As many of you know, https://www.privcoin.io/ mixer is preparing to launch a Signature Campaign later this week. We built an advanced tool to help manage the users and organize our campaign. We're now opening the bot up to anybody for free that wants to use it to run their own campaign!

Features:

Automated list:

- Auto registration. Detect signatures on registration and approval.
- Occasionally look to see if the user is still wearing YOUR signature, if not automatically kick them out of the campaign.
- Minimum rank to join campaign.
- Forbidden forums, posts made here will not count!
- Can do fixed weekly or paid per post weekly campaign types.
- Set maximum participants globally.
- Can set maximum of each rank individually. You may want up to 50 participants but only 3 Junior Members.
- Can pay differently for each participant forum rank.
- No more need for spreadsheets, just check out the Overview.
- Automated minimum length requirements for posts to count towards payments. No need for a campaign manager to manually count each post.
- Export payments for any week.
- Automated week roll-over.
- Scan for new posts made by the user every hour. Will adjust if the forums become too loaded.
- Bitcoin addresses and amounts are hidden from non-admins.
- SMAS Blacklist.

Manual requirements:

- Manual approval by the Admin for each registered user that wants to join your campaign.
- For each user's posts that make it past the bot as valid, manual removal for spam by campaign Admins with reasons displayed.

This tool is not a 100% substitute for post quality checking. You will have to manage that on your own! We are not responsible for this.

There are a couple bugs that we know of but they're minor and we'll fix them soon!

We are going to add automated PMing when a user gets accepted into a campaign, kicked from a campaign or a post is flagged as spam if Theymos approves our request.

IMO your service will automatize most of the task of campaign managers and they will have more time to check posts and ban spammers.

Wow, that's nice you are offering your bot for free? That's a generous one, I haven't seen people that are offering their software for free.

With this type of bot they will charge you somehow a thousand bucks and even higher. Anyway also good luck with the launching of your campaign soon.

Is this free for life or you are just giving a trial for those companies that wants to run their campaign and later on you will charge people on this?

This is one of a kind software develop just to manage campaign I guess it is hard to manage campaign just on your own and I think it requires a lot of time but with this software you can save hours for checking constructive post constantly. however it is still in beta mode and I think it has some kind of a bug and such alike. Nevertheless still a good bot.

I am already excited to join your Campaign. If possible just extended the number of users that can join your Campaign. Tested your bot and also kicked one of the users who tried to enroll xD with the admin function.

Tested the Bot. Tried enrolling as well as admin functions.  everything seems to work well. They only problem you are likely to face are the spammers, the bot can reject posts based on the number of characters but it cannot decide whether the post is really constructive to the topic or not. A good manager to check posts often would be the solution this.

We're just waiting for our Signature Design Contest to end and then we'll launch with a quality manager.

Is there anything that will stop SMAS blacklisted people from entering the campaign if not please make it that way so it is able to do so.

For now no, sorry. It's free to use and will remain that way. We just gain exposure for our service by offering it for free instead of charging money.

SMAS is a list of people tagged by the most renowned campaign manager for spamming the forum. Almost all campaign managers do not accept their enrollment into their campaigns.

Can I use URL like - myurl.com or I have to choose the one like sig.privcoin.io/SM

Do you have systems administration experience? If so you can run a forward proxy to the sig.privcoin link. If not, I may be willing to set it up so you can use a CNAME via dns.

It means people will be redirected from myurl.com to sig.privcoin link, no I don't want that rather I would like to wait for you guys to open source the code.

That's not what a forward proxy or CNAME does, you'd have to read up on it.

People are creative to post random crap, including just copying someone else's post. Or just something from somewhere random on the internet.
You'll probably also want the possibility to block "spam megathreads" (DarkStar_'s phrase (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1935179.msg19217989#msg19217989)): ticking them once by Admin should block them for all signature campaigns.

Some more questions:
-How about edited posts? I post, 2 minutes later you scrape, 5 minutes later I edit my post. The forum doesn't even show it as edited. How is it counted?
-How about when an old post gets deleted, and the post count drops?

I suggest to use a list like Select Boards to Ignore (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1146453;sa=ignoreBoards) to select boards instead of typing the board names.

Well you have beaten me to it, I am working on something similar to this, Although i have planned to include some more features that this Bot is missing, but it is good that i will have some competition. Anyway Good luck with this.

I don't know about spaces but I will check. Editing won't count at all. Post count drops are accounted for and removed. I'll add improvements if more people want to use it.

The bot is working perfectly for our own campaign :).

No bot can make differemces between spam or quality posts and that is good so. But the bot is a great help for all campaign managers, so that they can focus on the quality of participants posts.

That's why we hired a quality checker. Even if the bot only did two things, count posts and monitor signatures so they aren't removed, that alone would save a manager hours every week. The bot does way more as you can see from the features list, and it's completely free :).

wow PrivCoin, this tool seems to be really useful for signature campaigns.

I have a few question about the bot:

Will publish some results of the test, does it has version releases with changelog?
Are you planning loading the code to github?
What are you planning to charge for the use of the bot?
I will keep an eye watching this thread.

Our own campaign is using this bot. The results are positive and there are no known bugs. Additional features will be posted here for now. We'd like to add PM notifications when you're accepted or kicked from a campaign but we need the Administrator's permission/help for that.

Anyway great job again. May i ask how you did the BB code parsing for the signatures (to check if user is wearing the correct signature)? I got stuck and spent much time creating a BB code parse for this forum but it always ended up not matching the tiniest details. Did you use an existing library?

You don't need to parse BB code, you know how each signature will be rendered.

How do you know how each signature will be rendered in the forum?

Do campaign managers 1) wear the signature, 2) get the html output code, then 3) paste it on your system?

Wouldn't it be simpler for them to 1) place the bbcode and let the system do the rest?

I handle the detection for anyone that wants to use the bot.

You can place the BBCode into bot, parse it into html and then have your bot see if the html matches.

Yes but it won't match 1:1, the bot will allow for a <td> or similar to be missing within a % margin of error.

This is so good service I guess especially those who hold so many campaign they can see if the participants really meet the required requirements and this is so beneficial to those who uses ICO campaigns because there were spammers out there.

Wow, this looks like a very helpful piece of software for campaign managers! "Forbidden forums", though, IMHO should be replaced with forum checklist as it was suggested above, less space for typos etc.

Although your service is nice but I think no bot can determine the quality of posts and can not replace the human interference.I wish someone has a bot for social media though as it requires fixed tasks like retweet and likes which can be easily counted by bots

It was already mentioned many times in the thread. Yeah, unfortunately post quality checking has to be done manualy but in all other tasks this bot would be a huge help. Now, I guess I got an idea for another much needed piece of software, to automate twitter and FB bounties...

can you manage your SW  also with altcoins bounty (bounty in our tokens)?

For myself bitcoin this is a very good service, I think, that has so many campaigns so they can see if it meets the requirements required and this is very useful for those who use ICO campaign.
