My account was frozen a few months ago. I contacted support. Took a few weeks to reply but was told if I secure my email address and use 2FA for signing in my account would be accessible. I have not made a recent withdrawal but have heard there can be problems with large withdrawals so may be worthwhile to make a number of small ones.

They want to take your funds like they take mine right now. I don't have any open position or buy/sell order in margin but i still have unclosed loan and it renew itself after duration time (auto-renew is off). Till today it was renew 3 times.... I can't close this loan, i can't move my funds (because of initial margin) but they still count lending fees... Of course support don't give a f****

To my experience it helps to declare the support ticket as "deposit issue". They seem to solve these issues faster (in my case in around 24 hours).

If this doesn't work, repeat to open a ticket every 24 hours.

I have not had any problems yet, though withdrawing every day multiple time, so I think the problem with you side, maybe locked for security reasons.
All what you can do, submit ticked and wait..
