Did you open a ticket on http://support.avalon-asic.com ? Put inside your transaction id to walletbit and as much info as you can. I had the same problems with walletbit on february 2, opened a ticket the same day with walletbit and support.avalon-asic and a couple of weeks ago they added my order to the store (where you have to register and fill your address and telephone number). Put address and telephone number on support.avalon-asic as well, the cannot ship if they (Avalon team) don't have a telephone number. spiccioli

Random question if anyone knows, I'm going out of the country for 2 weeks (I currently live in the USA) I'm afraid DHL is going to end up delivering my avalon while I'm away. Anyway to pre sign for the package or have them hold it until I get back? I would be awful if they send it back to china.

I am thinking through the same choice. In my case, there is a trusted business close by, and I would have it delivered to them, making the arrangement through DHL and not Avalon. I would never pre-sign. bad, very bad.

This morning I see a "clearance event" in my tracking... Further Detail: A clearance other than standard Customs entry is required for this shipment. Next Step: Further processing will occur as instructed by the regulatory authority. A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or shipper if further information is required
So is it blocked inside China Customs due to some issues? spiccioli

This morning I see a "clearance event" in my tracking... My parcels reached the same point yesterday afternoon (GMT+1). I also got a text from DHL later on in the evening asking me to pay customs fees of £163 (although presumably this is anticipating the charge once the devices reach the UK).
