You are most likely going to run into legal issues, right? Elon Musk wanted Paypal to be decentralized back then, but he couldn't make it because of legal issues. If you have fiat gateways and stuff, and you have cross boarder transactions, you won't get around the legal hassle. How are you going to resolve that?

gotta be honest lack of interest in this is kinda disappointing. Hard to see much of an after market for these coins if the 50% bonus doesn't fill, or at least takes forever to fill if it ever does. Also you're project is ambitious, it's going to need funding to pull off and doesn't seem to be hitting your goals.
Is there a limit you need to fund the project get it running? If so, will you issue refunds if you don't reach those minimums.
If you aren't worried and happy with funding so far, then why would you be wiling to accept so much more money for funding than you needed to get project running? just a cash grab? I do view the same thing too.There would really be a delay on listing into exchanges and comparing them with exscudo is somehow near which you are definitely right we would probably wait for long time until the launch without knowing on when.

Bounty Payments For Facebook has begun to be distributed, while for Twitter waiting for the count is complete.
If you have completed the Reward form, you do not need to worry.

I think this is the right approach. While there is no working version of the platform, the price after the ICO will go immediately down. It's a bad habit to trade right after ICO. Soon, I hope, many will go to exchanges when certain results are will received - but not earlier.

Glad to see that Transmission developers post some news, but i think that they need to be more active here and on another communication channels. Will be better to all investors it devs will publish a regular progress reports.

transmission seems like other ICO, after ICO ends focus on promote about product after this make platform live and last step listing in exchange. This is will take much time i think

First of all they were planed listing on exchange according a road map on a first page. And 4Q of 2018 working version of platform. But later was announced that listing only after start of platform. Looks like investments are frozen for 1 year.

That would be completely nuts if they decide to effectively freeze investments for an eternity.

I believe you will continue with such spirit and will make this platform most successful.

The Transmission team say that the development continues and the news on the project is a matter of time. You can always ask them a question directly in the slack. Hope that fresh updates will be here soon.

Slack was discredited due to plenty spam. Better for team to use some other source, like telegram for example. IMHO its closly to community.

For those who weren't a part of the community for long time, let me update you. Transmission MVP crypto exchange was presented almost a year ago, back in February of 2017.  We've displayed it publicly for everybody to see. But due to unknown reason the product stopped working properly after that, software development company found a lot of unfixable bugs in it. We also received emails apparently from colleagues/ team, with virus files. We were under attempt to get hacked. 

There was a conflict in Transmission project directory board, and all funds that was gathered via ICO was frozen by escrow agent. Me being CEO (chief executive officer) I didn't own the project, there are higher people than me who told me what to do. Because of the conflict, I want to make sure that my work is not going to end, therefore I’ve created MultiVision. MultiVision can be ancillary or an alternative for Transmission. 

Now up-to-date status: 
The transmission exchange platform is working properly, now we need to provider 2 servers to that IT company that has created the engine - 1st Server is for wallet (installing all coin packages) storage 1000GB; 2nd Server for moving the website files Storage 30GB.
MultiVision remittance system is ready to be implemented, we have developed architecture infrastructure.
But unfortunately, we ran out of capital, because ICO funds was frozen by the escrow agent, I was using my own money, and now I don’t even have enough to purchase 2 servers to transfer Transmission crypto exchange files. The hold period is over, and I can use this money to finish this product. 

Right now, in TMN community is divided mood about continuing the project with leftover ICO funds, some people want a refund and some want me to finish. So therefore,
I need to have a voting, and see what the community want.

The question is - did someone make a real return?  For a very long time, the project shows no signs of life.  And at one time was quite promising.  I really hope that everything will go as the developers said.

A person who is responsible for ICO TMN money is Evgeny Perikov. He supposed to give back ICO TMN money about a year ago, but there was always some type of excuse, and he keeps postponing the refund process.

On Sunday, October 20, 2019, he told me that he will put an end to refund the situation and give me money back. He said we will fly to Moscow to sign the passing fund agreement.
He has been promising to give money back for a long time.

But when Monday came, the guy turned off his phone. Till now his phone is turned off.

He is not in Russia anymore, he left the country, leaving his wife and daughter behind.

Here are a few theories what might have happened:
- He ran off somewhere with the money, doesn’t care about his wife and children. OPL and TMN investors are not the only people who he supposed to give money back.
- He got arrested regarding the Transmission or Onplace project.
- He was kidnapped by OPL or TMN investors.

I’ve talked to one of the relatives of Evgeny Perikov, and he said that on October 24, 2019, he filed a missing person case.
He told me that by Russian law if a Russian citizen goes missing outside of the country, the prosecutor has to file a homicide case so it will be easy to connect Interpol to search.

Here’s what will happen:
If he is not going to show up until 25th next month, a group of people who he supposed to give money back will get together and file a lawsuit against Evgeny Perikov.
