In my opinion this is great. I really like BTC/ETH/SHIFT/ANS. I would maybe add some LTC or Waves, i believe both have a strong future. Just wait 5 years and come back.  ;D But don't panic sell, just stop looking at prices and come back in some years. You shall give me all your eth i think you don't need it :3

I don't know why you listed the coins starting from dash.. you have a really good amount of btc&eth ;)

ETH and ETC goes hand to hand on price. i would change ETC to other WAVE or PPT

I would add some Equihash based coins such as Zcash, or Zencash too as I think they have potential but are fairly new to the market so haven't caught on yet. Although Zcash has has some recent run-ups, it is down again so now may be a good time to pick some up.

Since you obviously have some money to begin with to put together such a nice portfolio, I wouldn't exchange out of any of the coins you list but instead buy the new ones with new capital. Buy a few more BTC or whatever coin your exchange offers to get into these other coins.

You could also just look at a site like coinmarketcap.com, sort by top monthly trading volume ( https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/volume/monthly/ ) and just take up a small position in each of the top 25 coins listed you don't already own. Even if a few coins turn out to be duds down the road, I am sure the rest of them will make up for it with good gains over time.

The distribution of total fund looks good. 25 BTC is like a support when you need it supports you. 200+ ETH is incredible, it will rise more surely. DASH, ETC and STORJ are the ones I also keep. So you're good.

You have a solid hedge with your BTC/ETH positions. And the other coins look solid as well.
You may want to consider Waves and AiCoin.

Both are fairly safe with potentially huge returns in the short and long term. AiCoin is being extremely transparent in the whitepaper and legal paper, and their model is already up and running with results posted on the blog. Based on my own background I can guarantee that what they are intending to do is definitely viable and rock-solid in terms of potential returns. Easily one of the best investments available right now.

I think you should also reserve some little amount of money for small altcoins with big expectations like SAFEX. This is going to be more risky of course but also more profitable. Another thing is the ICOs. There are very good and strong ICOs are going on now. You can also invest your money to these ICOs.

i think you have a good portfolio and you only need to wait the next pump for each coins. i wonder when i can have that much of coins stock like you so i can make a big profit when i decide to sell the coins. i am sure that you can make huge profit this time but my advice, you don't have to sell all of your coins but leave some amount of the coins for long term investment.

No. I wouldn't add ripple. I don't think that ripple is a good opportunity but Monero sounds good. I'll think about it.

Are you in to smallcap coins? I would recommend you to check out ZCoin (not ZCash) / Viacoin and Lunyr and there are others too maybe put a small percetange in smallercaps? like 1-3% of total portfolio? The risk is bigger but so are the rewards if you get your risk management on point :)

just curious why you are not considering waves and stratis though that portfolio would be enough for a long term hold you would benefit from this

I think with this investment list you should invest in long term for at least 5 years because in 5 years there will be a lot of investors pumping into this Altcoin, so be patient and wait and you will become billionaire

No. Actually, I don't care. I'm a long-term investor that's because I carefully chose my coins. I don't buy shit coins.

The richest man I've seen so far is here. You're portfolio looks incredible. Just 25 btc is enough for me, plus add up your other coins. The question is how will you handle these coins on August 1? Are you still going to hold some of it or are you cashing all out? I guess you take all the coins that you can, I'm not quite familiar with the other coins and it's value.

Find a coin nobody talks about. Blocknet, Shift, Storj, etc... and do not sell immediately. Be an investor and hold your coins. Not trader.

This. Take a look at AiCoin as well. Somehow fell under the radar, despite having one of the most promising prospects. Anyone who understands ML/AI/DL will know its value.

I agree with you and will suggest him the same. He has fantastic portfolio indeed. All he needs is to play wisely. Just keep simple strategy in mind that not to give up on coins when they are dumping. Simply wait for the time when they are again in the green area. As far as the bitcoins are concerned, hold them till Segwit and than obviously you are going to make an unbelievable profit.

I will try to get the link for you, but I actually had found a website 3 months back that was creating font that were a combination of various cryptocurrencies combined into a basically mutual fund.

I agree with the MGO option, WAVES, however, it's not the best choice, DASH and ETC are one of the most paid currencies, we should invest in it.

You have a good portfolio, if you like the idea of getting higher profits then you could sell some ETH and invest in some ICOs, but your portfolio is fine as it is, just hold and you will enjoy the benefits of having a well diversified portfolio and the safe investments that you have made.

Sir I think you forgot WAVES and BITSHARES. These two will soon go to moon as dozen of ICO coins are now using the Waves and Bitshares' blockchain to purchase their coins. Look at their charts they are aiming to go up.

with a lot of btc amount he have, i think he only need to use small amount to buy waves and bitshares and hold it until the price is going to moon. i think that two coins will have increase soon but maybe he can buy after the price is down in a moment because i see waves is showing a down trend but i am not sure.

I would add some XRP. If Ripple succeed in what they are trying, then they'll capture a large part of the international banking market. I understand that it doesn't fit with the crypto ethos, but this is a very targeted coin that has a genuine and current real-world use case, as well as a highly competent and professional dev team. It takes a bit of research into how international banking works before you can understand what they're doing, though.
Also I'd put a bit into some smaller coins. I like SNT - it's really an all-or-nothing project, could be huge or could be nothing, but with a portfolio that size, you can afford to add a few of the more speculative coins.

The market is going down. It is good to invest in. I sold all my DASH and bought Waves and Shift. No. I don't buy XRP, I don't trust them.

The reason I brought this up was because what you were talking about looked a lot like that basically a hedge fund of sorts, and I thought you might be interested this side, I had found I lost it I'll see if I can find it for you but you buy into a single token, am I buying that single token you're actually purchasing and investing in say 10 various all coins and percentages. I'll find it and I'll be back in the morning.

That’s a sincere piece of advice though. Addition of these too will further increase the chances of enjoying huge profit. Besides I will suggest you to increase the number of bitcoins in your portfolio. Bitcoins are the most reliable and expensive coins in the crypto world. They can give you what no other coin can. It’s a right time to grab bitcoins because after Segwit, they will be really touching the sky.

I agree with this, if you want a better performance when it comes to earnings most of the time altcoins are the best, but at this time bitcoin is the best investment since the price is going to skyrocket after we finally get segwit activated, the miners are trying some funny stuff but it is not going to work.

SC is long-term though. For short-term (+long-term) I would get AiCoin instead. And for long-term I'd mix AiCoin, Blocklancer, SNM, Sia and Waves.

Investing in too much money is not a good decision, it will make you feel vague about the value of money, you will not choose the best money, you can lose. So, investing in a centralized way is better.

Looks good but how much cash do you have? I think that's very important because you should never go %100 coins or fiat. Always keep them balanced. If you have 25 BTC I assume you also have 250k USD cash. If your USD amount is under this then you should sell some of your BTC to keep a 1:1 ratio.

I don't have much money to invest to the tokens you have invested. But I do have about 1k WAVES and 17 ETH that I keep them for good too. It feels like I'm on the right track that investors are also keeping the ones I kept. But I also have Ripples and NEM, seeing these last the are on top with considerable marketcap, I think its worth investing.

You have nice collection of coins but why you running short on bitcoins. Bitcoins should be on the top of your list. They are the most cherished coins. These eths ad waves are nothing to them. When after Segwit the bitcoins are going to give a ride to moon, why still you guys thinking about these coins.

Your portfolio is really good, you invest in high altcoin and can grow in the future. I am sure if you invest long term, then 1-2 years you will get a lot of profit . Good luck

What makes you prefer Storj over SiaCoin?

Let’s not exaggerate, he is doing good an it is very likely the OP is going to do even better in the future thanks to his investments but he is not going to become a billionaire with his investments, he could earn millions or even tens of millions in the best case scenario.

There are far better options in my opinion. BCC may keep tracing BTC in a similar way as ETC traces ETH, but that's not guaranteed and it could very well die out entirely. On the other hand, there are a lot of great projects that have great prospects and far less of a chance to simply fizz out and disappear than BCC does.

tl;dr Sure, BCC may rise, but other coins will rise more with less risks of dying. If you own BCC you can keep them since they were free, that way you won't lose anything. But I wouldn't buy any right now.

Why NEO?
