Some of them are making platforms for renting, some have real estates as backing and so on. Below is the list of projects that I have currently noticed. That's right, and that is the reason why we are focused on Airbnb-style service based on cryptocurrency. Looking forward, we will have all types of real estate, marketing campaigns, advertising, and supplementary services. But the primary target is to deliver smart contracts and direct payments to the rental market. This is the way to apply blockchain relevantly, save much money for market participants, and attract traffic to REALT marketplace. Usually one can only buy a property and profit from the rental payments when one's already quite old (or had help from parents). With this business model one can simply own a part of a real estate asset. No wonder there are so many start-ups running with this idea. The question is, which one to invest in. I'm doubting between Real and Atlant so far. I will make my decision after reading their whitepapers and checking their github page.

For shure every one want to earn fast, also me...but it is very important that you play with money which you can handle to loose. But when you want to invest safer and more long term you invest in real asset value crypto projects. For me the best project is Xaurum for shure( devs deliveres all they promise in past 2 years and now the making big step foward with systemical team, legal, PR, development, IT, sales, new markets) and Xaurum Gamma( Ico where you can t loose in the beggining because it s backing 1:1 with real estate AND also EXCHANGABLE for real asset. Of course I also speculate with some others projects...but only with 10% of my crypto portfolio. Honestly I am always a bit sceptic about the project where marketing is their main weapon, usually they lack content. I am pleasantly surprised by Xaurum Gamma. The number of Xaurum Gamma tokens is limited, thus guaranteeing a minimal value through their use. Xaurum Gamma tokens can be used to rent a villa at the rate 1 XGM : 100 €, or higher when recapitalized... So basically even if the cryptomarket collapses the token still has a real value. They in the middle of the ICO decided to change industry that they supported and suddenly they are not in Real estate business anymore. That's really unprofessional behaviour, although the reason might be similar as in the first case. Seems like most of them are "platforms" yet they are raising millions of dollars. If the money was invested in physical assets this would be reasonable (even relatively small) however developing a top end platform should only cost a fraction of what they are taking. Seems like most of them are "platforms" yet they are raising millions of dollars. If the money was invested in physical assets this would be reasonable (even relatively small) however developing a top end platform should only cost a fraction of what they are taking. What are they really doing with the money? Pocketing a lot of it. At that time Atlant wanted to join but was not sure, it turned out to have good development in 2017. But the current value is alarming and it seems that it must be patient to have high values.
