With so many ICOs flying around, can someone give a hint which team already has a working product and then launching an ICO, instead of the other way around.

As i know the developers of social network running their own ICO (kin.kik.com) ,in few words it is cryptocurrency  that can be used in social network.

I'm glad you are choosing an ICO with a working product, this decreases the possibility of scam and ensures the team is working hard.  The projects that are 1 year away, who knows if they will ever finish.  So here is my pitch for Centra.

Centra is definitely the next promising ICO!  Something with a real product!

Na, I doubt ppl buy ICO based on endorsers, but the endorsers at least show it is a working product which is many ppl main question.

Triaconta has a working product, which they intend to implement in the crypto market. Basically, they've developed smart software that compares energy prices and trades them at a profitable rate. They will apply this software to the top 30 cryptocurrencies in volume, with CombiCoin which is now in ICO.

For every 10 dollars you invest, you get 1 CombiCoin, as well as 1 TRIA token. 
Each CombiCoin represents 1/30th of the top 30 cryptocurrencies. - I find it hard to figure out which crypto's to hedge my bets on. There's a couple of relatively stable big ones, but with low profits, and the newcomers, which turn out to be one day flies a little too often for my taste. I do however have great faith in the rise of cryptocurrencies in general; in the crypto market as a whole. I firmly believe this market will grow at least tenfold in 2018, which would mean my 1.500 euro's will be 15.000 by the end of next year;

- This is not counting the revenue from the TRIA tokens. You get these basically for free during the ICO, and there's no telling how much each token will generate over a lifetime;

- The team consists of professors and other experienced professionals. The software they will implement has been tried and tested. They are very transparent and answer all questions on this forum and in their telegram quickly and thoroughly. I've asked many questions myself, but haven't been able to find a single unconsidered circumstance or any fatal flaw. They seem to have thought of everything. Only thing is that, where other (less promising) coins like Paragon are all in your face, CombiCoin is pretty low key and rather focuses on quality. This means it's partly up to the community to get the word out, but personally I'm glad to do it.

kickIco seems to be doing well, The smoke Exchange also have a working prototype and are backed by dopecoin, looks like a decent project to me.

Crowdholding seems like a good choice, according to their road map, they have a working beta since March this year. Looks like a great project. Their ICO starts on the 1st of November.

If they have a "working product" then why do they need an ICO ?

Actually it's a good question but they need money to expand their product in various ways. I'm not sure about this but all the whitepapers of working product states something like this. It's always better to invest in a real working product than investing in an imaginary companies which may launch their product after 2 years. Though there are some exceptions!

Exactly, they want to tap into new investors and expand their delivery channels. If you based on every whitepaper this ICO's you will find their roadmap and as to where they are moving. And maybe to go further they at need a little push with the help of new investors. Or sometimes they want to tap to unchartered and new territories like Bitdice did in their ICO. They have been successful in the bitcoin gambling scene but they want to expand even further by going into Fiat territory and they raised close to 9M if I'm not mistaken.

This is the type of projects ICOs should all be. To all devs, do not use ICO to get empty promises fulfilled with money. Surely all things can have a start. Look at a few big ICOs, no base, no start just "great devs". I think from now on I only look for projects that have product. We know it works.

The way ICOs are going lately unless your 100% behind the project idea I personally wouldn't bother and instead grab some that your 50:50 over on EtherDelta after the bounty hunters dump their coins. Also avoids the majority of issues during the ICO phases like being hacked, turning out to be scammers or not reaching ICO goals.

Seeing them as having an existing project that has been run. may provide little security and confidence to invest in this ICO. but we will also see future potential of this ICO right? look at the type of this project is (third party for btc / fiat payments) there are so many of type projcet like this right ? so there will be plenty of competitors for pundi
