The App v1.0 is only in China with 300.000 users
but App v2.0 is for international market, so it will spear out the world.
Especially, CEO of Lomocoin is CEO of Xstar.io exchange & F5 Lab.

Their roadmap:
· In October 2017, the official version of LoMoCoin v2.0 will be released
· In October 2017, the F5 lab program will be officially released, which will announce their progress and future plans of our laboratory projects. They will also be recruiting developers and partners around the world
· In December 2017, the LMC Simplified Payment Verification (SPV) lightweight wallet will be released
· In the first half of 2018, a demo of commercial application solutions will be released. This is based on our new SPV lightweight wallet in combination with the LBS geographic information of users
· In 2018 (perhaps later), a new generation of IoT blockchain solutions will be released, which will be integrated with our LBS system

Why is it falling with such bright future? Is update not good?

People are currently testing the APP, as it is under beta testing. Some people appear to have not received an invitation, while the public product is said to be released sometime this month. A new website will also be launched. Some of the beta testers were selected based on social media presence and other variables. I think people are just impatient. I believe the price should go back up. Most information can be found on the Slack channel or the LomoCoin Twitter account.

I am still wondering why there is only such a low demand for lomocoin, as it has a solid project being developed and being close to release. I am hoarding LMC on bittrex and wait for better days right now.

I joined the LoMo team the last month and I can tell you that many investors care more about marketing than the technology itself. We already have a working product, have a team of around 50 people, our website is almost rebranded, have our own blockchain, have our own research lab (F5 lab) and many more things. But LoMo is born in China and is currently transitioning to become a global firm. This change in mindset needs to take a bit of time to let the team as whole get used to interact with the western market and know how to do so. I am currently helping in bridging this gap. We are, nevertheless, very certain that LoMo will have a bright future:)

No big difference to buy now or wait may be 10% cheaper, Lomo have great potential for growth. I'm start to buy and hold for mid term, price is very attractive for it.

A software update becoming global isnt enough? Bittrex is the finest exchange anyway, a lot of coins that are on bittrex and some others have 99 % of their vol on bittrex

Hi Dominicki! We are currently busy launching our own exchange (Xstar.io) where LMC will be listed on. Most likely we will also be listing on UPbit and we are in contact with other exchanges to see if we can get listed there :)

Not necessarily a 'sub project' but another project our co-founders are working on. It will be a separate entity by itself, but we will aim to create possible synergy effects, when possible, between the two projects.

Beta app works good on my phone, i think price will rise to the moon after play store update. But btc fork is a big pain for most of alts...

There is no message with the code for registration. Russian provider. Do you work with all the providers in the world? Do I need to associate my phone number with my lomo account? Telephone providers totally listen to everyone.

Sorry, it is a bit unclear what you are asking. You need to connect your cell phone to receive your verification code. Russian phone numbers work since we already have many Russians already using the app. If you have more questions or if anything is unclear, please let me know.

Yep basically any business is able to do what you described above. We will also be able to allow them to customize their offerings. Instead of red envelopes perhaps drop Coca-Cola bottles in front of their stores or airdrop them at music event locations for example with coupons inside of them :)

You can find the historical data here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/lomocoin/. But I do not think you should reason this way to judge the value of a company/coin. It is not the difference in ICO value the company value should be, but on the technology and services it provides to society and judge from that how much the company/coin should be valued for the next few months/years.

Yes, it will be available for iOS soon. We are currently screening it through Apple. ID number is your ID card number of your passport or driver's license. This is to comply with the KYC and money laundering regulations (as explained in the app). Payment password is your own password that you need to set up in order for you to send money to others for example. Hope this helps!

We need your ID number that is also written on your Passport. In case your account gets frozen you can recover it with a selfie of your passport so we can make sure you are the owner of the account.

Why not also change the name? That seems like the best way to draw visibility to your project. If you are changing everything else why stay with the same name? Lomocoin is not a great name in my opinion, despite how good the project is, branding means a lot.

Good time to accumulate as bitcoin going up and people are selling. iOS app should be released in the next few days. It's not so easy to get listed in the appStore. If I'm not mistaken they are reluctant towards cryptocurrency-related apps. If devs pull it off it will be quite an accomplishment to be one of the few cryptocurrencies which have apps listed at appStore.

what are some of the things you have in play atm

I have been very keen on investing in this product and finally took the courage to do so. Yet I am a bit paranoid regarding xstar.io, the exchange platform. They have a campaign right now where you get 200 lomocoins for verifying your identity on xstar. I need to use my passport to do so. I am a bit reserved when it comes to exposing my identity in case of theft.

Has anyone been thinking the same. Has anyone here registered and verified their identity on xstar?
