Usually i convert it to perfect money using ayoungchanger.com,it is very fast and do not need to verify it.most of my friend use it to exchange their money to online payment point such as okpay,perfect money and else.
Other than that i also used it as a place to encash my bitcoin to fiat and vice versa.you just need to chat them via chatbox live and tell them what do you want.
They're officially partnership with our biggest local exchanger,so i never have a problem with them so far.
Other than that,have you try currency exchange in this forum ? Many people use it as a place to find a person that want to buy Bitcoin or sell it to various payment point
