Jamie Dimon's attack on bitcoin and China FUD will be a thing of the past and by the end of this month we expect to resume another bullish momentum.The news that Amazon will start to use bitcoin as a mode of payment before the end of this year will definitely going to pump the price. I see bitcoin at $10000 before end of this year, what is your thoughts.

I disagree. The price may go up but I do not see it going that high. The most maybe double the current price. Most of the time the price goes up by nov to december by less than a hundred percent. So that would mean 7 to 8k.

Amazon will not accept Bitcoin.  Not in at least 5 years or so.  It's just too quirky for them, and imagine all the money laundering the criminals could do thru Amazon and Bitcoin.  That would make it waaay easier for them.

But I could see some mainstream merchants accept Bitcoin thru the Lightning Network, or some payment layer open to both crypto and fiat in the future.  The best company I can see doing that would probably Ripple since they got all the banking partners.  I know some are calling them a scam, but hey...  The whole banking industry is a scam.

Very unlikely. 10k$ are just too much, even if Amazon would accept BTC starting this November, we would see like 7k$, maby.

i was hearing about this too that on october they will be announce the new update but i'm not really sure if they are really serious to accept bitcoin as a part of their payment method however although if Amazon really accept bitcoin but in my view $10k is too much and i don't think by the end of year new peak will be at that price

I don´t think Amazon is a good place to launder money at all.
Besides, you can already order items from Amazon using services
like purse.io.

Therefore I highly doubt that fear of money laundering is the reason
why they haven´t started to accept BTC payments.

In my opinion a more likely explanation is that they have seen that other
business that started accepting BTC haven´t seen an increase in sales
or even much interest in BTC payments at all.
Bitcoin´s use case is savings and this is why most people just
hoard their coins instead of buying junk from Amazon.

If Amazon does start accepting bitcoin then i have no doubt that we will see $6-7k per bitcoin by the end of the year. However it really depends on whether or not the news turns out to be legit and whether bitcoin actually gets integrated into amazon.

Otherwise, i think that we're still going to probably just slowly make our way down and the ATH remains at $5k.

$10k per bitcoin is extremely unlikely though, i wish that could happen but probably not going to happen.

Bitcoin has recover from its bad shape from China's ban and one of its reason for recovery is the acceptance and legality of bitcoin in other countries.
With this amazon acceptance of bitcoin will surely help to raise it's price but I have doubt that bitcoin will reach 10k usd by the end of the year.
7k usd will be the highest price of bitcoin by the end of the month, its my own opinion only and everything will depend on its flow.

Amazon will not used Bitcoin as a mode of payment now maybe in years to come they may accept it. Bitcoin may like be above $10,000 in the year 2018! I doubt if Bitcoin will get to $10,000 in 2017.

How can you be so sure? You know the intentions of the owners of Amazon? Or are you an expert on bitcoin? To predict the behavior of bitcoin, nobody can. I think that you just write posts for the sake of quantity.

Even though bitcoin is definitely oversold right now(because of Dimon as well as Chinese regulations), i don't think that we will go to $10000 this year. That would be more than 2 times the current ATH, and i don't think that there is enough driving force to make this happen.

But breaking the ATH again this year could be possible, before the year ends.

As long as some sort of major good media coverage occurs for bitcoin, $6k-7k could be possible.

i see many people is saying that bitcoin price will reach more than $5k in this year and even you said that the price is at $10k before end of this year. the only problem we have, we don't know exactly what will happen in future and while many people said like that, we only can follow the price in the market. we need more than hope to see the price is increase but i am sure that bitcoin price will increase by itself no matter how much the price.

If amazon starts to accept bitcoin then bitcoin will probably hit $10k by the end of the year. Though this news isn't an official announcement by any means from Amazon but rather just speculation and rumors coming from a news outlet.

But if amazon does start to accept bitcoin, then people are going to get hyped and they will start buying bitcoin once again. Demand will soar for bitcoin, and doubling the current all time high is not impossible.

I don't believe we will reach $10000 at the end of this year. Maybe at the end of next year, we could be there. I might also be wrong because of the instability and volatile nature of BTC. But I am positive that the value will rise and overcome the fear that is being created nowadays.

But we can't stop them to guess like that and I also think that guessing can be helpful for some weak handed since maybe they will be gotten for that prediction and that can contribute for themselves to hold there btc for little while. And your right for now since actually the only thing we need to do for now is to enjoy the current given rate since this one is not cheap actually.

Amazon thing is just looking like a thought or maybe a FUD at least unless we see some facts about the news that's being spread all around and it's not less than a Hype atm. But just like you, I also think that Bitcoin could go to 10k this year itself and it won't be the positive that will drag it over there but the negatives, because whenever something negative happens, then whether it's a pump or a dump Bitcoin gains more momentum as well as attracts more people towards itself and that's what we need, more people to know more about it and invest more to help it go more in value.

This isn't 2013/2014 anymore. I don't see any reason why the market would shoot up just because a merchant (regardless of its size) accepts Bitcoin. On top of that, there hasn't been any actual confirmation from Amazon itself that it will start accepting Bitcoin by whatever period of time, and as long as that isn't happening, it's pointless to start cheering already.

I don't see any reason for the market to increase this much in just one year. We've been through an extremely bullish period already, and it's safe to say that with the 2MB hard fork coming closer, the market will likely move towards the South rather than North in the runup to this event. Whatever happens after that will be something we'll be dealing with at that time, but right now it's better to remain conservative. It's pointless to expect too much from the market with very important things going on that might heavily influence the market in a negative manner.

I agree that amazon isn't enough of a reason to move us that far on its own, it could spark the move up though.  But anyway regardless of that the biggest reason for $10k this year is fiat is garbage and no other investments are looking good or a safe place to have your money right now.  Bitcoin is where i want my money no matter on the price.

I would be surprised to see 10k hit before the end of the year. I would think the earliest we might see 5 figures is around about easter next year but more realistically maybe this time next year

Bitcoin get to $10,000 Is very certain and it may happen if and only if Amazon adopt it as a mode of payment before the end of this year. 30th of September is another day that will influence bitcoin pricing, if Chinese government come out with some guidelines to regulate bitcoin instead of outright banning, then we expect a great pump in pricing.

We're already seeing the bullish momentum come back and if we can sustain this till the end of the year, then we do have a pretty good shot at $10000 this year. It's only around a 2-3 times increase in price, less than the increase we experienced from the start of the year till now.

Though i think that this current bullishness is going to probably end at around December and slow down significantly at around November.

I also think that the bitcoin price will not reach $ 10,000 by the end of the year. Too little time is left for the price increase and you can still notice a lot of panic because of the ban in China and a sharp reduction in the price.

I dont see any chances bitcoin going to reach $10000 after the chinese FUD the market has been falling down and it reduces a lot of crypto currencies investors, before the news it can reach $5000 but now bitcoin has a difficulty to reach $4000,  unless some big event happen bitcoin wont reach $10000 soon

I think the end of the year is too soon for $10,000. I'm looking for the $5,500-$6,000 range next. The $10,000 should follow on from that within the next 2 to 3 years. I'm sure there'll be a few more shakeouts along the way to present some good buying opportunities before we get there.

I think $10,000 for Bitcoin this year is a little too ambitious. I could see a rise in price but not that much. It's just as likely that the price will drop back down again.

My prediction is that Bitcoin will fluctuate for a while between $3500 and $4500 for a couple of months before advancing to higher prices sometime next year. Bitcoin may not even get to $10,000 next year. However I do think Bitcoin will keep rising and will eventually get there and beyond that.

I think it is a bit too much as heck for a prediction IMO but still I have said the same thing when someone speculated bitcoin touching over 3000$ this year when bitcoin was still less than 2000$ price so I wont say it is impossible. The price of bitcoin cannot go any higher than $6k by the end of the year, even if amazon starts accepting bitcoin as a mode of payment. Just one such adoption won't give it back the momentum it needs to touch that big of a target. In case, if amazon starts accepting bitcoin before November, we may see it doubling its price, but $10k, seems like a dream to me.

$ 10,000 per bitcoin is too optimistic. Even if Amazon will accept bitcoins is not real. It seems to me that these rumors are intended to raise the price of bitcoin, but rumors of China's counteract this. So interesting to see the war rumors. The most interesting is that they all won't come true.

Wow, so after those FUDs and Jamie's Dimon's craziness we did have now a very good news. I knew it that amazon is going to adopt bitcoin and will use it as their payment method. Your speculation of bitcoin's price that will reach at $10,000 is very possible but I don't want to expect that too high. $5,000 will do and is already enough with my appetite as long as it gets stable at $4,000.

Bitcoin may not go more than $7000 this year with the way Chinese regulatory authority are banning everything related to cryptocurrency activities.  Based on average datas available online that Chinese traders hold over 60% coins in circulations. I think we actually need to push enough to even get to were we fell from. If Chinese government will stop they banned on cryptocurrency exchangers? We would get to $7000 if not we will be trending around $4000 to $50000.

I will love to see the bitcoin on that price. Bitcoin was going really smoothly before the China FUD. That just disrupted the stability of the growth for couple of week and bitcoin seems to be coming back to its path again so your prediction is not a dream. But we no more FUD, no more rumours they are the main resistance of the market.

I see it very clearly  that bitcoin wont hit 10k before the end of this year. Dont forget the main reason why bitcoin price sudden drop.  The banning of ico on china, and bitcoin still manages to be  strong  but it can never hit 10k this year.

It will not be surprising if Amazon start accepting Bitcoins as means for payment.  Amazon in 2016 did partner with Digital Currency Group with its Web Services. What is the point of your thougts? I don't understand the logic for it. I'm an optimistic person and I see the bitcoin withstand the price dump due to China ban as a sign that BTC can still go and reach new peak price. The demand of many country for bitcoin are now increasing so I predict that 10k$ within this year is possible. Hitting 4k$ within this year is also impossible prediction last year but see what happened now. ;)

I saw many prediction that BTC will hit 10k USD per BTC. But what are your basis and theory for this prediction. I'm sure that you have it. I only see now upcoming hardfork and ICO ban on some country that will harm bitcoin price. So I'm not confident for a transition to bullish market for this year.

According to me $10k is not happening this year. It might be possible in the first half of the next year that we will see $10k price. Market will be indeed remain bullish with fluctuations in coming months leaving first half of November and we might reach $6k to $7k by the end of December but going above that is least to happen.

Well that is a good prediction but for me it was a huge amount that bitcoin can reach in the end of year 2017 .. it is imposible maybe it will happen if the bitcoin become legalized in all countries   . As of now bitcoin ha a limited source and also not legal in neither country . Then if that predicated value hits on this year end then it will be acknowledge all over the world. I don't think 10K is possible this year bc we still have that stupid 2x hard fork drama to deal with in Nov. But hey, back in January most of us here didn't think 2k was possible either. and most of us were dead wrong. I could be wrong again but I think for the price to reach 10k its going to need a better catalyst than just Amazon accepting Bitcoin. Perhaps the winklevii ETF approval or PBOC unbanning Bitcoin exchanges or both?

Bitcoin will absolutely achieve the 10,000 dollar mark on the exchanges but I don’t think it will be happening anywhere within this year. It is just impossible even if we assume that amazon really does add bitcoin as one of its payment methods. Although it might really help in improving the price of bitcoin, I just don’t think it would be that much. But the good news is, it will happen although not this year, but still, better than nothing right?

bitcoin prices are hard to predict. but when we believe it then it can happen. bitcoin prices are very easily influenced by different aspects. right now I'm not sure that amazon will accept bitcoin, but if this happens then there will be a big change. as you said that bitcoin prices can reach 10K, we just wait and pay attention to what the next decision will happen. all existing decisions will greatly affect the bitcoin price movement.

As I can see that bitcoin value continue to raise up , it means that bitcoin having positive sentiment.

More realistic price would be 4500$ by the end of the year.
Somewhere in 2018 it could be 5000-6000 and i don't think we will see $10K for next 4-5 years - every time bitcoin price go up, lots of fud is spread and everyone is doing panic sells. This is something which is not allowing price to go straight up IMHO.

If the amazon thing were to be true and not just a rumor, it could happen. That would be lots of trouble to amazon as you say, but... what if amazon just know it and is buying BTC in advance? Perhaps they can accept some trouble if they know bitcoin price will go to the moon.

We just need to keep our coins still than selling it now that may cause more loss on us.  We can't tell what really may happen due to banning of ICO and the hard fork about to happen in November,  reaching greatee amount at this moment is not in the picture yet.

That news from Amazon is still unverified and it's still a rumor that we don't know will happen or not. The good news here that we landed again at $4k line so this is a much better news. $10,000 at the end of the year is possible thinking that there will be 120% growth is possible but I'm only looking that it's going to be at $5,000 - $6,000 and this is already enough for me this year.

As far I observe the bitcoin price we cant see it to 10k$ before end of this year.  With the news spreading about bitcoin that affect the price I dont think it will reach instantly. Yes it is better to hold and dont sell it for a better profit.

I do not see enough elements to think that the price of bitcoin can reach the price of $10,000 this year, but to be honest, I did not see enough elements for the price to break so easily the historical barrier of $ 1,300 and see where we are now!

Therefore, I think there is still enough space for the price of bitcoin to continue amazing us for a long time. For me I think the highest price of bitcoin before end of this year is 8000 dollars because as of now th eprice of bitcoin 4000 dollars plus and for sure it will become double because its bear months and many people buy again bitcoin. I don't think bitcoin would reach $10,000 before the end of this year, it's too big of an increase from now. $7000-$8000 would be much possible though. This upcoming fork creates a huge uncertainty, people would react very differently again and this may or may not cause a decrease.

I think Bitcoin won't be able to reach 10000 before this year end. But ofcourse it is potent enough to reach that amount but maybe next year since we are still recovering from the downfall that recently happen. That amount is too big to be achieved by the developmwnt of Bitcoin in just a short period of time specifically for only three months. But if it will be able to reach that amount before this year end, it will surely be in favor for Bitcoin and its users as well as its investors.

I don't think so. China's ban implementation will still take effect on the market in the next months or maybe the whole 4th quarter of this year so $10k is very unlikely to happen this year. Recovery might start on the 1st quarter of 2018.

Right now we are in the recovery phase. The China ban pushed BTC below the $3,000 level, but strong demand from other regions helped the exchange rates to recover. The stabilization occurred at $3,500-$3,600 levels. Now we are witnessing an upward trend.

With the recent movements in price there is no possibility to reach $10k within 3 months, it can take up to 3 years, may be it can hit up to $7k, I don't know exactly but the upcoming 2MB hardfork can make strong changes in price. 10.000 $ is not impossible to achieve. Even bitcoin prices can reach a much higher value. If I notice the bitcoin price will tend to increase every year.This is the effect of the increasing number of people who want bitcoin. It is not possible to reach 10000$ by the end of this year because already with China's news the value of Bitcoin price reduces completely.
I think maybe it will reach to 5000$ by the end of this year because on Oct 25th again there is one more hard fork happening.

I bow my head to your very bullish prediction on Bitcoin but as I see it now I don't believe we can go that far yet. I would reserved that prediction for next year because 2018 can the year where there would be less challenges for Bitcoin and the value can be to surge freely (not unless there would be new developments, of course!).

I also am optimistic on Bitcoin but for this year there are still many hurdles that have to be conquered especially the coming hard fork in November which can somehow stall the surge of Bitcoin and usually December to January are both sluggish months for Bitcoin (you can correct me if am wrong though).

Hope there would be no more "Demons" in 2018 for Bitcoin!

Amazon announced that they will start to accept Bitcoin by October only. And if all tests of new payment will pass well, yes, we will see a new pump of the price, but I think it will came back on 5000$ point only. 10000$ is too much for such kind of changings about Bitcoin's acceptance.
Bitcoin is such a radically different product that requires for the time, to people could truly understand it. The good news is that shoppers and merchants are gradually beginning to experiment with Bitcoin and understand it's usefulness and advantages, the adoption should grow rapidly :)

China will not ban cryptos! I can not imagine they will be that dumb and the rest of the world will progress in this field and adopt this new market with sooo much potential.And this won't work domestic, like a chinese clon of Facebook or google!!!
No the will heavily regulate new or old exchanges and maybe restrict the entries to this market to certain type of people.
But I'm pretty sure they will not ban outright ban Bitcoin or cryptos. Wait until the end of october when the congress of communist party is over and we will get clear news what's going to happen.

It is exagerated prediction, $10000 at the end of this year that was very huge amount and also we all know that china start to clean their bitcoin transaction, some crypto exchange in their country are already closed and more investors withdrew thier investment and some of them do not want to invest in bitcoin again.

Yeah definitely, if the figure was changed from $10k to $7k then i'd definitely be backing this. I mean, we have gained like $700 in just 7 days and if this trend continues at even just half the rate that it is gaining value right now we'll still comfortably make $7k.

However, it'll definitely need a lot of optimistic buyers and there has to be a lot of positive news made about bitcoin.

Indeed, the price of could grow up $10,000 or even more but not this year. As we notice the price of bitcoin is now mostly stable because of the issue in China. I guess this year we could only see the Bitcoin in the price of 6 to 8k usd.

Nothing for sure in bitcoin environment, especially we're heading to another hard fork by the end of October in conjunction with the last two biggest exchanges in China will stop their service. But, as long as there is no official statement from Amazon to accept bitcoin payment, there is no way bitcoin could reach $10,000 by the end of this year. But, $6000 seems possible to achieved.

10000 dollars for one bitcoin predictions started before this summer. Its not just JP Morgan and Chinese, hard fork also contributed to spreading fear about bitcoin future. Price is again over 4000 dollars and rising up, fud is over and people are investing in bitcoin again, this was nice chance for buying bitcoins with some discount and that is over now, we are going up again and my prediction is still unchanged, +7000 dollars, I'm saying the same thing two months already, when bitcoin price was down I wrote hold price will recover and go back where it was and higher. Maybe price can go to 10000 dollars but in my opinion that will happen next year.

I believe that it is possible. The possibility is due to the incoming hardfork in the month of November. As we remember the recent hardfork that happened last month of August, that resulted for Bitcoin to reach the 4k mark in just 20 days from its price  of 2400. And the same thing could happen before this year end. If the hardfork will be successful, the same thing may happen that will possibly make Bitcoin to be priced at 10k before this year end.

Perhaps we can never predict prices this year because the price of bitcoin bitcoin often fickle but after looking at the graph of the growth of the bitcoin can reach $10000 before the end of this year but must constantly ride bitcoin value price that happened on a bitcoin. Perhaps if the US Fed moved interest in to negative territory, went back to massive levels of quantitive easing, then 10000 would be possible.   All movement in bitcoin will be directly correlated to negative moves by the ECB, FED and China.   As we watch the dollar inflate, we watch the ascension of bitcoin.  Amazon means nothing in this other then connivence for all of us.  

I respect your opinion but I disagree, it is too soon, I do not understand why people want the price of bitcoin to get that high that fast, yeah we all want profits but if bitcoin took 2 years to reach that price instead, and then you think of all the bitcoin you could get by that time and then when the price gets that high, your profits will be many times over the profits you could get at the moment.

As we have seen from this past few months, possiblities like this will somehow might happened. But i think it will not happen right before this year ends. In able to reach that doubled price with the current price today. Doubling the market cap (or maybe just less) must happened, and for that thing to happen, we need a big company or a certain country or some rich guys to boost it. Or maybe double each and everyones investments on it. Remember that on December, that always happens every year, users are converting their bitcoins for fiat so looking at your year end predictions it's quite not accurate.

That's right, the requirement to keep the momentum growth is has a strong support and can keep its value in a long time. Present, Bitcoin is very easy controlled by the whales, it will drop down by their FUDs.

At the end of this year, it may reach the level of 5 thousand dollars, but 10 thousand dollars is a very high goal, perhaps towards the end of 2018 we can see the level of 10 thousand dollars.

Honestly I believe it is totally possible. Price is rocketing back up.  $4400 as I speak.  Saw an article posted today about it being $7200 on an exchange in Zimbabwe and people are lined up to buy it. 
Seeing how so many countries are jumping on board right now I really do think its going to the moon a lot quicker than most people believe.  I believe it enough that I am buying about 7 more coins today despite price going up so much.  Don't want to take a chance .  I just hope it doesn't tank below $3K and ill be okay with it.

This bitcoin price($10k) it's far from today's price. I'm doubt if it could reach that certain price, maybe $7-8k have a chance to achieved.
 The only thing that contribute a lot on bitcoin price are the number of users, once it will fully established in more countries it could increase the numbers user and will make bitcoin price increase.

Well there is still a possibility of it happening because after the fear, uncertainty and doubt few weeks ago, bitcoin is now starting to climb again and basing on its previous history, it will go back up again and maybe reach a new all time high that can be $10,000 more or less. With more people who witness the downfall and rise of bitcoin price, there will be influx again of new bitcoin traders or investors which would push the price higher. Jamie Dimon and China news FUD may turn out for the best since we witness how in demand bitcoin is and how strong its support from the community.

There is a rumor again that China will start regulating cryptocurrencies on October 10. With this information, there would be huge influx again of Chinese investors who pulled out their investments in the ICOs or in exchanges. This would be their opportunity again to invest. The cryptocurrencies would be classified as digital financial assets and investors would be protected by consumer law which would be an assurance to the investors and to other people as well who are still apprehensive to cryptocurrencies.

The end of the 4th quarter is coming near and I see no indications that it's going to reach that amount. I only see it happening if there's a good news that another innovative country is going to accept bitcoin in their economy.

if the price is really turns high into $10,000 before end of this year, then people which have large amount of bitcoin will be a rich person and they can sold their bitcoin to make big profit. its really hard to reach that price because the price is always up and down especially if there is any bad news out there and it will makes people panic and the price is not increase.

Well this year is very difficult if the high rise drastically to that height,which has a lot of BTC will certainly get rich suddenly richer until it can buy anything he wants.I think it will not get that high in this year it will step on the 5K stage only and will drop back because the news don't know where to get it from, not easy to predict but I hope the opinion is not right hopefully reach up to 10K. ;)

Its up $700 in seven days folks.  Anything can happen. People want what these currencies offer. Price will continue to skyrocket overtime just as it has over the last 8 years.

It's very hard to speculate for such a huge price for bitcoins since there is so many struggles and barricade for the bitcoins to approach for that price but maybe its very easy for us to predict if there's a little price hike with bitcoins and we shouldn't expect that rise is so huge for bitcoins to come since there are some particular banning events of some countries are coming and that can even affect the bitcoins stability.

Perhaps its too much of a big jump for Bitcoin to get to 10K by the end of the year. I have to admit that I did not expect for the price to be as it is now and we can never tell what may happen in the future. I think that the hard in November will cause a disruption in the increasing bitcoin price but it won't stop it. More road blocks and negative news will come to but along with it, more and more bitcoin adoptions and legalizations will help Bitcoin rise.

It will probably be around $6k to $8k. $10k is a really big jump compared to the adoption we are having and the issues still facing Bitcoin.

In my opinion, maybe we will see a big breakdown on the market in next time. Because I checked the altcoin market, this market has not any moves after the price of Bitcoin drop down or increases or keep in high price. It not like other FUDs I saw in few months ago.

Bitcoin is still recovering from the FUD from China and I believe the coming months will be like a consolidaton of the price before it spikes again. 2018 is the probable year for $10k.

I agree with you since it is too soon for bitcoin to ever reach that. Probably by the end of this year, bitcoin will only reach 5500$ at most and reach at least 4600$ but there is a chance that it wont and will stablize to it's current price. $10,000 price IMO will be seen after the next having that will happen in 2020 and the said price will be seen after some time maybe on 2021.

I don't see it making $8000 this year, so I doubt $1000 would happened. Of course it would but I speculate that we can touch it next year. There is the Segwit though, but for sure it will somewhat pull the market price in the beginning before getting to $5000. Currently there is a pullback once more. And its tough getting to $5000 range. But we will see, I think the Segwit2x will bring another price increase, but we need to see first a price correction before consolidating and see a bullish market to really push the price to $5000. But I doubt $10000 is achievable for this year.

It sounds like very good news to knowed, i also hoping as you are. Although it seems very high in my opinion, but hopefully bitcoin price really can reach that figure. And i also hope that will be more peoples in this world continues to support the presence of bitcoin in this world.

i am afraid that the correction price is down too far because there is many people will be in panic situation when they see the price are fast going down. we can not know how much the price will be down but don't forget today many new comer which only buy bitcoin without reading more about bitcoin and once they see the price make correction, they just panic. I am sure that by segwit2x, it will bring some new level for bitcoin and of course, the price will be reach new high price and maybe we can touch down $5000.

But all of that will need some time to get approved and even more time to feel the effect because as we know the effects of those policies are not immediate felt but instead they need some time before the system feels it so even with all of that I doubt we are going to see such a huge price increase before the end of the year, besides that does not really help us we want bitcoin to gain in value and not in price.

As you said i don't think the never go to that much peak by the end of this year.In my view it will reach $ 5000 at the end of 2017.Possibly in 2022 it will reach $ 10000.
But no one say that when it will reach but as per the statistics the price is constantly increasing.So it will reach in the near future but i think definitely it will reach.

$5840 as we speak.  :o  With crash through the 6K barrier within the week mark my words.  7-8K by oct 25th which is when hard fork happens.  Everyone wants "free" Bitcoin gold....  Crazybuying frenzy now.  Alt coins are dropping off a cliff and money is being put into BTC. 

It is not far, Bitcoin can reaches to this price in this year if the momentum of demand buying Bitcoin still continue and high as now. However, the price of Bitcoin has pumped too many percents, there are many experts say current price of Bitcoin is a bubble and will breakdown soon.

If I would have replied here in the past week then I would have definitely said that this is not possible and you are mad. But watching the pump, I am now thinking that $10k is possible before the end of the year.

just like last year . bitcoin price goes increase by the end of the year mid of november up to end of december. so ithink bitcoin could be $7000 before this year ends but still it depends on the demands of bitcoin, if many new users invest on bitcoin that could be easily to reach that price barrier.

As at the time this thread was started, one would think $500 increase was impossible. Look at where we are now. Bitcoin can only go up because of it inherent value.

I think it will be around $7000 - $8000.  I do not think that the market will sustain that amount at this point.  Check bitcoin goes down recently, I guess the market is still adjusting on this height.  Once the buy support is exhausted and sellers start selling Bitcoin then  we cannot say that it will retain at this price.  There are several factor to consider about the future price of Bitcoin and not just some hype from the internet.

There's potential, but i'm predicting $10K happens in Q1 2018. While later this year, maybe just going to dwell in range $7K only.

I think we'll see $7k this year, but the whole segwit2x this really going to be a negative on the price. It sounds like it will be real competition to bitcoin, unlike bitcoin cash, as it does actually have a reasonable amount of mining and company support. Worried what will happen but hopefully we'll be OK :)

There will always be people that doesn't like something about Bitcoin, and that will have small impact on Bitcoin and its communiy. But things like Amazon accepting Bitcoin, oh boy that is good news indeed. Price will go up, that is for certain, but i don't think it will go up to 10000$. More realistic price would be around 7000-8000$ .
