This is a great question. Here is what I can tell you.

First off we have a referral program that can get you an extra 100 coins EVERY time someone uses it.

During presale and the ICO, purchases can receive extra tokens up to a certain limit. We are setting a cap of 10 million tokens to be sold during the presale. During this time, all purchases will be given 30% more tokens. Once the ICO starts, the bonus structure will change to the following:

I know with the latest SEC Ruling, https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2017-131, a lot of people are worried and I'd like to address this.

First Soferox is a registered entity with appropriate tax filing and everything. Secondly we have emailed the SEC and gone over the full document and have determined what steps need to be taking to legitimize everything. The good news is we don't have to stop and can proceed. The tokens being sold by us don't fall under the Howey test and therefore cannot be considered securities.

The SFX Token is more to be considered as a tool to use the platform and not as a currency. Another thing strongly mentioned in the ruling is the "Promise of reward". We want to also be clear that we are not asking for investment and then promising in return you will rewarded on that investment. Rather we reach out more as a crowdfunding approach and want to build a service that can be usable by crypto holders in the future.


Soferox, an American based company, is an electronic commerce (e-commerce) company that facilitates payments between parties through online funds transfers. We will accept funds in the form of Cryptocurrencies and USD.

Soferox has specialized in delivering strong and robust web based applications and has decided to extend that skill to the Cryptocurrency world. Soferox was founded by some very talented people, each of whom brings a diverse group of talents from computer science, marketing, math, and many more. Most importantly we all believe greatly in the company and the services we provide.

Our main goal here is to provide a new way to acquire crypto’s and tap into the commerce side of things. We also want to make it easy to exchange them while not charging a fee for every single transaction. We want to create an environment and platform that rewards it’s users for staying within and keeping your cryptos with us, but we don’t want to stop there. We want to give you a way to request funds from people on any platform and regardless of their knowledge of cryptos be able to pay you and you get the funds in whatever desired crypto. This means exactly what you are thinking and an integration API will be built with the main application. We want to see this integrated to websites, business platforms, and any other imaginable way you can think of.
Because of our faith in this project, we are locking our share of the SFX tokens for 1 year. Also during that period, we will be unable to trade or transfer the tokens received as part of the ICO. The rewards from those shares will go back into the pool to help increase the size of the underlying assets held by SFX. This will increase the value of the software and give it stability to perform services with our “No fee” approach. This heavily benefits all token holders during this time as it 1) increases rewards value of the initial investors, and 2) increases value for the SFX token itself, because the underlying assets are also increasing. By the end of the 1 year locked period, we project that the fund will be in a stable growth that Soferox LLC employees can begin to receive payouts from their shares if they so choose.


SFX tokens are purchased at different exchange rates during the ICO. During pre-sale, purchases are given 30% more tokens until it closes 14 days later. Once the ICO starts, purchases during the first phase will receive 20% more and tokens purchased during the next phase will receive 10% more, purchases made after the 2nd phase ends will receive no bonus. The tokens are locked during the presale and the ICO and will be released upon the completion of the ICO. There is a hard cap of 200 million SFX tokens in total for the ICO. There is a finite supply of 1 billion SFX total.
1.   Tokens are purchased by sending crypto to the payment gateway. The exchange rate is based on how many tokens have been sold and can be seen in the contract source.
2.   After sending payment, we will send out payments in batches.
3.   Once the ICO ends, users will be able to access their tokens and begin using within the application.
4.   1 SFX Token = 1 SFX Coin.

During presale and the ICO, purchases can receive extra tokens. During this time, all purchases will be given 30% more tokens. Once the ICO starts, the bonus structure will change to the following:
•   Phase 1 of the ICO will offer 20% more tokens on purchases.
•   Phase 2 of the ICO will offer 10% more tokens on purchases.
•    Phase 3 of the ICO will offer no bonus tokens.

Pricing structure will work as follows:

The software will be modeled to a similar approach of other commercially available commerce platforms. We will have a standard user account, which is free, and a merchant account.
The point of this is to cater to both crowds. We want to provide a platform for the everyday user and give them the ability to tap into this market without having to have experience, or capital. The merchant side of things will be for people wanting to charge their customers with our software and receive payments from USD to whatever currency choice they choose (BTC, ETH, SFX, Etc.).
We fill this will provide the best of both words. Merchants will pay a small monthly fee, however, should someone paying sign up for an account and pay us; they will not be charged any transaction fees. This again is to promote the use of the software and build a strong community of users, much like PayPal has done.
Key features will consist of:
•   Ability to turn coins into other coins, NO FEE.
•   Ability to trade coins with other users, NO FEE.
•   Ability to store coins with us in a protected safe environment, NO FEE to store, however, whoever you send them from may charge you a fee to send them. We will also offer monthly insurance on coins should something happen, or fraudulent activity to help you recover lost funds.
•   Ability to send invoices and have customer pay in USD, and we translate and pay you in the coin or split coins of your choice. There will be a credit card fee that can either be offloaded to customer, or you can eat that and integrate into prices.
•   The Soferox Vault
•   You can withdrawal coins at any time to have sent to outside addresses. There will be a fee to take coins out of the Soferox platform. This is only done to cover our cost of sending coin out, but we also want to incentivize users to keep coins within to take advantage of the no fee system from within the platform.
•   Full UI will be available that will provide detailed statistics, reports, and many other useful bits of information.
•   Security and privacy will be first and foremost.
•   Anonymous transactions will be allowed.
•   Inner software transactions are ALL instant. That includes crypto to crypto trades and the sending of crypto to other users.


This is quite possibly one of our more exciting features. This feature will allow you to setup two kinds of things in the vault, a trust, and the crypt. The trust is a feature that will allow multiple users to deposit funds into a global account for all authorized users. This will allow for a more efficient way to combine funds and manage them in a group environment. The crypt is a feature that will allow you to deposit money into savings like account that over a year can accrue interest. The trust will also be allowed to grow interest.


The trust will have a lot of neat features and some are listed below.
•   Zero Fees, but a 1 time setup fee paid by the trust owner. You get this fee back in interest easily.
•   Included in both standard and merchant packages
•   Funds stored in offline wallets that are geographically distributed around the world.
•   You can enable scheduled deposit and withdrawals
•   You have a 48 hour window to cancel withdrawn funds and bring back into the trust
•   You have owners and co-owners of trust who can approve withdrawals from standard trust users. This makes sure standard users don’t try and withdrawal too much or funds that shouldn’t take. You must have at least 1 approval for all withdrawals, unless you are an owner of the trust.
•   The account will have a guaranteed fix rate of interest that is annual.
•   No limit to withdrawals.
•   Must have a minimum of 0.1 of any coin.
•   There is no maximum. You can have as much in the trust as you want.
•   There is no minimum deposit amount. Just must have a balance of at least 0.1 coin
•   Interest paid on a maximum of 100 of any coin. This could change and be higher for some of the alt coins, but 100 BTC is the max for right now of what you can gain interest on.
•   Interest rates will are to be determined, however, pre-sale and ICO phase participants will get a higher guaranteed rate as a reward for early signup.
•   If at any moment a trust balance is put at 0, all members of trust will be notified to insure this was an approved action.
•   Must have a Soferox account to user vault features.

As of right now trading crypto’s affects the market on a much larger scale. If you trade 1 million dollars for Euros the market has enough structure to absorb that and not cause the USD or Euro to fluctuate but maybe 0.01%. This is something that crypto’s struggle with and if someone did that you could see anywhere from 1%-10%, and we have seen this. Our software will help with that spreading transactions over many different exchanges and when trading from within allowing for no major hurt on the market. This helps create a win-win for everyone as massive trades and moves, won’t be reflected at a high of 10% but more towards the 0.01% target.
Can we buy from Soferox?
Eventually yes. The first goal is to get an established user base and once we see a good amount of Bitcoin and Ethereum stock piled to a point we feel is safe to sell we will allow the buying of the currencies on our platform. This will have huge benefits as you won’t pay two fees. Normally you buy from an exchange and that will cost you x amount in fees. Then to send the crypto it will cost you also. Now all that happens is a small fee to cover the transaction and you have the funds to immediately disperse to your vault, or to trade with other users. If you decide to take money out of your Soferox account the same leaving fee applies.


As the software grows and evolves we will add more and more features. A phone app is on the forefront to be released alongside the web app. Phone app may see final release date after beta however.


The simple answer is yes. The way it works is ANY, and we do mean ANY transactions from user to user in our system will be FEE free. If you perform many transactions on a daily basis it will be in your interest to send users an invoice with our system. Have them sign up and use their own currency to pay you. This will create NO fee for them and you will get the full amount of money you asked for with no transaction fee.
I am sure you are wondering how we will make money. This is quite simple as we will be one of the first platforms with a currency backing behind it. The SFX coin with more users joining and using it as a currency within the platform will also help us create value in our product and the coin. We also will charge fees to send money to outside addresses, like different exchanges and so forth, or if someone does a full withdraw. If used correctly though there should be no need for an exchange. We will also have merchant accounts that give us monthly fees.
The goal of this product is not a get rich quick kind of product. We want to begin giving the ability to harness the power of Cryptocurrencies and begin seeing them appear on sites and giving people the option to pay with them. An easy to use commerce platform does not exist, but we aim to change that with the Soferox platform.


This is the key concept of how we can do Fee Free transactions. We act like a bank, and hold the funds deposited, much like other online wallets. The difference is when trading from user to user within our system we don’t charge a fee. We do this to reward you for leaving your funds from within our safe and secure multi-server cold wallet system. This system has cold wallets not susceptible to online attacks, which move from server to server keeping funds safe. Even if hackers found the location of a wallet, it would be irrelevant as that location would be different the next day.
What is a multi-server cold wallet system?
This system is what provides our strong layer of security. We have an array of servers that are spun up daily where our cold wallets are moved to. Once a wallet is moved from a server, that server instance is destroyed never to be used again. We also have funds dispersed in an undisclosed amount of wallets. We also use multi-signature wallets to prevent the monitor of our funds. We will also keep roughly 20% or so of funds in FIAT type funds to help secure assets and insure things.
Our goal is to not only provide you with a fee free system, but a safe system. Let us take the burden and stress of storing coins.
Opportunities
The opportunities with this platform are truly endless. With commerce moving more and more to internet based business we can now provide a way to tap into that market and begin selling goods and services for crypto’s regardless of what the buying parties knowledge is on Cryptocurrency.

I think the best way to describe the Soferox software is a Cryptocurrency holding and trading platform, with invoicing and other commerce functions. Our main goal is create an environment of users that use this software to trade and exchange coins. I mean take coinbase, shapeshift, evercoin, etc. The list can go on. Anytime you send money from any of these environments you get charged gas fees, or other fees. Our platform won't do that and you don't get charged that. We also have quite an array of things like the vault, invoice feature and so forth, but our biggest thing is PoP, which we will be releasing more information on this week since the pre-sale is almost here. Our platform is the zero fee product, and our blockchain of course is free, but has some key differences.

So I am not sure you understood completely, but this is definitely different. I hope I worded it more correctly for you now.

so whats the point we joined pre ico, we had the same price 10c for the ico but without 60% of bonus, can someone explain please.

It was mentioned somewhere that pre-ICO investors are gonna have some additional coins (60% or something) after the ICO is finished.

not sure i have seen it somewhere, but should the early birds reward more for get in early(funds been there for 1 month).

Hello we definitely want to be transparent and you can find all the information on us you want. You can search Aaron, myself against Soferox LLC and find all registration information, also same with Alex Williams. We don't have personal twitters, they aren't too popular around here. Most of us just have facebook and Instagram for personal accounts, but for Soferox we use those accounts. We'd be happy to provide other means of verification if needed, but our Company is verified here in Texas and we have our SBIR Research license from the US government, CAGE code, D&B, SAM code, and many other things that make our company 100% legitimate, not to mention we have top level advisors and marketing teams with us and they wouldn't be if we were fake. But I leave your opinion up to you, but I will do what I can to help.

No worries :) you can do whatever you please. Everyone has their own process for choosing ICO's and we respect that. Though crazy how we miss a twitter account and you discredit us, but don't bat an eye once at bitcoin, whom has no creator information... Dig deeper into projects, not faces my friend. that is my advice to you. All the best.

Hey everyone got a quick question. What would you like to see happen first after ICO ends Software wise, no exchange related answers please we are already working on that. Would you want

the Offline wallet,
mobile app,
mining software,
or API Docs to utilize blockchain for coin creation or ICO startup?
(API is currently being worked on right now)

Let me know what you guys think would be best to have come out next and it just might happen! We have all these things in the works, but what to deliver things you guys would like to see and in an order you might want also. No guarantees, but we'd love some community input on this!

An offline wallet and a mobile app would be a good start Aaron. With the way people are on the go most of the time, having an app that you can access your coins in would be great. The offline wallet would be good for us hodlers as well  as a method of security.

Correct mining will be done on CPU with our resource and energy efficient mining algo. We are doing this because mobile mining is something possible down the road.

May I know how long it will take before the exchange of sfx will be available? Do we need to wait for another month or more?

I think the devs are really busy right now, and I deem we can see an update in every social media they have, as for your question the possibility of it to be live in a month or so is 80% because they don't have a list of exchanges.

This process is taking the normal amount of time. There are a lot of things that go into publishing to exchange. Also the BTC fork has caused most exchanges to freeze adding new coins right now.,

Good day everyone. We are getting a large amount of emails every day asking for an update and that is just not feasible to answer them all and keep making progress. We are giving this update to better put things in line for how you will stay informed moving forward. With that emails sent to support or any one of Soferox asking for an update will no longer be replied to as it is taking up too much time.
First, join our telegram as we have a lot of people on there who are smart and can answer questions and I usually get on 3-5 times a day to talk. That is a great place to talk and discuss things.
Second, weekly updates will be given out also across all channels (BTCTalk, Facebook, Telegram, etc.).
Where are we now and what is next?
We are 7 days out of the ICO and so far it has been many meetings and mostly planning. We want to have an excellent plan of attack to better utilize funds raised and not waste any funds or spend unnecessarily, so budget meetings have been my life past few days.
Immediate Goals:
1. Soferox Forum. We want this to better communicate, give updates, and track progress in a location that everyone knows they can always go to for updates. A blog is also possible within this task
2. Network protocols expanded for large scale use.
3. Begin large scale test.
4. Authentic mining platform for global use.
5. Bug checks for 1-4.
6. API/SDK Documentation
7. Possible Alpha Testing
**Update on Exchange Listing**
Due to the nature of the upcoming bitcoin fork most exchanges have frozen the adding of new coins, so this is something we cannot control, and we anticipate the weeks following for things to be shaky in the market. As of now SFX will postpone any listing progress until after the eminent BTC Fork. We don’t want to enter the market when it has the potential for a heavy crash.

All I know is Soferox coin will be available in exchange sites and they will be back in alpha stage publicly for public in March 01,2018.
Since I have also  Participated in their Signature Bounty campaign so I was Paid of Soferox Coin, So I am still Waiting on the Day When Will it be Available for Converting to Bitcoin and Then Cash it out and send to my BTC address.

Is there any update about the exchange?

No of course the coin will have a stored value and can be traded. What that means is we aren't like ICO's you are probably use to where the coin is on the exchange immediately before platform is even ready. We are building a new blockchain and because of that things take more time than most the of ERC20 token ICO's out there today.

Nice to read this update from today. I have a small amount of soferox and I like your idea of the twin blockchain. Waiting for the alpha stage of the project, it's really promising.

Happy Easter! We are really excited to be releasing the Soferox Main chain today. This is again a pre-alpha, so some users will gain access first and be allowed to mine a bit earlier than others. We wanted to go over some things so everyone knows what to expect today.

First, we are doing a night time release. We are doing this because being Easter we want people with their families and enjoying the holiday as they see fit.

We will be releasing everything on the Soferox site. We will be releasing the following:

Wallet for Linux and Windows (Mac coming soon).
Mining Pool
Miners (All platforms).
*New* Solo mining directly from wallet, NO other software needed.
Withdrawals from the Online wallet will be allowed, but we will not process them tomorrow, so you will not see the option till Monday, or Tuesday. We want to be able to support this process in the event of errors, and being a holiday we feel it is smartest to wait.

Lastly we are going to proceed with getting listed on 1-2 exchanges to allow for some natural flow of our currency. We do believe that the market dictates a coins success and we are confident that our coin has a bright future. We do not have any information to release, so please do not spam us with questions on this, but rather know we will release the information as we always have to you when we have it ourselves.

So can I download the Win-wallet and withdraw my SFX directly from the site right now?

If you are one of the alpha tester you will only know that once you login to soferox.com and the alpha link is available to you then you will be able to download wallet in different OS, miner program and you can also withdraw your sfx from your wallet to another.

I think you misunderstand. Our goal is to unite crypto but not centralize them. The platform is a tool to make things easier. Also to not charge people a fee for every single transaction. As of now options are spread out across many sites and we aim to unify the crypto world services. This won't ignore blockchain technology but rather stengthen it. Ask yourself this question. If you could send .5 eth with no fee would you? I'm sure you'd say yes. This is our main focus and I'm sure there aren't any places offering this with the combined services we will. Also how many exchanges have a currency backing them. Maybe I explained this poorly. Let me know and I'd love to reword this make more sense and not confuse people.
