I agree that they have interesting adds, but I don't think that the amount of funds raised is the most important thing.
More important is what they do with this funds and mechanisms behind the whole idea.
Does the value of the coin only depend on the public awareness and information from company or is there a mechanism that pushes the value of the coin up regardless of this two points.

Does the value of the coin only depend on the public awareness and information from company or is there a mechanism that pushes the value of the coin up regardless of this two points.

I think the development will be key over funding that's why our team will be developing our ecosystem with or without us meeting our ICO goal, albeit at a slower pace.

I agree that Atlant is going the heaviest on Marketing (I can't go anywhere without their Ads popping up!) but personally I would like to see more real estate experience on the team..

So far I've invested a little into REAL. I also like Propy and thanks to this thread, I've just discovered a couple others I like too.

Which one of these Real Estate cryptos do you think have a chance to succeed and why?

According to comments in this topic I see that people are excited about: Xaurum Gamma, Real, Atlant and Propy.
This is not enough for success of the project but usualy the first step is that people must be interested in a project.

I once read a property/real estate project: primalbase. Their ICO succeeded with a large fundraiser, but after that many investors were disappointed as prices did not match expectations in the trading market. What is surprising is, after that there are many real estate projects that are convincing and become the current trend, I am somewhat hesitant to follow due to the previous project factors.

Although they may not have the best marketing, but the project is nevertheless amazing. Honestly I am always a bit sceptic about the project where marketing is their main weapon, usually they lack content. I am pleasantly surprised by Xaurum Gamma.

The number of Xaurum Gamma tokens is limited, thus guaranteeing a minimal value through their use. Xaurum Gamma tokens can be used to rent a villa at the rate 1 XGM : 100 €, or higher when recapitalized... So basically even if the cryptomarket collapses the token still has a real value. You actually get something for your money no matter what.

Like I said, great concept and admirable idea.

ICO statuses in first post are updated almost on daily basis, but today I added 2 new types.

One is that company decided to postpone the ICO in order to get things perpared in a correct and legal manner.
This I support. It's mutch better to say OK, We are not prepared enough and that's why we will postpone our ICO.

The second one is more wild. They in the middle of the ICO decided to change industry that they supported and suddenly they are not in Real estate business anymore.
That's really unprofessional behaviour, although the reason might be similar as in the first case.

So far I've invested a little into REAL. I also like Propy and thanks to this thread, I've just discovered a couple others I like too.

I usually stay far away from ICOs that need to advertise heavily in order to get their tokens sold. But I've made an exception for ATLANT, because this is a project that I really believe in terms of long term potential.
