same story here, at first i was wondering why i couldn't post anything, then i read that i had to browse for 4 hours. When the 4 hours where full i still couldn't post. Post by: snowcrashed on May 22, 2013, 07:03:10 PM You must be new to the internet and/or boards, otherwise you'd understand that the purpose of the newbie restriction isn't to censor but to offer some protection against misinformation campaigns, spammers, ill-intentioned passer-biers and people of similar inclination. 5 Posts and 4 hours of usage, not really a big deal. Requires a modicum of effort and keeps the community cleaner.
