That's sad. I was using wm-center actively when they still had no transaction fees, and close to market rates, to buy bitcoins in Russia for rubles. They have strict user verification requirements, and they posted a disclaimer recently, reminding that they are not dealing with users in the US. Wish them all the best. Hope they reappear as wm-center.ru someday.
