You might just find some buyers if that doesn't work than try selling 'em on here and if that still doesn't work then use the exchange as your last resort.

I do btc-e codes dollar for dollar and I pay the fee.. I do ltc and btc at btc-e spot price.. If you sell to me your coins they will be resold to mostly new market participants... After reading your two posts in this thread, I've come to the conclusion that you're batshit insane. @OP I'd suggest coinbase, done plenty of transactions there and it's super easy. Probably the easiest legit way to buy/sell bitcoins that I've seen.
