Anyone still not received their Ethereum for a bad order?

My first order went bad and was really worried about it. I believed in the project enough to buy another order. I emailed support and sent support tickets about the issue and Nothing!

I got excited when they announced after the presale that they were going to refund the bad orders. I never received it. I waited. NOTHING!

I emailed again! I sent a support ticket! NOTHING and NOTHING!

I am hoping this is not foreshadowing of how they will be treating their customers in the future, but pretty wary now!

Anyone else having this issue or an issue with their lack of communication?

When will round 2 take place?

I have received the following email from GoldRewards:

"All Referral Bonuses accrued in ICO Round 1 have been credited to each account. Please check your goldreward account > Refferals to confirm.

N.B - Please no funds should be transferred to any address different from the address indicated in the order created. The directions were explicit. Any funds sent to the wrong address will not be credited and we won't delay the process any further trying to sort this clear cut User error. Thank you."

As you can see, GoldRewards is implying that people have sent funds to the wrong address, as the address for each purchase changes each time.  

However, in my case, i have not made any mistakes in regards to these ever changing purchase addresses, and i have all the records to prove it, not only the transaction history above (see my last post) but also snapshots.

I brought this to GoldRewards attention the day after Round 1 ended, and sent another message a few minutes ago.  

I am awaiting communication about my credits more than i am awaiting Round 2.

I sent GRX a message on facebook asking them a couple of question
1.)Waht would be the start price once the GRX platform opens?
2)Compared to other lending platforms ICo's GRX's coin supply is more .Does it impact the price once the exchange opens?

Scam Alert!!! GoldReward.io mentioned on 10th Nov: "We are happy to inform you that majority of the wrong payments and issues with ICO round 2 have been resolved". What a big bullsh.t! My colleague wrote 5+ emails to them and beg to get her 7+ Ether back from round 2. They didn't answer and just kept her Ether! She trusted this project and thought that they were "different", but sadly she quickly met the reality! Please take care guys, they ARE scammers and will run with your money/ETH away as well!

You needed to refresh many times. I was able to buy after refreshing for uncountable number of times. My cousin  also bought after refreshing for many times. People actually bought yesterday, though, their server performance was very poor last night.

Sorry for your experience. My cousin paid for 2000GRX on the 15th November, being the final sale. He received a mail acknowledging his payment, but didn't receive any token. This money they transferred his Ether back to his wallet. Another person also told me he received his money this morning. Try and be reminding them of your issue through Facebook, twitter and by raising a ticket with support. You should also know that they must be attending to many complaints. Good luck.

Did he send his ETH from an exchange? If he did I don't think they can credit him.

I've contacted them and they have answered me about the failed transaction. Just bad luck a did not received my 2000 GRX, you know it's gonna be a shitload of money. Good thing is i participated in the pre and first round also.

The best decision I took was to be part of this project

I have about 4000 , did not sell any, had a target set for selling, so I think it is best that I just don't look at the price until the platform takes off, then re-evaluate.  My target is 10$/GRX to sell 25%, but you are right, it would be smart to sell only enough to break even.  I bought in round 2, so my price was not as low; maybe I'm being greedy.

They are currently still frozen. You can purchase them on etherdelta.  However You can't sell them because you will need GRX tokens in your deposited wallet. Etherdelta takes a little GRX tokens as a fee when you sell off your tokens. I was not in the ICO, so I can purchase them on ED and I cant sell/transfer them off the exchange because I have no GRX in my wallet. I can't wait until I can transfer them on the exchange.

I personally think this is a bad move. They should've waited till their internal exchange was fully functional.

Regal coin didn't have an internal exchange when the price hit $90 on Coinexchange. Personally I'm glad Gold Reward isn't
playing games with their investors like Regal and Polynetwork have done, they're letting the free market determine their
price.. ramping up from Etherdelta, to CoinExchange.. to other exchanges including their upcoming release and staking/lending features on the site.
The price should continue to go up over time organically, not like these other coins that have teams artificially manipulating the price.

As long as there are buyers, people will continue to dump their coins.

You don't know how traders work. They dump their coins, make gains, and then repurchase more with money they have earned from selling. Now they are no longer playing with their own money, but with the market's money. Hence they have nothing to lose.

I was watching the order book all of yesterday, the selling action happened within an hour or two of some
messages on Twitter from Gold Reward's dev. They said it was Coinexchange's issue to fix, while Coinexchange was saying it
was up to Gold Reward to remedy the deposit problem. This probably created a lot of confusion and FUD reflecting in a price
2-3x lower than it had been since it opened on the exchange.

I know this game enough to spot panic sells from weak hands, it happened with Bitcoin in September as well :)

I would say hold off on any external exchanges until there is a product first. (Too late, I know)

After you have a product (lending) each new exchange listing would generate a bump in price as the doors are opened to new investors.

Without the product first, the opposite happens as seen with current price.

And they earn cash in what way? Using some trading bots?
Where are those bots operating, did anyone see them working?

Is is something like bitconnect scam? Anything promising 1% daily investment dosn't seem legit. What if trading bots lose 99% of my GRX tokens? Can they lose it?

I think most people know that these type of investments are a scam.
It's a matter of how much you can earn before you get busted.

Has anyone used trading bots? Or is all of this "what if the bots lose my money / tokens? And they probably don't have boys anyway...bots can't do this type of trading." Just more of the same speculative fud as always? What got me into GRX is more than the lending platform. It has a use case as a reward token and gamification. However, as far as bots are concerned... Trading bots (like that of profit trailer, haasonline, cryptotrader, gunbot... To name a few) have allowed many to make 1% + gains. So it's not crazy to think a lending platform that uses a bot to give out 1% daily and be financially solvent. Many of these (like Bitconnect) will have days that will be well under 1%. Making the platform all that more solvent.

My point here is to show that FUD, based on a trading bots or lending platforms is not what we should be zeroing in on. We should zero in on platforms that are true to their word and communicate with their supporters and investors. We should avoid at all costs those that lie, change the rules WITHOUT NOTICE(Regal and Ethconnect), lock up investments for what seems like no reason (Regal), or get even more greedy (like Ethconnect).

We have our hobby horses. We have money invested. We have to be careful. We have to be smart. Do your research. Research based on hearsay isn't research but pure laziness.

Just because GRX didn't lock everyones coins up like Regal coin doesn't mean its not going to be successful. Notice the price of Regal dumped like crazy once people had access to their coins. GRX gave investors access to their coins and let the market naturally play out. I'm personally fine with being patient and lending for sustainable and steady growth while staking. Once the project moves forward with upcoming updates and staking commences we will be seeing bigger moves. GRX isn't my only investment either but I appreciate your concern if it is genuine. Also, many people who invested into GRX are still in profit and even got in during the pre-sale and will take advantage of the upcoming staking rewards. GRX ran their ICO with true professionalism and is following their road map exactly as planned and communicating with everyone almost everyday. Sure, there have been a few hiccups mostly due to the recent Ethereum kitten situation but thats no fault of GRX.

The change has been made! They announced on telegram this morning that they are working on the wallets to make the transaction fees zero. I just checked the website and the push function is gone.

Everyone who bought this has now lost money thanks to GRX and its team.Plus you lost extra eth in fees and im sure many of you lost GRX. The onlyones who win are the pump and dumpers AGAIN. Unfortunately, when things get hacked in CryptoWorld or even if it is a rumor or fake news, there is very little appetite for crypto-investors especially since there are numerous of examples of exit scams.  No communication from the company makes things 1000% worse and everyone will be dumping hand over fist just salvage something and put in other Lending Programs.

A lot of people got in this crap because of Youtubers like Aaron St. Hilare, CryptoFlower (Beth), CryptoBIZ and others.

We didn’t get off to the best start with some bugs experienced in an attempt to circumvent the high transaction fees on the ethereum network and we sincerely tender our unreserved apologies. We have been working day and night to make this right and we can confidently say we have achieved the following:
Functional Lending process and payouts
Deposit of GRX and ETH to wallet is now easier. No need to have ETH in your gold reward account for deposits. Just send GRX to the address and it is credited automatically at no extra cost.
All unprocessed GRX withdrawals have been reversed back to wallet
All failed GRX deposits have been credited
Withdrawal of GRX is frozen to balance influx with efflux so as to have a steady price increase. This will be open in the next few days.
We are also extending the lock-in period for the Binary network by 1 week because of the unprecedented delay. Please note that this does not affect your ongoing binary benefits. All binary bonuses beginning from the 11th of December will be paid at the end of the lock-in period and onwards.
At this point we have had to engage a few more programmers. The branding team is also at work and a full marketing push has began.

A word of advice to the devs.. If you don't want this coin to die then you should be posting updates everyday, not just once a week.. You have to keep the community involved. With everything crashing there is alot of FUD.. You have already hard a massive crash and the coin has been sinking every since.. It's better to keep the community involved and in high spirits than letting it die and then trying to raise it from the dead..

I agree with the above statement 100%;  The GRX developers need to start communicating the details of their efforts a LOT more often, as the FUD is growing and updates have waned, the token value is just slowly sinking, mainly because we have not seen any real progress or updates in weeks.  On top of that, and really the biggest problem I see, is issues not being addressed publicly with the BTC wallet online.  DEVS, please chime in here and especially on social media like Twitter before people write the project off completely; I know a few friends who have dumped without regret and swear they won't look back as lending platforms in general have been failing with deliverables and "delay" seems to be their favorite word. 

GRX is communicating plenty imo. I invested during the ico (bought at $.86 cents) and most of the "FUD" is being generated by weak hands, impatient people and some competitor is even flooding their Facebook page with posts every hour from fake bot profiles. The bots have Indian/asian names and spit out phrases like "scam ico, don't invest" "f*** the idea, stupid though" over and over again. I look at that as a positive sign that someone's scared GRX is going to become one of the major lending platforms.

We've gotten updates on the 19th, 23rd and 25th and the internal exchange is about to go live along with interest withdrawal. Like I said in the other GRX thread here, this space has now become oversaturated and the HYIP scammers behind the likes of Aurum Bank, Control finance and others are the ones I suspect are behind several of the latest lending ico's.

GoldReward, Bitconnect and Davor are the only platforms to me right now that seem like they want to be around for the long term.. along with Hextra and Regal, if Regal can ever pull their pants back up above their ankles. Steneum is another one that seems 100% legitimate to me, once they get their technical issues worked out. One member on the team has been programming Forex trading bots for years, so Steneum will have a real bot behind it.

SALT and EthLend are the other two big "legit" lending platforms I'm invested in. EthLend has been watching GoldReward's gamification concept and wants to apply it to their business model.

The exchange is working great.. I just exchanged my lending interest of $102 for 52 grx.. It's going to make a shit load of money compounding interest like that.. I'm still a little bit skeptical but honestly everything seems legit.. I could take my 52 grx coins out and sell it on the exchange but I think I will lend it again.. Honestly, I just wanted to make my money back because I bought it from a call on a crypto call group and then the price tanked but Im glad I decided to get in and start lending.. Ethconnect has had some really bad publicity but the people that got in early have made tons of money.. I think this is a good coin.. Might be the best investment I have made in crypto if it keeps going like this..

Which ever forum I visit I find one word very common ie SCAM!.. I don't understand everyone is saying to invest in good project so plz shed some light which one?? Or maybe 90% projects are scam or about to become scam. Decentralised currencies are soon to die soon. Centralised currencies will be replaced with the current coins from 2018 onwards with proper kyc system.  I have invested in various coins but looking forward to One coin which is centralised.  Satoshi idea is badly misused with 100 forks and many more to come. One coin has its own interest system and I'm glad I bought cheap few months back. They are not telling us something. It sounds like they lost a portion of their team and had to hire new programmers. Who even knows at this point
what they have planned. It took quite some time to get their half-baked internal exchange running and I've lost faith for now that they'll make good on their gamification
products/api unless they restructure. I wish them the best... gained a bit in usd / lost out on the appreciation of Ethereum since October but the stress was too great and I had to cash out.

I do think they have or had every intention to be around for the long term, they just need to market their program better and expand their operation. With those elements
in place I think they could definitely succeed, but people's attention spans are short and many are migrating to platforms that feel more solid.

To those of you who invested in this, you are not helping things by spreading negativity. It is foolish to do so, because you are hurting yourself.

I got my eye on GRX...it perhaps one of the most unique and novel idea of the century, next to the computer, movie, and airplane. The idea behind GRX is genius. However, the charts have been steadily declining since day one.

I am not going to buy GRX at this time, but I have my eye on it. Each day I will watch it decline, watching as it declines. This is a project long term, absolutely convinced that platform and team will rise a lot in the future, i like a lot how them are focused more in a good platform building than a interesting GRX price by the moment. Today are a lot of lending proyects but in medium term only remain those with a good product and GRX is in the way, i know that running a little slow but without pause. Currently the lending projects are penalized by the failure of bitconnect. There is also a phase of market contraction.
I am confident that as soon as the purchases start again, the lending sector will recover too. And GRX which, in my opinion, is one of the most reliable will make a nice rise.

This is a strong indication that the GRX project is in line with dev expectations. continue to buy and hold will continue to profit.

I am always certain that this is a good project.
Although the period is not so good for cryptocurrencies and although the failure of bitconnet, the team has always stayed faithful to the roadmap presented in the ICO stage, showing great seriousness and professionality and without letting itself be taken by emotionality.

I also saw the GRX when I viewed the source code. It may seems to be a different GRX, but let's hope the GRX that about to be listed is the Gold Reward. I've been waiting for their gamification API, see how it would fit on apps I'm experimenting.

I can not see how GRX will be listed on Binance because I thought they would not list lending coins/token in general.  I think it would be great if they did list GRX, but I sure wouldn't hold my breath.  In general holding my breath for GRX is a sure way to suffocate. 

Gonna buy me the whole GRX company at the rate this badass coin is dropping.
