Summary

PRIVATE, SECURE AND SCALEABLE
Superior Coin is a secure, private, untraceable currency. Unlike many crypto currencies that are derivatives of Bitcoin, Superior Coin is based on the CryptoNote protocol and possesses significant algorithmic differences relating to blockchain obfuscation. Superior Coins main emission curve will have issued about 1.5 billion coins to be mined in over 30+ years. Superior Coin protects privacy in three ways for all transactions on the network: 1 ring signatures hide the sending address, 2 RingCT hides the amount of the transaction, and 3 stealth addresses hide the receiving address of the transaction.

WHY PRIVACY MATTERS
Superior Coin daemon uses the original CryptoNote protocol except for the initial changes (as the block time and emission speed). The protocol itself is based on "one-time ring signatures" and stealth addresses. The underlying cryptography is essentially Daniel J. Bernstein's library for Ed25519, which is Schnorr signatures on the Twisted Edwards curve. The end result is passive, decentralised mixing based on heavily-tested algorithms. However, several improvements were made which covered the proper use of ring signatures for better privacy. Specifically, "a protocol-level network-wide minimum mix-in policy of n = 2 foreign outputs per ring signature", "a nonuniform transaction output selection method for ring generation" and "a torrent-style method of sending Superior Coin outputs".

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Superior Coin features an opaque blockchain (with an explicit allowance system called the viewkey), in sharp contrast with transparent blockchain used by any other cryptocurrency not based on CryptoNote. Thus, Superior Coin is said to be "private, optionally transparent". On top of very strong privacy by default, such a system permits net neutrality on the blockchain (miners cannot become censors, since they do not know where the transaction goes or what it contains) while still permitting auditing when desired (for instance, tax audit or public display of the finances of an NGO) Furthermore, Superior Coin is considered by many to offer truly fungible coins. In Short giving your view key can allow some one to view your transactions with out being able to access your coins.

Superior Coin is powered strictly by Proof of Work, but specifically, it employs a mining algorithm that has the potential to be efficiently tasked to billions of existing devices (any modern x86 CPU).] Superior Coin uses the CryptoNight Proof of Work (PoW) algorithm, which is designed for use in ordinary CPUs.[32] The smart mining forthcoming feature will allow transparent CPU mining on the user's computer, far from the de facto centralization of mining farms and pool mining, pursuing Satoshi Nakamoto's original vision of a true P2P currency. Superior Coin has no hardcoded limit, which means it doesn't have a 1 MB block size limitation preventing scalability. However, a block reward penalty mechanism is built into the protocol to avoid a too excessive block size increase: The new block's size (NBS) is compared to the median size M100 of the last 100 blocks. If NBS>M100, the block reward gets reduced in quadratic dependency of how much NBS exceeds M100. E.g. if NBS is [10%, 50%, 80%, 100%] greater than M100, the nominal block reward gets reduced by [1%, 25%, 64%, 100%]. Generally, blocks greater than 2*M100 are not allowed, and blocks <= 60kB are always free of any block reward penalties.

FAQ
The CryptoNote Whitepaper https://cryptonote.org/whitepaper.pdf

What is CryptoNote?
CryptoNote is the technology that allows creation of privacy-centric cryptocurrencies. You can visit their website here. The level of anonymity provided by CryptoNote isn't possible with Bitcoin code base by design. Bytecoin (BCN) was the CryptoNote reference implementation, and SUP is based on BCN's code.

Two of the main features of CryptoNote are ring signatures that mask sender identities by mixing and one-time keys that make transactions unlinkable. Their combined effect gives a high degree of anonymity without any extra effort on the part of the user.

Unlike Bitcoin, your funds are not held in the address you give out to others. Instead, every time you receive a payment it goes to an unlinkable address generated with random numbers. When you decide to spend the funds in that one-time address, the amount will be broken down and the components will be indistinguishable from identical outputs in the blockchain.

For example if 556.44 SUP are sent, the protocol will break it down into 500 + 50 + 6 + 0.4 + 0.04 and a ring signature will be performed with other 500's, 50's, 6's, 0.4's, and 0.04's in the blockchain. Unlike the "CoinJoin" mixing method, CryptoNote mixes outputs not transactions. This means no other senders need to be participating with you at the same time or with the same amounts. Any arbitrary amount sent at any time can always be rendered fundamentally indistinguishable (a mathematical proof is given in the white paper).

The degree of anonymity is also a choice rather than decided by the protocol: do you want to be hidden as one among five or one among fifty? The size of the signature grows linearly as O(n+1) with the ambiguity so greater anonymity is paid for with higher fees to miners.

Ring signatures are explained below. Reproduced from CryptoNote:

A normal signature looks like this. There's only one participant, which allows one-to-one mapping.

https://i.imgur.com/dcbDq05.png&t=579&c=N0vuF9i-Otr78w

A ring signature obscures identities because it only proves that a signer belongs to a group.

https://i.imgur.com/avTQPnT.png&t=579&c=5ncjEKTCKCYMzA

This allows a high level of anonymity in cryptocurrency transactions. You can think of it as decentralized and trustless mixing.

https://i.imgur.com/ioewLSY.png&t=579&c=3tpzhuKkxAQhWw

How does this compare to other anonymous solutions?
Ring signatures originate from the work of Rivest et al. in 2001 and the implementation in CryptoNote relies in particular on Fujisaki and Suzuki's work on traceable ring signatures. There are two other anonymity implementations currently available or in development. One is ZeroCoin/ZeroCash's use of zero-knowledge proofs. The others are based on gmaxwell's CoinJoin idea (such as mixing services for Bitcoin or the altcoin Darkcoin).

1. Comparison with ZeroCoin and ZKP-based approaches:
You can read about ZeroCoin and zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) here. The ZK environment allows an anonymity set that includes everyone in the network because the validity of an output can be proven without knowing the corresponding public key until it is spent. The largest risk is that this is recent research-level cryptography that hasn't been subjected to years of cryptanalysis, so exploits may emerge down the road. Ring signatures are much simpler and more mature, with many peer-reviewed papers published over more than a decade.

Other issues with ZKP include the RSA private key used to initiate the accumulator, which must be trusted to be destroyed by the generating party. It also obscures the entire economy, not just sender/receiver identities. If the ZK system is compromised, then an attacker can continuously spend coins that don't exist using false proofs. This damage is hidden from everybody due to total blinding and consequently at any given time it's not possible to know if the network has already been compromised. There is a tradeoff between these inherent risks and the maximal anonymity set provided by ZKP. CryptoNote aims for a different balance through the dual layers of privacy provided by one-time keys and ring signatures.

2. Comparison with CoinJoin-based approaches:
SUP is more qualitatively similar to mixing implementations like CoinJoin. The differences arise in the departure from the Bitcoin protocol, which allows SUP to use new cryptography to provide decentralized and trustless mixing of superior quality. The critical problem with mixing services is the need to trust the operators. As an example, blockchain.info's mixer gives the following disclaimer: "However if the server was compromised or under subpoena it could be force to keep logs. If this were to happen although you haven't gained any privacy you haven't lost any either."

The CoinJoin-inspired Darkcoin performs mixing with selected "masternodes" since it still uses ordinary signatures that can be mapped one-to-one. The motivation is that a randomly selected node is less likely than a single service to exhibit bad faith (such as keeping logs) . In practice, a few VPS companies host the vast majority of nodes and this approach relies on the integrity and good behavior of these nodes. SUP more fundamental cryptographic approach doesn't have these vulnerabilities and the quality of anonymity is much higher.

SUP ring signatures are also far more secure and convenient than CoinJoin because they mix outputs not transactions. This means a transaction doesn't involve waiting around for other senders to mix with. Nor is a user restricted to mixing only if others are sending the same amount. Arbitrary amounts can be sent at any time without anyone else's participation. This feature makes a timing analysis of the blockchain useless.

Overview of a transaction
Bob decides to spend an output, which was sent to the one-time public key. He needs Extra (1), TxOutNumber (2), and his Account private key (3) to recover his one-time private key (4).

When sending a transaction to Carol, Bob generates its Extra value by random (5). He uses Extra (6), TxOutNumber (7) and Carol's Account public key (8) to get her Output public key (9).

In the input Bob hides the link to his output among the foreign keys (10). To prevent double-spending he also packs the Key image, derived from his One-time private key (11).

Finally, Bob signs the transaction, using his One-time private key (12), all the public keys (13) and Key Image (14). He appends the resulting Ring Signature to the end of the transaction (15).

PC wallet won't run for me, a black box pops up in the middle as if something is loading (and it asked me to allow it through my firewall as all qts do) but then it never loads.

Am I supposed to run something besides SuperiorCoin.exe?  There's like 6 other executables.

I believe you just linked the same miner I'm using, xrm 0.2.1.

I tried the miner I downloaded on a 1060 6GB and got 430 H/s.  Perhaps it's just not as good on the 980ti for some reason....

Been mining at http://superiorcoinpool.com/# for at least 10 mins.  Total Hashes Submitted: 3748521 (I'm doing over 2 KH/s) and several blocks have been found.   Yet Pending Balance = 0.  What's up with that?

Edit: never mind, just saw that maturity is 60 blocks.  So it will take a while to confirm a pending balance.

I would call this a rare case of a well-explained pre-mine:

I think there was some kind of ICO, and it seems like very little of the pre-mine will be dumped on the market anytime soon.

Finally...some transparency on what up to recently has been a troubled project - available for public scrutiny and suggestions. I do caution new readers becoming involved with researching this coin - that hugely misleading statements exist out there about how this coin was ICO'd and ownership - and IMO this is the more likely fork in the road for success (the other team has a new coin supposedly)... but as always... form your own opinion based on what risk you can tolerate. My personal interactions with the current developers, who are answering in this thread,  lead me to believe that they are sincere and serious about this coin's success going forward ...I can not say I have the same personal interactions with the previous marketer/barker for the coin or his newest vision of crypto.

Hello @esprit577, you are so correct in your assessment, we know all to well how so many coins have come and gone with no real purpose. Superior coin has had its focus on many new crypto users and has until now focused on crowdsourced advertising and word of mouth. Superior Coin has a road map of development in front of it, with many plans to make a wide spread ecosystem that can be used all over the world. One part of that Ecosystem is something similar to Steemit , a mix between Steemit , EmpireAvenue and Fiver. Where small task or large task can be paid for with Crypto.

I just realized: devs claim that pre-mine is 300 million.  Yet 300 million was distributed by block 3,656 (i.e. the first 3656 blocks already contained the pre-mine), which was over 46 days ago.  We started today at well over block 30,000.   This means well over 26,300 blocks were mined before today, which (at a reward of 560) implied almost 15 million MORE coins mined before today's ANN on top of the 300 million pre-mine.  Please explain this discrepancy?

Edit: all of this can be seen in the block explorer, for anyone wondering where the numbers came from.

Edit2: Explanation immediately below makes sense I guess, coin was actually launched July 1 it seems.

Yes The previous Announcement was not done very well , after having separated the ex team member in charge of that, Superior Coin lost control of that Announcement , and made this one today as part of its path forward, you can check the history of the facebook page and see that people have been mining since July 1 2017.

Cheers.

You can also cpu solo mine directly in the GUI wallet or in the daemon by running "start_mining address number of threads"

Where's the old thread, if there's any?
Just want to read other details for this coin. Thanks.

This thread is From the Oficial Superior Coin Team, the thread you speak of never was done correctly and was made by an ex-member of the team.

Ah okay. Thanks for clarifying this.
I thought a clone of that coin.

Pool Payouts start 2 hours after you start mining and end 2 hours after you stop, payments are made only when you accrue 100 SCS, or more.

Edit: You can verify that the pool is receiving hash from your address by looking it up on the pool, where it will show hash rate, accrued earnings, and any payouts.

Pending Balance is updated on Every new block. So around every 2 min. Or if there is a payout it will also change. But once you have been mining a while, you will see updates every few minutes.

Edit: That is after 60 Blocks have been confirmed (120 min)

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

NsGpuCNMiner -o stratum+tcp://52.168.91.103:7777 -u myaddress -p x -I 19

I got this after about an hour. share rejected reason: unauthenticated.
Tried googline and too high stratum diff can cause a timeout, after that first failed share eveything will be rejected until reboot of miner.
Tried to change port to the medium one, hope it works now.

Yes the pool will try to give you a share large enough that you wont flood it with to many shares but small enough you will be able to solve it before the block is solved should balance out eventually. What other coins have you mined crytonote coins are not the same as many others.

The pool went form 20KH to 150KH in a few hours, all this causes the network to start adjusting itself. Also the pool gives work varied on what it need to solve the algorithm. After a few days at 150KH it should be more stable. Unless it spikes in amount of miners and the network will work itself out again.

Premine 20% @@

I would call this a rare case of a well-explained pre-mine:

How is the pre-mine distributed?
  • 100Million Sold in Pre Sell

  • 200Million lock_transfer
    • Locked on a 4 year cycle where 1.8% are unlocked per month. Of that 1.8% ,  distributed as follows;  0.45%  to reward users on our platform, the other 1.35% will be lock_transfered back into the blockchain for another 4 years, where the cycle will repeat itself.

I think there was some kind of ICO, and it seems like very little of the pre-mine will be dumped on the market anytime soon.

We hope that all people see it this way. The lock_transfer can be verified by the community with the view keys and address. It has not been done yet but will be done before listing on exchanges. Quite to the Contrary of what is being posted by the astray ex-member of the team.

Pool estimated payout going down pretty quickly. A few hours ago estimated at 38k/day, right now 17k/day.

The more Miners that are connected to the pool the less payout will be per Hash.

Seems like there is airdrop, but I don't know how many coins assigned to bounty.

BTW, the OP looks quite detailed, but lack of block reward, how many coin per block?

Block Reward goes down over time it is on a very good Emission Curve, not like BTC or MONERO where straight up and then cuts off.  SuperiorCoin Emission Rate curves over time. So blocks have less and less as time goes by.

You can get Air Drops here

The airdrops are coming from privately mined coins right now , not from Premine, the Premine is stated how it is divided. So as very close member to this project I don't mind to give some coins away to get interest in this coin up.

What port are you using with those High diff? And what rate are you putting out? If 7777 is to hard use 5555 port.

Can you explain the difference between the coin output of the different difficulties (3333, 5555, 7777)?  Are there certain cards you'd suggest for each difficulty?

Coin output should be the same. The thing is.. If the difficulty is too low you will spam the server with (low value) shares. And the server needs to verify shares so if it is overrun you will not get credit for all the work. If the difficulty is too high you will not be able to submit shares befor block is found = no reward that block.

I am at port 5555 and have not gotten a timeout it seems, not been able to chech my machine but shares are submitted still.

Thanks for the airdrop. Now some thoughts...

The wallet software is buggy. 32-bit windows version does not work, because all executable files (including the daemon) except the wallet GUI seem to be 64-bit. Windows version also does not work when the path to the user directory contains non-ASCII characters. This is really strange because the GUI is written using Qt, which fully supports Unicode. I am a software developer, I use Qt for some of my projects and I've never had problems with this. Mac version does not work at all. Also, where is the source code of the GUI?

Mining works (I've tried CPU mining under Linux and Windows), payouts are as expected.

Thanks For those observations , the GUI source code will be added to GitHub, The compile was made in 64bit , if you need to use on 32 bit windows you would need to compile it on 32 bit machine. Will talk to dev about compiling both versions from source code.

The Mac Version needs Dependencies. Dev is working on packaging it all in APP, for now instructions below.

1. Make sure you have xcode
2. Install homebrew
3. use these few commands .....

brew install boost --c++11

brew install openssl

brew install pkgconfig

brew install cmake

brew install qt5

4. After all is done unzip the file and run

The Mac Version needs Dependencies. Dev is working on packaging it all in APP, for now instructions below.

1. Make sure you have xcode
2. Install homebrew
3. use these few commands .....

brew install boost --c++11

brew install openssl

brew install pkgconfig

brew install cmake

brew install qt5

4. After all is done unzip the file and run

OK, I see. Fortunately I use a virtual machine (VMWare) with macOS Sierra installed in it for development, so it has xcode already. I did all the steps and the wallet is running. Synchronization is slow or does not work, but this may be because of the virtualization.

One more observation about mining. The "Market" section of the pool web site shows exchange rate for Monero, which is misleading.

Block Chain Sync is at around 1 and half hours right now if you do the whole chain. Yes The Market section shows Monero Prices until SuperiorCoin goes on the Market. Will edit that to stand out.

Source code for GUI wallet has been uploaded to Git Hub at https://github.com/TheSuperiorCoin/GUIwallet

For compile you need to clone into a folder and then inside that new folder clone this https://github.com/TheSuperiorCoin/TheSuperiorCoin and rename to Superior

then ./build.sh for compile in the folder directory where the GUI is at.

For Mac Before you compile you need to

1. Make sure you have xcode
2. Install homebrew
3. use these few commands .....

brew install boost --c++11

brew install openssl

brew install pkgconfig

brew install cmake

brew install qt5

4. compile

5. after all is done you can run app

how create wallet buckup?

When you first create a wallet in the GUI wallet you are given 25 seed words that you need to store in a safe place.

If your computer crashes then you can install the Superior Coin GUI wallet on another computer and when you create a wallet you can recover using the 25 seed words and you will have all your coins back.

Best to look at what thread came first I guess. The real one I started was on June 19 for example. Twitter is also a good indicator twitter.com/thesuperiorcoin you can start to see what really happened. Hopefully all resolved and money returned to purchasers before can get to exchanges

The more Ring Signatures it carries the more obscure the correct path becomes. It for one is not super traceable like Bitcoin and most others. You can regularly monitor your competitions Bitcoin Address to see how many they receive and from where, something not possible with SuperiorCoin without view keys.

I have seen what you state when using RemoteDesktop, it just shows a black screen when on low resolution. If we change to TeamViewer for remote access and up the Screen Resolution you can see the GUI.

Can you confirm if its local access or Remote Access?

I assume you are talking about the first few forks of Monero, and the vulnerability to tracing that was found due to old versus new mixins and no default Mixin in first releases.

SuperiorCoin in forked off of the 4th Fork of Monero, were it was changed to not use old mixin, SuperiorCoin Never had made any transfers with 0  Mixin, and has ring CT. It does not have same history as XMR.

Please do not mine this coin. A massive dump of stolen coins is planned. The FBI are waiting for any attempt to sell the 260 million stolen coins on an exchange. If it ever gets to an exchange many innocent people will lose money. This coin has been stolen and will never ever reach exchanges. Lawyers cease and desist letters are being sent and will continue to be sent to any exchange that accepts this coin.

I only registered to bitcoin talk so i could get my superiorcoin back.

I invested in the ICO after Suppoman (some youtuber) strongly suggested his group to buy it (udemy group)... some of the group members think that suppoman had it planned with Michael Q Todd no one know if its true or not.

the poster who calls himself "SuperiorCoin" is or Michael Q Todd or his Wife, when we raised a petition to get our BTC back, Michael Q Todd threatened us (its logged in pettition.org)

I do not know if Nathan Senn is honest... but I must say that Michael Q Todd really gave me a very bad vibe and was rude to his crowdify superiorcoin ICO investors with his replies.

you can imagine that I was not extatic to get superiorcoins and not just a BTC refund. but I give this project a chance as Nathen did not give me remotely the same vibe we all got from Michael Q Todd, so it does seem like he tried to save us from a scam and even asked us not to continue putting money in the ICO while the ICO page was still running...

Hello , not a Japan based company. The coin is an untraceable Crypto that will be first used on a Social Networking Platform for small task, buying and selling products. There will be an escrow option for larger task also. The team will also develop merchant plugins for accepting SuperiorCoin as a safe fast secure method of payment.

Dated Sept 2, 2017:

To the Holders of Superior Coin:

SuperiorCoin Team continues to improve the site and work toward a project that will better the lives of all involved. SuperiorCoin has not made any statements in the last two weeks, as it has focused 100% of its time and energy on the different branches of the work to be done, although pictures of progress and small updates have been made on Facebook and BitcoinTalk.

SuperiorCoin made a request recently, asking the community what they would like addressed next, and received the below list:

1. Bonus for not withdrawing
2. Hardware Wallet
3. Partnerships
4. Multi-language website
5. Plans going forward
6. Exchange listings
7. Purpose of the Coin
8. Wallet Security
9. How Buy back or sales price will be determined
10. Process to exchange test mined Coins
11. Merged mining software
12. Future promotion plans and integration
13. Paused Release

SuperiorCoin cannot address everything in this list in a single update, so only a few will be addressed today.

Voting System:

SuperiorCoin understands that the community is who drives this coin and its development, along with its idea process going forward. Consequently, SuperiorCoin has developed a voting system that will allow one vote for each coin held on the website. By this means SuperiorCoin can have a true democratic system as to future policies, ideas, and changes.

Purpose of the Coin:

SuperiorCoin was developed for payment of tasks, ideas, services and collaboration that anyone in the world can do for anyone else, from following people on Twitter, to designing a logo, creating a blog, making a website, and much more. For small tasks, there will be an honor system, and you will simply receive the coins stipulated. For larger tasks, there will be an escrow service, with the stipulation that neither the party performing the task or the party receiving the task can get access to the funds until both parties agree that the task or service has been accomplished or has been abandoned. Members of the community will act as judges on any disputes. These judges will receive fairness ratings, as well as part of the escrow, if the matter goes into dispute. The community may make comments on judges’ profiles regarding disputes.
Members will also be rated by the community, and comments can be left on the profile of members who are performing each task. The amount of the escrow and number of judges will be determined by the price of the service that is offered. Tasks and services trading is the first method of payment offered by SuperiorCoin, although future development will add the method of payment of products.
Apart from being used for tasks, services, and purchases on the Website (name omitted) SuperiorCoin is a secure, private, untraceable currency, which can have many more capabilities that will be developed by members of the community as needs are addressed.

Bonus for not withdrawing:

SuperiorCoin is a POW (Proof of Work) coin, and has added a POS (Proof of Stake) feature to its website, where 200 million coins will be used over the next four years to reward those that use or hold the coins on the website. These coins will be lock transferred so that they will be gradually unlocked (once a month), and any coins not used in that same month will be locked for another 4-year period. About 4 million coins will be available for reward each month. Of the 4 million, 25% will be given out as rewards, and the rest will be locked for next 4-year term. This round-robin effect will guarantee the longevity of supply of coins for rewards, with a gradual decline in the amount available over time. Those reward coins will be divided up to all daily holders on the website, deterministic only by the amount of SUP they hold. The code for this reward system is currently being developed; it will be announced and implemented once completed.

Buy-back price determination:

The price of the buy back or sales option is currently set to default to .00001 BTC, around 0.046 USD. This price is for locked coins, and the users can set a higher price or lower price, based on their urgency to sell their coins. This is subject to change when the voting system is implemented and the community starts voicing their opinion through this system. This Tuesday, September 5, 2017, SuperiorCoin will be offering this OPTION to sell your coins, and the OPTION for other members or SuperiorCoin to buy them back. Please note that at that time, orders can be made, canceled, or executed. SuperiorCoin will not be conducting any purchases at the moment, but will allow the community members first offer when the time comes.
Future promotion plans and integration:
SuperiorCoin will actively promote and invest in advertisements around the world, in hopes to add users to the Website for the sale of services and goods. SuperiorCoin will also develop and pursue integration with venders around the world for the acceptance of SuperiorCoin, through an easy to use API for processing transactions. Of the ICO monies, 25% will go toward this promotional plan and development phase. Ads will not start until all the tools are ready and tested on the website.

Exchange Listings:

SuperiorCoin is actively pursuing public exchange listings and has open communication with several exchanges at the moment. Tokens have been created on the WAVE decentralized exchange platform, and SuperiorCoin is coding for exchange of SUP to SUP-Tokens, and SUP-Tokens to SUP, so that it can be actively traded on the Wave Platform. SuperiorCoin has paid for exchange listings on a few sites such as Cryptopia, Yobit, and CoinExchange. Of the many public exchanges listed, only around 5% actually accept Crypto-note coins. SuperiorCoin is working with exchanges providing RPC-JSON implementation documents and working with exchanges to consider CryptoNotes. Communications with many exchanges have been very limited as the response time is very high due to the increased traffic all exchanges are experiencing with Crypto booming. Some exchanges have not accepted SuperiorCoin as they require previous listings elsewhere and/or daily volumes above certain limits, before listing. As part of this process, SuperiorCoin has developed a website dedicated to the exchange of SUP with BTC and XMR and expects for this website to be available during the month of September.
Hardware Wallets - WebWallet:
Hardware wallets have not been actively pursued, although SuperiorCoin is actively developing web-wallet creation using private and public keys, PC wallets for all OS systems, Android and IOS wallets, with and without MULTISIG. The web wallets already available for use are protected by several mechanisms and more security is being added daily. As always each type of wallet, from web wallet, to paper-wallet, PC wallet, and hardware wallet, has its benefits and risks.

Paused Release:

The previously considered option was a 10-month paused release for all coins purchased during the ICO. The current consensus seems to be for a shorter release, and this will be one of the first items available to vote on at the SuperiorCoin website, starting this Tuesday, September 5, 2017.
SuperiorCoin is continually working on all aspects of the Coin and the ecosystem involved with it. The SuperiorCoin team understands the community’s urgency and is making every effort to carry out all the goals set forth, however small or large they may seem. Thank you for your continued support as the SuperiorCoin team makes all the above-mentioned developments and plans.

Website for buying and selling , doing task and get paid for the task done is going live today.

Kryptonia.io is Live, and will be handling the sales of SuperiorCoins to BTC and BTC to SuperiorCoins. There also is a task area, voting area, bank, and soon to be exchange and purchase area. https://kryptonia.io and https://the-superior-coin.com with SSL activated on both.

Both pages use same login information.

Please note: At this time only coins ON HOLD are available for sale and purchase. Please Vote in voting area if you own coins.

What you have wrong is that superior coin is not selling or buying coins. The site has options for buying and selling coins from members , and a task area to earn coins that are mined.

The pool is paying out slow at the moment, but it is sure to payout. We are running some test for expanding block sizes and another test on what the loss of Miners or large part of the networks effect is. The network Hash was pushed to 2.5TH for 4 hours and then dropped to 100KH and at the same time 16 million in transactions doing locked_transfers. So it is a stress test. Normally day to day, block time is 2Min and payout starts on 60th block after you start mining and continues for 60 Blocks after you stop mining.

Cheers.

Thanks, i have understood this, but what about time between submitted shares? My average hashrate is ~425 H/s, and when the time between shares grows up to 10 minutes and more, speed drops to 100 H/s and less, wether it influences on payments?

You need to run on port 3333 or 5555, a higher port will expect more work from your PC, but if you submit hashes every 10 minutes it still is calculated to the amount of hashes you submit in that block. So maybe you didn't submit many in one block but the next block you submit is a large about the premium will be proportional. I would play around with port 3333 and 5555 and see what gives you the best results.

Hello, there was a vote on the webpage about the slow release of Coins purchased in ICO. The majority voted for 10 months, so far 20% have been released and another 10% will be released this week to catch up. After that it will be 10% per month for the rest. The coins dumped mostly have been from some miners that mined the coin.

This might not be such a bad coin if they did not keep pumping the diff.

I have only found 2 pools for this coin.

One has 29 KH on it (main pool) and the other has 1.3kh on it https://superior.superpools.net/

I can only point to some one putting large hash on one of the pools for 30 mins or so at a time to rinse the network and pump the diff.

If that keeps going the only thing that will happen to this is death.. total of 31 miners on both pools. So looking at the blocks on each pool its just being nice hash pumped.

Network
 Hash Rate: 653.20 KH/sec
Block Found: about an hour ago
 Difficulty: 78384052
 Blockchain Height: 88593
 Last Reward: 552.2501 SUP
 Last Hash: bdd2fe8077e2a...
Our Pool
 Hash Rate: 27.62 KH/sec
 Block Found: 37 minutes ago
 Connected Miners: 30
 Donations:
 Total Pool Fee: 2%
Block Found Every: 47 minutes (est.)

You only have to look at the network vs pool to see the coin is being pumped to f**k. The network is playing catchup to the pools. :( very bad form.

If that keeps going the only thing that will happen to this is death.. total of 31 miners on both pools. So looking at the blocks on each pool its just being nice hash pumped.

There is a diff fix going into the software this month to keep the pump on nicehash from being a huge problem.

I want to raise this subject again.

So far most of the ICO buyers are chained with "frozen" coins, it does not matter much as the price is 10sats.... however we never get to know what went on, if it was a scam then it was a federal crime and for some reason we did not hear that anyone was brought to justice.

Even more we don't have any info of the outcome, just rumors... the Superior Coin did did not even bother saying that they are not allowed to share info due to legal issues (that's also an answer in case it's the truth).

Nathan Senn seems to be the good guy who saved us, but so far we hardly get any development news or any assurance that our money did not go down the drain and whoever stole the BTC from that ICO made a fortune.

Can we get some development news? no problem hearing "sorry this is a dead project" or "sorry it's a community project and we all have jobs" - is it possible to get to know what's going on?

Here is the Linux Wallet from GitHub https://github.com/TheSuperiorCoin/TheSuperiorCoin/releases/download/Version11v6.LB/SUPV6.zip

You can mine to it or paper wallet, not to Kryptonia.io.  We have a new tool coming out that will be a online version of PC wallet with private key , you will be able to use it for mining.

As everybody reading this thread knows Superior Coin was stolen on July 21 and the thieves are still attempting to pump and dump it on exchanges. Please read the original thread about Superior Coin  at for the proper information. We have allowed the price to rise a little so that our friends and investors could get back their money but very soon the price will crash so you should sell now and have nothing to do with this coin. The FBI is watching all activity closely. This is a cease and desist order not to buy or mine Superior Coin or you risk a lot of trouble.

Not at all solved sorry and action is being taken from now. This is one of the biggest cyber crimes in history with over $15 million being stolen from my wife and I. We paid for everything to do with the creation and development of Superior Coin and have all the contracts and receipts. Just check our Twitter @thesuperiorcoin for updates. First chapter of ebook about theft is being released today and there will be about 20 more chapters in the next 3 weeks with full documentation about theft. We had to wait this long to give our friends who invested a chance to sell their coins at a decent price

Why am I a peasant and why not listen to me? Without me nothing about Superior Coin would exist. The name, logo, code and the community.
Call me what you like but Superior Coin was my idea and I still own everything connected with it apart from the coins and cash which were stolen. Whether you like it or not I will get them back and the thieves who purport to be running Superior Coin will be jailed. Read my introduction chapter on Linked In I will publish 2 chapters of the book tomorrow with plenty of video and documentary evidence to prove that what I am saying is 100% correct. I have waited for my friends to be able to sell the coins they purchased and now has come the time to crash the price to the point where nobody will mine.
I have also got phone interviews with a major newspaper and with the FBI this week.

We just added Superior Coin to the Cheddur app (https://www.cheddur.com)! This will allow new users to learn about Superior Coin and join the community. Cheddur allows you to link wallets, exchanges, and other services that support SUP so that new users can easily get started. You can also review the project and post your SUP addresses on your profile to receive tips/payments/donations in SUP from other users :)

Can others from the community please review the profile for quality and help add supported services? The more active the Superior Coin profile is (via user reviews and addresses), the higher it ranks in search results and the more likely newcomers are to discover the Superior Coin project!

Have you checked out all the documents about the Superior Coin theft in my Facebook album? I have about 50 there all with conclusive evidence of theft. You just need to log in to Facebook to see them https://www.facebook.com/michaelqtodd/media_set?set=a.10155012832578710.1073741898.520068709&type=3&pnref=lhc

Sorry don't have Facebook (can't trust big corps), but what are we supposed to do with our coins?
Nathan Senn is a guy who was working stacking sheet metal when I met him. I paid him increasing amounts to work for me for 2 years then one day he began hacking me repeatedly, stole my hard drive, changed numerous passwords, stole our email list and inserted trojans and other viruses into our social network and claimed ownership of all the work that he and many others had been paid to do. Luckily I still own everything to do with Superior Coin and today I will be taking it back. I am amazed that my wife and I are not getting everybody's support regarding this blatant theft. Nathan Senn has been paying numerous people with my money to discredit me calling me a scammer etc and never once have we had a cent from several years of hard work and over half a million dollars of investment. We lived with Nathan for nearly a year and looked after his son and his girlfriend like they were our family. I have consulted with my friends who invested in Superior Coin and refunded many of them. Some of them have managed to sell their coins others have been prevented from accessing their coins. They all agree that now is a time to take action.

So the guys that stole it are in the US or outside?  I bought my coins on stock.exhange and I'm wondering why we should sell it using the link you provided?

As everybody reading this thread knows Superior Coin was stolen on July 21 and the thieves are still attempting to pump and dump it on exchanges. Please read the original thread about Superior Coin  at for the proper information. We have allowed the price to rise a little so that our friends and investors could get back their money but very soon the price will crash so you should sell now and have nothing to do with this coin. The FBI is watching all activity closely. This is a cease and desist order not to buy or mine Superior Coin or you risk a lot of trouble.
Read here for legitimate updates and read our ebook when it is published soon

Title: Re: [ANN][SUP] Superior Coin [Do Task on Kryptonia.io]
Post by: SuperiorCoin on February 27, 2018, 01:07:39 AM
Mmmm Nathan so please remind me how you suddenly went from having so little money in early and mid July 2017 that I had to pay for flights and accomodation for your girlfriend and son to go to Philippines and Hong Kong and Taiwan and even pay your rent and son's nursery school fees and then a few weeks later you suddenly have all my 260 million Superior Coins and over a million dollars. And how I flew your Mom to Tokyo in May 2015 etc etc etc
And how is it that all those web presences that you made for Superior Coin were registered after July 21 2017 but I still have all the original ones that were all registered in February 2017? And How about our employment contract and my regular payments to you from May 2015 when you did not have a cent?
This is all documented of course and will be published this week in my ebook.
I want my million dollars (worth 2-3 times more now) I want my 260 million Superior Coins and I want an apology. I am not vindictive and I am happy if the coins are sent at the rate of say 30 million a month. Then we can all go about our lives.
Sound good? If so just send me an email saying it is done.
Your alternative is a very long time in prison.
Documents do not lie Nathan you have absolutely zero to back up your ridiculous story that one day I suddenly decided to hand you all my Superior Coins and all my cash and leave myself and my wife with nothing. Then according to you I then hacked my own website and handed you my whole email list. Then you suddenly escaped to the Philippines and blocked me on Facebook and started posting I was a scammer. Whole thing makes zero sense.
You are a thief and not even a good one. Facebook has shown me evidence of you entering my account and then Twitter showed me screenshots of you trying to change my Twitter account to your email address.

My wife Yoriko and I are good people we work hard and we certainly never lie or steal or mislead people in any way.
Is a shame that people like Nathan and Michael Senn cannot build their own coin and community and instead have to steal from others. Not sure at all how they or you of them supporting what they are doing manage to sleep at night.
One day you will realise that integrity is an important thing and that it is the better path.

If you had not stolen all the coins and wrecked my website the coins would be worth about $5 each by now Michael not half a cent. That is the way they were heading I was selling more at 4.3 cents than I did at 4.2 back in mid July last year and I had not even started running Facebook ads. Your brother Nathan had not even done a days work for about 6 weeks either he was too busy playing games on his Virtual Reality headset and flying off on holidays to Hong Kong and the Philippines that I paid for.
By this time next week they will be worth under 1/10th of a cent and the week after that about a quarter of that.

If anyone can show me one idea by anyone but me or even one receipt for one payment for anything related to Superior Coin not made by me prior to the theft on July 21 2017 I promise to shut up forever

What to listen to here is that everything to do with Superior Coin is completely finished Peter. Just watch what happens over the next few days. I have been fairly traumatised over the last 7 months as you can imagine. I created something pretty special that actually took me around 10 years to build up and to have it torn down in one day by thieves was not easy to take. Also have had a lot of pressure to refund people and to make sure that friends could sell out at a good price. That is all dealt with now

Hello to all of our supporters and community , this thread is for information about SuperiorCoin and has a moderator that can decide what should and not be posted. The imposter posting as SuperiorCoin is not affiliated with SuperiorCoin. The official Dev team has nothing to prove to this imposter and maybe this thread needs locked so as to not keep spreading FUD, although I assume most readers can see for theirselves what is going on here. I refuse to spend time and effort refuting the imposter when it is needed to build the project and manage the team.

So I will show here only this evidence of GitHub and will continue working....

Before you make a fool of yourself further, that pool had nothing to do with SUP Devs.

That was an unafiliated pool that someone stood up.
