Well we don't know for now but maybe it could. BUT MAYBE. Well bitcoin can't stay as number 1 for too long. We can't say that a number 1 stays as number 1. It could go down, really. Might as well drop. In life there is someone better that can replace us if we are the number 1. But I don't think that bitcoin will just let other coin defeat it.

bitcoin is increasing now even theres split that happen it seems it doesn't even happen so I think it will keep that way btc is already popular and uses by many which is hard to replaced by any. |

I think the bcc is very cheap now, maybe it will be cheaper a few day later. In my opinion, it is not possible will surpass the value of bitcoin, but you can buy some bcc now and sell them in the future to get some profit.

The answer to your question is a big NO! It cannot even get to the spot of bitcoin, much less surpass. Bitcoin Cash is not the original Bitcoin and so it is not going to be as huge as the original. You may still buy Bitcoin Cash if you believe it will gain in the future but wait for a while, when the price is cheap. |

I don't think it will upend bitcoin...at least not anytime in the near or intermediate term....Long-term...I think the crypto space will look so much different a couple years from now...so who knows?

Lol no man even if that's possible that will take years to happens and until that time there are many better alts which can provide you better profit in that period. Bitcoin cash was like a coin on yobit people pumped it to a price no one expected but like every other pumped coin on yobit it falls big time. Don't waste your money on this coin the price can fall till $50.

If you think that it's the best time to buy now go for yourself as it is your bitcoins at risk. Since it is an alt coin there's a possibility that whales will pump it very soon. It was on a very high price went the split happens and now it is down to 0.06 BTC. Who knows if there will be another pump for this bitcoin cash alt coin. |

We have to admit that in theory, one day,yes this could happen or ETH or any other coin,but in practice I do not think it will happen because until now BTC is the most widely accepted cryptocurrency in the market,so nobody can really endorse that idea especially since there are not enough elements to think that something like this could happen and all this falls on the ground of the assumption exclusively and nothing more. |

Not yet it has crossed ripple when it hit the exchanges the next challenge of it would be to surpass ether first but now it has gone below ripple also and today it fell more below litecoin also if it keeps falling mostly it is gonna fall below nem. As of now there is no chance for any altcoin to cross bitcoin is has to cross the leader in altcoin market which is ether for now
