NOT. If you develop a decent marketable altcoin, the demand will come and when this happen, exchanges will be lining up to add you. Two million premines are just plain GREED on the developer part. Look at digitalcoin, DGC. Zero premine and when was the last altcoin launched where you see the developer buying up his own developed coins for bounty? None that I know of. This is why I support DGC because it has the support of the developer.
