Can anyone help to answer it? because I want to invest for bitcoin cash.

Your money, do with it what you want. Most people here don't think it will surpass bitcoin. If you think it will gamble on it.

After Bitcoin Cash was forked out of Bitcoin, people think of it as a free money or a giveaway money for us so they can get free Bitcoin form it. We can't blame them because they are not interested in such alt coin. Bitcoin has the characteristics of the Bitcoin that Satoshi Nakamoto is dreaming of, but it is not a profitable digital currency for the other people because they just look at it as another altcoin.

If people are willing to invest on Bitcoin Cash there is a big possibility that this alt can pump and maybe reach $1000, but seeing the price now, I think it will last long.

it doesn't matter if it will or not; the point is to gain profit. basically you can buy more BCC than BTC with your fiat, now imagine what could happen once it pumps  ;D

just don't forget the rule! buy @low sell @high.

 I would wait, BCH (Bitcoin Cash) is currently being dumped and I suspect will be for a few days. In my opinion BCH will never surpass BTC in price, but I've been wrong before ;)

I mean anything IS possible, but I personally am betting against it (I sold my BCC). I think their developers are inferior and ultimately their plan is going to be taking upgrades from core. They cant scale to mass adoption by doing it just on chain.

Anything is possible. My guess is that most people here are going to say no. I am going to put some money on Bitcoin Cash, I am just waiting for the craziness to go. Do your due diligence. Invest in money you can afford to lose. No crypto has guaranteed returns. Buy low and sell high.

it is very unlikely. original BTC is now well known.  btc cash has to prove it is worth something.
sorry to say but apart original BTC majority alt coins serve no real life purpose and are just speculation vehicles and nothing more.
it could become more valueble than btc only if btc is abandoned. today it is gamble.

I'm not sure about Bitcoin cash but what current crowd yells is stay away from the altcoin. You have opportunities with well known coins then why take the risk to invest into coin which born with so much hatred from the public. Personally I will never invest into bitcoin cash unless and until it is stated by big investors or miners. It needs more solid proof that it can be invested and profited with. We are here to have returns on our investment and not just to try out shits of devas who thought "it could be good idea to create this and that".

Right now, not even close. If scaling problems arise again, then there could be some increase in the value of bitcoin cash. But I don't think it will increase enough to pose a threat to Bitcoin.

It's just traded at exchanges. As far as I understand it, bitcoin cash is one of many altcoins

I think bitcoin cash will never surpass bitcoin because many considered bitcoin cash as Shitcoin. The bitcoin cash pumped the other day because of the free bitcoin cash given to them by having some bitcoin. The initial price of Bitcoin cash is 400usd now it drop as low as 275 usd. Negative 31%. So i think it is not wise to invest on BCC.

Like someone has already said to you, it's your money and you can do whatever you want with it. But to my personal opinion this wouldn't be a good investment because it can't be better than Bitcoin. Even if it seams that bitcoin cash has some good value this will not last and the acceptance will be very low, can't compare with Bitcoin in any way. I wouldn't choose that.

Chances are it continues falling until it dies, like most other altcoins. Especially given the incentive of 99% of BCH recipients is to dump anyway. When you give free coins to people who never wanted them in the first place and can dump them for free money, don't expect the price to go up. lol

Do your own research, and make your own judgements. That way, if ever you take a loss or miss out in profits in your investments, you can only blame yourself, and not that person that told you to invest or not to invest. Investing based on ideas and or opinions on random people on forums is a very bad idea in the first place.

Don't think so. People started dumping and it's value is just going down and down. We might see it go much more further below. Just look at the charts. Free money = dump for more BTC - this is what most people are doing right now.

In my opinion, at present I think Bitcoin Cash is not able to break through Bitcoin. It was recently detached from Bitcoin, a new currency, a new blockchain completely independent of Bitcoin but its recent value has fallen sharply. Maybe in the future it will be higher but I'm not sure it will overtake Bitcoin, it will take a long time for it to catch up with Bitcoin. Well we don't know for now but maybe it could. BUT MAYBE. Well bitcoin can't stay as number 1 for too long. We can't say that a number 1 stays as number 1. It could go down, really. Might as well drop. In life there is someone better that can replace us if we are the number 1. But I don't think that bitcoin will just let other coin defeat it.

Must better to invest in bitcoin, Because bitcoin it is now knowing of all people in cryptocurrency and the bitcoin is increasing the value as of now, But about in bitcoin cash i think the values that is going low and maybe no one can invest in bitcoin cash. Dont know if get it but yeah its better to invest bitcoin especially if you aiming to have it for long term investment btc will never be overtaken and I'm positive to say that bitcoin will keep rising possible to reach new ath, 5k$ will be possible within a year or less just be more ambitious bch won't harmed btc price as for my opinion.

I think the bcc is very cheap now, maybe it will be cheaper a few day later. In my opinion, it is not possible will surpass the value of bitcoin, but you can buy some bcc now and sell them in the future to get some profit.

The answer to your question is a big NO! It cannot even get to the spot of bitcoin, much less surpass. Bitcoin Cash is not the original Bitcoin and so it is not going to be as huge as the original.

You may still buy Bitcoin Cash if you believe it will gain in the future but wait for a while, when the price is cheap.

I don't think it will upend bitcoin...at least not anytime in the near or intermediate term....Long-term...I think the crypto space will look so much different a couple years from now...so who knows?

Bitcoin cash was like a coin on yobit people pumped it to a price no one expected but like every other pumped coin on yobit it falls big time. If you think that it's the best time to buy now go for yourself as it is your bitcoins at risk. Since it is an alt coin there's a possibility that whales will pump it very soon. It was on a very high price went the split happens and now it is down to 0.06 BTC. Who knows if there will be another pump for this bitcoin cash alt coin.

Miners know where future is

For me I think it is not possible that bitcoin cash can surpass bitcoin because it is also pumping its market value now and we just don't know when it will be happen.

We have to admit that in theory, one day,yes this could happen or ETH or any other coin,but in practice I do not think it will happen because until now BTC is the most widely accepted cryptocurrency in the market,so nobody can really endorse that idea especially since there are not enough elements to think that something like this could happen and all this falls on the ground of the assumption exclusively and nothing more.

There's always a possibility. But this possibility is not that promising. If you can notice, bitcoin cash didn't receive much attention upon its launch. People in cryptocurrency world seemed to care less about that. Some even say they will dump it immediately. So if i were to ask, i don't it is a good idea to invest in bcc. Aside that it is new, it is really unstable compare to other cryptocurrency. But the choice is always yours, i'm saying this because that what i've noticed and may help you with your decision.

I think bitcoin core will ever remain the gold standard to others cryptocurrency  and because of this I doubt if it value will be surpass by that of bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin core has a very strong foundation both online and off line for years and that is why with the splitting it value keep increasing. With time you will  understand what I am talking about.

If BCH survives the few coming weeks and becomes stable, and there is improvement in the transaction time, i guess people might start transacting more with BCH than BTC, if that happens in addition to the fees for BTC transactions which is higher, it will cause BCH to go up in value, but surpassing BTC, only time will tell.

Given its network hash rate, it is hard to surpass bitcoin. Unless something bad happen to bitcoin and miners switch to mine bitcoin cash causing the network hash rate flips.

Do you believe that having bigger blocks is a better solution than having segwit to solve scaling problems? If yes, then you should gamble your money on BCH, otherwise, stay on bitcoin.

But since you are just investing, BCH does not have to overthrow or get ahead of bitcoin. It just needs to have a higher price than when you bought it. The price of BCH now is down, you can buy now and gamble that the people behind it will try to pump it for exposure.

I don't think bitcoin cash can surpass the value of bitcoin for the reason that it is another altcoin that others put their money before just to double their investment in bitcoin. As of today bitcoin price is keep increasing and bch is hardly to surpass this price. Think before investing and do some research your decision is at your hands.
