So as i am moving house soon back to the grisly UK (god hates me) I have numerous coins that quite frankly I do not know what to do with. Lots of Brass and Lots of Silver. Because I apparently scammed everyone I would like to some how make this up. I mean i do not think I ever can but I can at least do something.

So what I propose it a lottery and who ever wins gets a tonne of my spare coins. For memory and my love of doing this I will keep probably half of them. But the rest I would like give to some unlucky person who would like a bag full of scammers coins :). I wont be promising much but there will be a minimum of 5 Oz of silver coins in there total, 3 ANACS rated plus lots of others. Some with holos on etc and the rest I can send with DIY hols.

Quite simply to enter you pick a number between 1-50. I have already posted the winning number publicly on some form of blockchain to make it fair.

If no one guesses the number then it will go to the closest person :)

The only rule for entering is this. You must have never said anything bad about me or accused me of scamming people AND you either must have done business with me before or prove you are not an alt account (id and proof of address or something).

I dont think what you wrote in the tagging was speaking bad against me it was just you saying I am not professional. You never said I was a scammer. Anyway I do not think what you tagged me with was that bad or makes any difference compared to others so its no worries. If you lose I can send you a brass one if you like as a thanks for your cool coins.

To be fair, I think it'd make more sense to auction off the items - put it into one pot and split it with anyone who has a valid claim. However, Gravitate might not be strong enough to fight off all the claims that have ruined his business (right or not) so may just disappear for now.

If you actually examine that thread, you will find it was originally some type of contest for the ETHBITS ICO and he completely changed the OP to that "problem post"... Not sure why he's distancing himself from that, but there were accusations that it may have been a scam, I can't remember for sure.

This is a little difficult mate. Are you sure you havent said anything bad about me? If you have just tel me the worst. Because someone messaged me explaining they were interested buying a coin from you in Manchester a few months ago and you told them that the private keys were probably not good. From what I have heard so far it was always you know on the line. I mean that time I met you in Amsterdam i think you got the kind of person I am. So please tell me the bad things you said about me. There was that slack channel I was laying dormant in. I remember one time you said I am not the sort of person to scam people but after that things got a little messy. So please tell me again. Did you ever say anything bad about me? If you did then Monkey nuts wins. If you didnt then you win.

I remember on slack a user name the same as you said I painted the gold on the silver coins. Obvioulsy that was just a user name I can not say it was you 100%

I have mentioned on a number of occassions that we had met and that I found you to be a decent guy by all accounts and you will find that in all my interactions with you I have been polite and always given you the opportunity to resolve whatever issue we may have had without malice, ascerbic words or ire.
Have I been honest about the provenance of your coins? Yes, and only in so far as that it was an already acknowledged error by you publicly and no disparagement occurred.

I leave it to you to decide as it is your competition and should I win or not, I will bear no grudge or ill will. I have always taken you as I've found you and to date you have always done your best for me. It's that simple.

Have I questioned the quality of the gilting on the 0.05? Yes, and if I remember correctly, when questioned about this you admitted that it had been done using a gold pen. Gold pens with real gold in are available I know as an artist myself, however, I believe that due to the poor application of the pen onto the coin, it made the process very obvious and affected the overall quality. This then brought forward the question of how they were gilted in the first place and with your answer it was clear it was not done in the traditional method therefore not what I or other were expecting.

As a reseller of high quality goods from a variety of sources, I always seek out the very best for my customers, it's why many come back time and again. SO, I believe it is incumbent upon me to do the due diligence on ALL coins I supply, especially when you consider the growing amount of fakes that are appearing on ebay. Titan springs to mind as a brand that has been copied relentlessly.

Along with this I (now) also check all coins when I receive them as, through time, I have learned that not all coins are as described or marked. This can be from materials used to codes not present under holos. It's been an interesting sometimes painful and also disappointing learning curve as trusted makers have either failed to produce a quality product or have outright stolen funds.

If you feel that me questioning the "build quality" of a coin you have made has cast an aspersion on you then I am sorry, that was not the intent but I would hope that with the above explanation, you understand why I would ask you. Does this highlight malice on your part? I don't think so, but I think that the processes by which you have historically created coins was the issue rather than anything else.

Logically, the number gravitate had picked, timestamped was adjusted to my local time (with the unedited OP timestamped September 24, 2017, 13:15:50 adjusted to my local time), vizique had originally picked a number already taken by monkeynuts (17), then edited his post to 4 & explained why. No funny business detected.

Proven beyond a reasonable doubt a scammer or not, it's typical for victims' fund payouts to be administrated by more trusted parties.

I'll almost always accept free stuff, but would prefer a Bitcointalk jury decide first whether anyone else deserves compensation from you, after they claim all their evidence & you're given a chance to counterclaim in case you already settled with them. I suggest before you go to the UK, you send it to someone at least as legit as me who would be able to auction it, ship internationally (I don't, so as not to commit perjury on customs forms), then payout the fund to whoever the jury determines, in amounts each victim is satisfied enough to settle & waive all future claims against you.
