Never had any issue about their site and i think better to make your own account there to get some bonuses and discount.. The transfer fee rate is less than the other exchange site base in my own experience.. Usually i convert it to perfect money using ayoungchanger.com,it is very fast and do not need to verify it.most of my friend use it to exchange their money to online payment point such as okpay,perfect money and else. Other than that i also used it as a place to encash my bitcoin to fiat and vice versa.you just need to chat them via chatbox live and tell them what do you want. They're officially partnership with our biggest local exchanger,so i never have a problem with them so far. Other than that,have you try currency exchange in this forum ? They also support PerfectMoney, so you can try out them.
