How to use it? 1- Download the file according to your operative system. 2- Unzip the file, preferably on your desktop to have easy access to it. 3- Create a sub directory and call it "configs". 4- Download this configuration file amero.conf (https://ameroplus.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Amero.zip) and save it on your "configs" directory. 5- Using the command line go to the uncompressed file from step 2 Starting a Node 6- Execute the following command: Windows: forknoted.exe --config-file configs/amero.conf Linux: ./forknoted --config-file configs/amero.conf 7- Wait for the blockchain to sync completely before starting the simplewallet Starting the Wallet 8- On a separate terminal execute the following command: Windows: simplewallet.exe --config-file configs/amero.conf Linux: ./simplewallet --config-file configs/amero.conf Solo mining from command line 9- On a separate terminal execute the following command: Windows: miner.exe --daemon-address localhost:23224 --address"paste here your address" --threads 2 --log-level 5 Linux: ./miner --daemon-address localhost:23224 --address "paste here your address" --threads 2 --log-level 5 *change --threads 2 to match the number of your PC's CPU for faster mining 10- Type help for more commands. 11- Always type exit to close daemon and simplewallet Bounties. We are working on a video-tutorial to make things easier, we apologize for the inconvenience, but don't worry, sooner or later someone will start a pool, hopefully with easy-miner for windows, we can't provide a pool ourselfs because it would be anti-descentralization, coin devs shouldn't run pools. When I logged on here it was 00:05 something. I was trying to sync the wallet. You can check the previous posts that someone post many nodes for syncing. I tried those nodes and then my wallet was successfully synced. Then I saw the blocks were generating at that time. I tried my self but failed and after two hours I stopped mining. When I was online block number 269 was generated at that time. Now question if dev said that master node will start at 13:00 NYT then how come that post consists of all running nodes? Some block parse errors as I remember. I don't know how the above pools solved those. AMERO+ devs should step in and do something about the situation, otherwise the coin is pretty much dead on birth.
