All these were shady companies

Not as shady as the US government.

That's sad. I was using wm-center actively when they still had no transaction fees, and close to market rates, to buy bitcoins in Russia for rubles. They have strict user verification requirements, and they posted a disclaimer recently, reminding that they are not dealing with users in the US.

Wish them all the best. Hope they reappear as wm-center.ru someday.

Wm-center didn't even service ussa customers for two years, so ussa is going to have an even harder case. its only because their domain was mentioned as exchanger on the LR site. they've moved to another domain, mentioned in the talkgold forum but not fully confirmed yet.
