How do you implement them into an ICO? And the best way to track them.

AFAIK most of them are manually tracked using some sort of spreadsheet (Google docs being the main tool used).

I think if you're not able to utilise a running system, it might be better to track manually as mentioned above, e.g. Google spreadsheet.

I think smart contracts may be useful in some stages of bounty campaigns. For example bounty rewards can be sent through smart contracts, tracking bounty campaign participators with smart contract is more complicated. You can only track for example character count of every post, subforums etc. I have no knowledge about it but in order to track quality of posts, machine learning might be required.

That is cool, as far as I can see, most of bounty will employ a bounty manager to help them manage different bounties, such as translation, twitter, btt signature campaign, and so on.

I personally go to the section "alternative cryptothermia" and subsection "bounty" to join the ICO. Here you can select the appropriate ICO companies. Also there is information about them in the form of a table.
