Well after reviewing the Whitepaper, The project looks very promising you've got me interested, I will be following the project.

So I can buy now the PAX token, and with that I will be able to buy bitcoin Paypers up or down with proffered price only because I buy it at the ICO?

And when should we expect the network to be launched ? what stage is development? I like the concept, looks like it could be BIG thing

Why do you need a IPO after a ICO?

Interesting idea based on a spreadbetting share / idea. I think that I will give it a try.

Correct all the participants in the ICO getting few advantages such as discount price of the PAX, special offer to buy Paypers with low initial price, and the option to trade the PAX in our network as soon as the ICO finish.

We are doing IPO so members on the platform will be able to trade the Paypers. same as in Exchange. The entry price during the crowdsale will be 100 PAX (equal to 0.002 Bitcoin) per Payper which will rise to 150 PAX (equal to 0.003 Bitcoin) once the PayperEx network goes LIVE.

Hello, the bitcoin Payper (not paper :)) is a share based unit, members in our network can buy Paypers on assets such as Bitcoin and profit from rising or falling Bitcoin depends on the Payper you bought. there is two kind of Paypers:“BULL” and “BEAR”.
A BULL Payper is predicting that the price of the underlying asset will rise, whereas a BEAR Payper is predicting that the price of the underlying asset will fall. please note that in this stage you can only buy our token PAX and ones the network will go live you can buy the Paypers.

Yes, we are going to reserve quantity of PAX, as for the liquidity if we will not have enough volume we will get liquidity providers (we know few from our past experience) that will cover for that. note that we are also the exchange and also the issuers so it is in our interest to get as much as possible volume.

Well... To free stock markets from banks are really hard. Blockchain technology can do that and will do that but probably not with an unofficial project like this. So my thought is while the idea is OK, you cannot achieve your goal.

You will "trade" "pampers" against the house where buyers and sellers in the "book" are fake and the system will allow you to match only prices with big spread to loose. Avoid payperex - it's 100% scam, same as binary options.

I have some token now in the PayerEx, but I can't withdrawal it from the site, and the exchange page are till in the construction, no such idea in this time.

This is a very bad group of people who only know how to talk. What did you expect? They used to work in binary options before it became illegal. In the future, you will see a bunch of technical problems and then closing the company.

It that mean I can't withdrawal the token in the future, and this token will not listing in other exchange, such all is the scam, any dev can say something about this, I have some token want to withdrawal.  :'(

I have just received the e-mail from PayperEx about the exchange lauch update, after I have login in the official page, till nothing happened, without any update about this project.

It's just a simple web site that doesn't seem to be able to log in or work. It hasn't updated ICO's message and may have failed.

I received a similar letter, but based on the message of telegrams, the exchange will live on April 2

(The launch date of the PAX exchange is Apr. 2nd
