As of now, there are many crytocoin that are listed in coinmarketcap and most of them are good to buy
Can you suggest a great investment in cryptocoin aside from bitcoin

My personal advice will be: STRATIS, GOLEM, ARDOR, WAVES, ETH
Optional: ARK, NEO, NEM, LBRY, BAT, VERGE and SC

You can invest a part of your principal in each if you are comfortable managing multiple coins.

At this point all ANON coins starting with Monero.

People where stolen BTC ended from Mt Gox are getting arrested. Bitcoin is not fungible as cash is. And fungibillity will be a thing in next couple of weeks.

Currently waves is the best because its having lots of features like creating smart contracts in waves platform, Trade the token in DEX in a platform also you can lease the money.

To make big money best investment is pos coin NETKO, and if you have time to wait then go on ethereum.

Stellar, Ripple and Bitshares I think from 3 this will be great after ethereum, but I do not want to make you big loss, so think before making a big investment about the high risk you will get

You must do your own research never trust any kind of advice. Use your own brain or just follow the smart people or the masses. Lots of people don't write the truth, they recommend just the thing which they are in.

ETH is the best option in this regard and after ETH coins like Ripple, LTC also have some great potential to grow and also their market cap is high. But these are just assumptions and if you are really looking to invest in the future then you should analyse market on your on. Search thoroughly before investment.

1. First off, do your own research.
2. Read a lot of posts both here and on other crypto-related forums.
3. Check for coins that have good developer(s) and dedicated community.
4. Read their roadmaps and whitepaper to see what problems they are addressing that hasn't been addressed before and what the future may hold for the coin. Also, check to see if there are similar projects in the market and compare.
5. Check for coinmarket cap of those coins.

Now off the top of my head; WAVES, STRATIS, UBIQ, LTC, GOLEM, LBRY, and BITBAY looks very promising

You will get different result if you are asking to everyone. Personally i think investing in altcoin can be considered as gambling. We never know if the coin will be rise or down in the future but i hope all coin rises.
I'm going with CLAM and XMR.

I often see this advice - to make a research, but honestly, aren't there quite a few altcoins which look pretty good in terms of developers, community, whitepaper etc? I mean, if it's not an obvious shitcoin, then it's promising, at least on a paper. The thing is we can't really look into the future and see which exact technology or idea will be adopted. So, I'm more with janggernaut here:

This are question that ask many times in this forum but I always interested to give my suggestion for altcoins that worth to invest by my view. Nowadays altcoins is doesn't made to be a real cryptocurrencies, it's made for just a token proof of assets. And the best is to choose a great idea behind its tokens. I prefer Bowhead Health.

Yeah , This is the truth that many types of the coins with better technology and futures are available to buy and make profit .
But besides of this you should take care that you are in the very starting so you need more better coins , so that you can control your loss and make big profit .
I means to say that it will not be better to buy altcoin and make only 20-30% because here in starting you need to multiply your money , So buy only those coins which are at low rate .
Here my suggestion to buy creva , dgb , blry , sib , pxl , pxi , Putin coin .
These are those best coins which have the value very low but it is surity that in the future ( in one month ) they will grow and with per Satoshi increase in price will results into profit in big % .
So here make analysis ownself about coins and buy at cheap rates , so that you can make big earnings speedily .

The best crypto investment is bitcoin then ethereum, after that, waves, stratis, digibyte, tezos, eos, and ripple. Invest in those, won't be regretful. All of these are my own opinion.

Of the many suggestions above I will choose stratis, stellar, ripples, waves and bitshares. Since they have their own platform and strong security.
I think the future will replace ethereum. Now .. back to our own interests and feelings

Invest in ETH or LTC as these coins have the potential to grow . They will possibly survive the future.
These all are just an educated guess. Every one has his own favorite coin.Do some research on your on and invest according to your budget.

There are so many topics about where to invest. But if you would compare all of them in one. Mostly people invest and suggest LTC, ETH, XRP and Monero :)

Better to do your own search because it is obvious most members will promote altcoins they support and as piece of advice, diversify your investment and don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Hard fork made me keep thinking of switching to fiat or altcoin and finally I decided 30% I switched to fiat and 70% I switched to altcoin. And the options are ethereum, waves, litecoin, monero and populous world.

My opinion The best cryptocurrency to invest, of course first Bitcoin then ETH , LTC after that WAVES also good future.

I do not want to make you big loss, so think before making a big investment about the high risk you will get.Look at the market moves and how much coin volume you will invest ..

Don't worry i'm going for NEO/Antshares , i think it will be the biggest thing in 2018 maybe Bancor and Tezos

With NEO/Antshares you'll earn the fuel like ETH called Antcoin for now. I think if the Antcoin starts to begin rising NEO will go through the roof.

I recommend buying Patientory PTOY and time i got profit twice from those two projects but indeed before first of Aug no one can expect anything , lets wait and see the complete result in regard to bitcoin first .
