Did you get yours or tracking number yet? Do you mind posting when did you place your order? If you have a big order but like to keep it low, just say you have only one unit but lets build the list. The listing give us a general idea of what is going on and how many units still to be delivered to costumers hands. Trade in unpaid orders are welcome to post here too. Have you calculated the loss from turning in your trade in? Only assuming how many BTC you would have mined between when you sent in your trade in to now. I'm not recommending that you pick a fight with Avalon support, but considering that they may or may not have been mining before shipping them to customers it wouldn't sound unreasonable to request X BTC to at least cover the loss of not mining with your FGPA. I think I know how that story will end, but you have clearly been wrongfully neglected.
