Dude investing on altcoins basing on its price is not much important. Perhaps you meant low market capitalization coins. Some coins supply are very low so this means higher price. Take a look at Ripple as it is only in cents yet its market capitalization is valued at 6.8 billions in US dollars. Compare it to Litecoin which is 48 US dollars per token yet it only have a market capitalization of 2.5 billions in US dollars. You may take a look at coinmarketcap.com as a reference.

ACOIN is currently around $0.12 and can easily get over $1.00 in the short term.

Bankera is ok.  Modum and Universa I also bought . and dogecoin. the price of doge will only double

TFL (TrueFlip) for some reason is 3x below the ico price and they have a lot of potential with a working product. I expect a 2x rise within a month because of jackpot increasing and a steady rise in next 1-3 years.

ONION (DeepOnion) The project I'm supporting. Currently the price is stable around a dollar. I expect 2-3x increase in short term introduction of DeepSend and a loot bigger in 1-3 years.

Siacoin, NXT and civic all have really good projects and are in my opinion a steal at current prices. There's definitely potential in all of them for some good short term gains and some very very good longer term gains.

Why do they have to be under 1$? It's better to look after good projects and not only that the price is under 1$.

Also the price and the circulating number (and also the total coinnumber) are related to another! So if there is a total supply of 10.000.000.000

the price is easily under 1$ ... but if there are only 10.000 Coins as total supply the price would be higher if it's a well recognized good project ...

But here are some Projects you could have a look at:

Wait until the bitcoin drops to $2000 when CHINA closes bitcoin exchange on September 30. :) Then wait for it to go up in value again. Also try investing in ETHEREUM.

I guess I agree with you on Trueflip. It is because the jackpot is so big that many people will definitely be drawn to buy some TFL and join the  draw. You will invest long (3 -
5 years) should choose coin with good foundation, good dev team. Coin under $ 1 you can consider: Sc, Xrp, Bts, Sys, Dgb, Xem, ... You can buy and keep them, not just buy 1; you need to buy many different coin.

hard to x10 when invest some ICO but x2 and x3 is for sure if we invest to some good ICO. and for this thread I think we shouldn't invest to altcoin have value under 1$. because their max supply is to high. we shoud find undervalue coin. not cheap coin!

ZRX is really undervalued at the moment. Good team, working product, excellent idea and use.

First of all study all the project before to invest in it.

Second thing, try to check the roadmap and the features that the dev wants to create.

If you think that is a good project, you can invest in it. I just can recommend you DeepOnion because I´m 100% involved in that project. Good develop, good project and good product. In some time (1/3 months) DeepTrust and DeepSend will be implemented, so the price will raise.

I have been looking for the ICO's section on this forum, i have never believed in any ico, but i think that i wil  give a try on some ico's that i liked. So some of this icos can be considered as tokens under $1 each one, most of them have a huge potential. I think that investing in icos under $1 is a very strong movement, what do you think guys?

If you want to buy some altcoins well under $1 I would firstly search for a coin with a good team, community and look at the roadmap and whitepaper and see what their plans are for the future so you can decide by yourself wheter it will be realistic or not.
I would recommend buying Vertcoin VTC, I think the price in the coming years will be much higher, its like the bronze of the cryptocurrencies, you could try XRP but I wouldnt count on much profit since they have a amazing big marketcap, also for short good gains you should invest in some Verge XVG coins.

The #16 coin in coinmarketcap is Tether and costs $1.01 currently

Steem is 1.11 which worth too, is in top currencies.

Look at Tronix on Etherdelta. I dont know if you wanne hold on to it for more than 6 months, also its high risk because it is out of china

Investing on coin doesn't basing on it's price it basing on the percenatage value change within a month or a year even if you buy a coin that above $1 is good it depends only on the percentage and take a look on the projects that they have and analyzing the coin if has a potential to raise its value for long term period of time better to check coinmarketcap top 10 and buy that coins and hold it for 3-5years i'll make sure you will make a profit even you invest only $200 - $300 Bitcoin and Altcoin prices depends on how many investors supporting that coin or depends on their budget so in the next few years i'll predict that bitcoin will become more popular in the whole world.

You want to buy under 1$ Alt coin so my first advice just you can buy Mobile GO (MGO) this coin future is fully bright i think.Now this coin rate 0.46$ per token i think it is a great opportunity to buy MGO.After one or two months this coin will be hit worth of 1$-2$ my predictions.

So at current prices, you can aim to x10 your money. They will keep working on it and the liquidity will come as it hits major exchanges. It just needs to hit Bitfinex, and coupled with the improvements on the website, new developers, new marketing campaing and so on, as well as the supply making it extremely cheap for current prices, I really see this as a buy. You can't go wrong due the market having bottomed for months.
