX (Adx), Insurex (IXT), and LAT (Latium) is very good for long term. I think you're not a real newbie, Because you have a lot knowledge about ICO.

I thought snapup would be a successful one but kickico is breaking records. Raised 31500+ ethereum in less than 2 hours and moving towards its soft cap right now. I thought of investing because of the bonus but the traffic is too high so am waiting.

So the answer to your question is... look for the ones with these 3 principles:

1. Business Model

They should tell you how they gonna make money and not about raising and bragging about how many millions they were able to raise during their ICOs.


2. Competitive Analysis

They should tell you what market they're heading into, why that market, what are the potential of success, who are the key players and how they gonna penetrate such market.


3. Problems & Solutions

They shouldn't just tell you... this is a decentralized chicken and the first blockchain egg in the world concept.

They should be clear on what core problems they're coming to solve and how tha heck they gonna tackle those problems with their services.

surely that's a very good thing like atventus is a very interesting ICO this summer it's in my own opinion.

I believe in Anryze - a distributed speech recognition platform.
It's a good innovation in voice recognition and transcribing, so a project is really useful! I look positevely on this project and like the answers from the devs.

I think spheris could be one of the investment options this summer. besides that the bonus given is very big, but also there is another choice that is Utrust seems very promising to be made ico choice.

second, there is an umbrella coin, first coin insurance and ico is ongoing until 20th October 2017
third, maybe you can join in hero token, the first decentralized banking token in southeast asia, backed by softbank and alibaba, pre-sale starts on 1st september 2017.
