i did not think much about it, overhyped in my opinion. but took the time to read whitepaper and changed my mind and will be investing a little bit, like 4-5 eth. i like that the product is ready.

i will invest long term to electroneum. i will invest and forget this coin minimum  2 year.

I say 100x by Xmas and 1000x 1 to 3 years

How much you put in (BTC & ETH)/2= Electroneum. Just kidding, just put as much as you are willing to lose (eventhough the chance of losing is slim here) ;D. Put the $$$ to support the project, don't think in terms of how much you will get back (cause maybe you'll get nothing back).

There is a lot of new accounts are shilling to the electroneum and they said electroneum as the best project and others bullshit and crap thing about electroneum. But that looks weird if you are mentioning the icostats which electroneum is unknown in this time.

I know it attarcts to invest all btc in to one coin and hit jackpot but it's too risky if you don't have a million in your bank. I would atleast left 2 btc untouched incase if the worst scenario happens.

Electroneum? I have never heard from that ICO, can you explain it more here? I am interested in that project if you can give us more info.
But investing 5 bitcoins in there isnt a little bit risky? i would never risk so much money in only one ico, no matter how good it looks. A lot of ICOs are wearing make-up right now, and that is why we see them as the best ones.

How is that 5 BTC you've put in so far Lexicon? The ICO is 2 hours old and they've raised 46 BTC, surely you were first in? Meaning you've contributed fully 1/9 of all BTC so far.

The shilling is huge on this, all by people who write with the exact same form of English. As if they were all the same person.

Nobody is the same person. We're just passionate about the project, that is all. I don't know where you get that from, but if you dig into it, you'll see a core of active people on a Telegram and we talk to each other, most in half-broken English, which has to have an influence in some sort of way, with catchphrases remembered and etc.

Sigh, the whitepaper is OKAYish, their only selling point is marketing for smartphone users and they promise asic-resistent mining with any CPU. I doubt that's possible, though.....

Obviously it will not hit 1000X with a starting market cap goal at rougly 40-60mil$.

Anyway. All this recent talk had me studiyng Electroneum alot. And it seems to be a very solid and liquid token with a very nice concept and basicly no competition.
As far as i can tell, theres roughly 45 crowfunding days before ICO expires, which will secure at balanced market cap, for a low promoted coin as this.

It does have a huge potential to rise very high, once alot of people starts to adopt it. BUT! As this crowfunding phase is giving a whole 50% bonus to first buyers. I somehow sense a mass dump on release date. So you would either have to buy now and sell asap after release for low profits. Or you could stay patient and hodl, for a highly potential 5x-50x through the following 1-6 months after release.


And again.. saying this will go to 1000x+ would only be sourced from either wishthinkers, analytic/mathmathical retards or tryhards... Basicly it will never happen, in the next many years, with a starting market cap goal as this.



My conclusion is so far not 100% cleared up. But jumps between either buying now, with the 50% bonus. Or wait for the eager release dip.
I did however spend roughly 1bitcoin on the ICO so far. Just to make a "safebet" for the long run.

When? Because 4.2 hours in it was at 50.88 and I've been watching it this whole time creep up to that and there was no sudden 50 Bitcoins added. Are you asleep and you will do it tomorrow? They are at half a million right now between Ethereum and Bitcoin.
I put $408 down in Ethereum and that's it for me. I can't really afford to risk anymore than that.

If there is even a little chance for it to make 1000x i would invest a lot. This could be the next coin which can make lot of people rich. I will check it and invest in it if it really has the potential.

Nice move mate. But why looking at certain gains before investing? If you truly believe in the project then be a bag holder. So you better check it out and not be swayed by a lot of members here. Just saying. On the other hand, I will only dig deeper about this project and see and whitepaper and roadmap and look if its really has the potential for profit before making my decision later. It is not advisable and rational to invest most of your capital in just a single investment because, the risk of losing all your capital is too high. It is most times rational if you spread your capital into different investment opportunities. I will advise that, it is better to allocate different percentage of your capital to different top coins in other to reduce the risk of losing.

My top 5 have ~50% of my money then about ~10 other coins spread the rest.

Stand at a minimum, and then decide whether you should continue to invest or should leave this case. There is demand for this coin, which means that the price will rise soon, and it can also carry with profit.

If you allocate 50 percent of your money to your top 5 coins and 10 percent went to other coins, it then means that the percentage is more than 100. I believe diversification is the best when it come to ways of reducing risk in investment, which you have applied in other to reduce your risk of losing your money but maximise more profit.

As long as you are investing something in Electroneum, you will have a good year of profits. If you buy right now, you will get a 40% bonus of more coins.

That's correct. Don't throw that much money into one single project. It's like gambling, not like investing. If it fails you will lose a lot of money. Divide it into more than 5 projects you really believe in. Just to be sure. And don't invest everything in ICOs. Invest some coins in mature altcoins like ETH, Verge or Monero too.

Definately dont put all your eggs in one basket, but you will want to go heavy on Electroneum.

This is my first ICO, in for 150 000 of the wee suckers. Will be very curious to see how much of a dump occurs on Nov 1 and where we level out. I imagine that this kind of product will need some time to gain momentum in the marketplace and hopefully it snowballs and reaches that tipping point where the brand Electroneum becomes first in the market for mobile mining. I was encouraged to see some high profile offline marketing at a train station in the UK somewhere. In order to get to this tipping point then some aggressive offline marketing will be needed. I wonder also what potential major 3rd world markets like India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Brazil and China would see in the $3 per week mobile mining, whether it was 'real' ming or not. I kinda like that, in a small way it may help with some redistribution of wealth.

Here's hoping we can reach $1 but I'd be happy bailing out before this mark most likely.

Great concept, real accesible, great marketing. I only went in with 1 BTC, If I had the 5 BTC I would do something like 3 out of those 5.

1 to 5 bitcoin is a great amount i think, and one can really get a good amount of profit from it. i myself will manage to invest about half a bitcoin, because i have already some investment in some other altcoins.

You're comparing it with that list which is okay because ETN is a great idea BUT you need to consider the starting price!

look at the most profitable around the same ICO price point 0.01 ish then look at their supply, then look at electroneums supply

(added with the fact that 99% of super-hyped ICO recently have fallen short post-ICO)

IOTA which is 2nd on the list has THOUSANDS OF TIMES more coins. So many that they are traded in groups of a million!!
IOTA has way past trillions of coins, still their MC is over a Billion.

Its a great project as I supported it in its early days and still believe in it now.


It is simply a mis-conception that the number of coins has any relevance as to the success of a project.

You have Iota at one extreme, and ONE Coin at the other.

If these projects will, or will not, see success has to do with many other factors than coin count.

I am referring to the starting price set for the coin in the ICO. Please don't try to tell me that it is not important as it very much is. Coins can be undervalued/overvalued during ICO by the team

Long since launch

After ETN rose to an ATH around 20 cents (ICO price 1 cent), it sits at 2.5 cents now.

For transparency, Im the ETN Community Manager, so all I am saying is do your research. IMO you will find that 2.5 cents is nothing compared to its future value.
