trust me i totally understand was one of the first to order BFL rigs but found it was cost effective just to hire a couple TECHS from china to generate hardware. plus they get paid bonus when they finish projects unlike BFL endless wait

It hashes SHA256, therefore it would not work on the BitBar network because Bitbar uses Scrypt.

This is probably just another lame attempt from Trucoin to pump up Bitbar prices....

if you think i am the only person working on ACIS for scrypt you would be VERY wrong !!

Your scam might be more effective if:

(1) You spelled ASIC correctly

(2) You used a real picture rather than one stolen from a Bitcoin product

(3) You did not have a reputation of trying to sell cheap garbage at 10x the market value

Ironically I actually own 2 of these 'gold' USB sticks that I brought off ebay last week with the intention of putting a BitBar .wallet containing a BitBar (and perhaps a few Bitcoin's as well) to add some 'novelty' value for resale and advertising purposes. You can find these 'gold usd sticks' on ebay ranging from 4GB to 128GB for under or around £10-£15 and they have nothing to do with mining.

These ASIC sticks run so hot that if you did actually manage to put one of these inside the 'gold' USB stick housing, it would melt the plastic components and also protrude from the sides as well. Also, you can't mine BitBar (scrypt) with an ASIC, as already stated above.

I'm actually working on a totally separate project for a USB FPGA miner for scrypt based coins.

This is a personal project and I'm having to design / build software to get these working to try and overcome the difficulties of scrypt mining being very memory intensive. Running 4 sticks with an Rpi might present an opportunity for ROI vs electricity usage and purchase costs etc.

I will start a new thread, away from this BS thread, when / if I have everything fully working and some units built and ready to ship.

My Techs are saying that the size of the USB drive is going to be a little larger than the average . As for keeping the USB cool the design will include Rare metals  for casing. that's all i can say for now due to disclosure issues

Well you have silver and then you have copper, and that's about it. Also maximum amperage for a USB port is about 1.8 amp, so I'm not sure what you're doing that requires something "exotic". I am curious how you're going to incorporate 1500 megs of RAM onto a USB stick, especially since that much GDDR5 or something similar will use most of the USB port's power.

the usb asic miners for bitbar are a little larger than your average  usb stick . The cooling system uses rare metals . The required Ram to complete the scypt mining was were the tech truly got creative. the answer to scrypt mining with ASIC was right in front of our faces the whole time but took two young Techs from china to see it. Also happy to announce our techs have decided to come live in our home base outside of china were we really can AMP up production. Unlike BFL we pay our techs bonus for finishing hardware. This is completely untrue. ASICMiner got their asic designed and then fabricated for around 15k BTC, when BTC was at $10. So total of $150,000 investment is possible to obtain ASIC. Not sure where you got your $4m figure from.

Two wonderful brilliant Techs from china  figured it out while on contract for my USB secured BitBar wallet. In my contract. These to techs are truly amazing but have very little people skills and are very shy not to mention cannot speak English . We have came together to create a truly amazing product . Things in the crypto world will change forever when we bring it to the masses.

People said ASIC miners for scrypt could not happen. I am here to tell say your wrong!!! Cooling the device was the only real issue. this device creates more heat than i have ever seen in a mining device. Fire hazard was very real!!!! The cooling system for this device is very radical using rare metals and other elements

I say until it is confirmed either way they should let it continue. We either have a breakthrough innovation here or nothing at all. He is not really hurting anyone. For 2 btb or .22btc sure it's a huge markup for the flash drive but real corporations do worse all the time ( Apple ). Trucoin has offered to give some out for testing it seems. We will see where this goes

We have 40 techs working the project.  Praseodymium is used for the primary containment vessel.

We originally encoded the block chain in DNA but that was too large and inefficient.  Hence, the decision to quantum mechanically encode it into an Atom using the spin properties of some electrons.  Brilliant stuff.  The techs are working on a neutrino version next still sorting out some challenges with that such as the fact that the miner must be encased in 35 miles of lead and heavy water to work properly.  Techs will find a workaround

(we did this on a very small budget - the techs are paid in Fortune Cookies)

Yep, they include zero proof of product don't they? One of the many typical hallmarks of a scammer...

So in that regards you can add Operatr(Blockburner) and jasinlee to the list.  For as much as they are reporting having development underway and production coming in +3 months there has been no prooft that any of the development devices function.  A youtube video is easy to create with the furom presenting the required specifications of proof (cgminer stats, pool it was run on for the test, etc.)

i am going to get some units in the hands of some members here at BitcoinTalk !! Also sending out to owners of Websites that support crypto to provide much needed proof so people can start getting excited without doubt. I remember the first time i seen a working ASIC miner how exited i got. I want that for my customers. I am a tech geek and love new devices and the rush of excitement is truly amazing. Also gives you something to look forward to. I promise it wont be like ButterflyLAbs Crap waiting game. They have set crypto development back so much and cause so much drama in the crypto industry it pisses me off
