In Google everywhere I see 900, umors were about 1900. And what about the Ethash google says 30-35, the rumors were about 40-45

With just a plain sequence of use of the normal drivers you should be able to get high 30's for less then 140 watts I think, so its feasible to improve 10% or more on both those figures if twiddling all the dials :D
I still dont think its better then the Polaris cards, what appears to be the replacement for those cards is probably going to be an improvement and that will be a smaller cheaper vega model.
