This one is hard to predict.

As it can be expected, we'll probably see some quite volatile movement at the beginnig, settling down after some weeks.

For the end of December, my prediction goes in two directions:
1. If the hype doesn't produce much results (i.e. it doesn't go viral), or if there will be no hype at all, I expect it to be at some 0.005$-0.01$ level, with equal probability to go up or down mid-term.
2. If marketing deparment succeeds, successful hype is created, and many smartphone users are drawn to electroneum, then it could already be at 0.05$ level at the end of December, with good probability of going up.

Some dream scenarios include 0.1$ levels, with good probability to get to 1$ very long-term. I like the concept, and with enough hype the value could really go to unexpected heights.

But if I would have to choose only one realistic prediction in $ for the end of December, I would say 0.03$.


I'm really excited to be honest, after doing quite some research, electroneum is one of my favorites. It has a lot of potential to further expand the whole crypto market, regarless of the coin itself being successful. But if it gets some initial success, it could really pleasantly surprise us with its' value.

I hope it will do good but I'm not to sure about it. Like said above me it will either do very good or very bad.

The main problem for Electroneum is that it really doesn't got much to offer accept their near-genius approach to the market.

i'm guessing around 2 cents if there is a lot of interest. my long term goal is 1 dollar, i am willing to hold for a couple years for this. my cost basis is less than 1/4 of a cent

I applied for the ICO with a small amount.. Im my opinion, i relaly doubt this is a realistik aim.. The goal is not realistic because any mobile phone mining will shorten the battery life drastically and you would need to recharge it 30x times a day. Anyway, as stated above, with good marketing, people will be introduced to crypto currencies and this may be the beginning to invest in other interesting projects.. mass adoption.. so it is like this community grows!

you don't actually do real mining on the phone. it's more of a reward system that will teach regular people about crypto and get them more comfortable with using and transferring digital assets

They have almost 100k Users with 2 weeks left in the ICO.  Their goal was 75k to launch a successful marketing campaign.  I think that this coin is really going to surprise a lot of people.  My prediction is $0.10 in December.

With so many fund invested i doubt it will goes up fast.. it will dump at first time it hit exchanger. A lot of product with good road map, concept and get a lot of fund getting dump
 Especially if the ico gives too many bonuses. I my self never invest to ico with too many bonuses. But what i know electroneum did not gives much bonuses only 11% right ? Will tro some money on it and we will see what electronum can do in december.

They gave out quite a number of bonuses. It scaled down weekly from Sept 14th at 50% bonus down to 0% by Oct 31st. The referral bonus is 5% and the person that was referred receives an additional 1%.

ETN or Electronuem has a beautiful future especially now in the beauty it has shown. Crowdsale and their bounty are great. But it's still hard to predict its future in December. But I'm sure only one ETN is successful and sure we are satify at its price when it comes to marking

I like the mobile mining aspect of Electroneum altcoin but the other things it promises to do, like making use of only 2 decimals to make it feel like real money to it's users don't interest me, other users might like it though.

In summary, I have invested just some dollars and expect the price to hit $0.5 to $1 if the community decides to adopt it.

Probably around $0.04, but if it hits between $0.05 and $0.1 by Dec that would be quite amazing. If this project gets mainstream adoption via mobile phones the price should rise very nicely in 2018.

I really expect x2 or x3 for December, not more

The fact that there is so much bonus in the tokens received, will cause many to remove the "free"

Who needs them and for what? There is a huge supply of coins due to the ico and easy mining, Im guessing we will see dump when everyone start to sell a little.

This is very unpredictable, but I think it will not rise above 2 cents, although everyone says that this is very promising, but there is no need to expect a strong increase.

There is a saying that "If shit become valuable, poor people would be born without assholes". I see lots of people buying lots of electroneum, even famous people. And then there is mining with phones meaning anyone can do it. That alone points allready that its not going to make anyone rich. Its too common.

Of course I hope the opposite, I dont want people to loose money on this. And mobile mining sounds like fun idea, may become a "fad" among those who have no crypto yet.

Initial circulating supply around 4bil tokens, market is massive, impossible to predict traders'
action at launch. Many IPOs and now ICOs can and do sky rocket starting on day one. I am thinking it will be $1-2 in December.

How many ICO's go up x100 or x200 and remain steady at that price - in two months? Even $0.2 is pushing it.

There are many electroneum campaign participants and I am sure there is a big dump until the end of the year. I think the price can be below ico price.

It's hard to say. Electroneum does have a lot of hype behind it so it might do really well. I'm going to say about .03 cents due the the amount of coins in circulation.

Alot of People bought alot of ETN and if you purchased 1 Million ETN you will sell for Sure something at even 0.02 because you already doubled your Investment.

So the People with alot of ETN will dump the Price. Only if they hold it it will Rise, but that is something i doubt.

On an exchange like everyone else :). Their mining apps and desktop version should also be live Nov 1.

I have my 30,000 coins. i don't care price am holding long term. After 2 years we will start talking haha

To end december 2017 his price will grow very little, maybe to 0,04 dollar, i do not believe in that coin :/

i have it very clear....
just when they can be negotiated, i will dump all i have to take advantage of the 50% when purchased.. tons of investors will do the same.. price will drop.. then i will buy again :)
but if you think this can reach 1$..you must be dreaming.. being  very optimistic maximum  a value of 0,05  before 2017 ends

The total coins are 6.3 billion so for it to reach 1 usd it has to have marketcap of 6.3 billion which is close to no 3 ripple so looks tough at this stage and total supply of coins will be 21 billion maximum so it will be like another ripple as per me understand of the whole thing

There will be some bounty selling people. But many people also want to buy. The course will go up. And if many hodl the course will explode

a lot of people also wanted to buy this coin and missed out so I assume there will be some initial demand from people that missed out trying to get in early...

My prediction is 0.03 in the end of the year.

Think this thread has been made 5x before. predictions range from 3 cents to 3 dollars.

No one can really say but I expect electroneum to have a pretty big fast move upwards before the end of this year with the huge hype it has gotten. It is a very lovely concept and it is possible we might see close to $0.03 - $0.05 maybe at the best case scenario.

It is really going to be full of surprises but it is crypto world and the way we have seen some surprises with this coin lately is the same way we might see either a negative or more positive surprises later on. I believe no matter the hype, it will still get dumped at first and if there is luck for it to spark the interest of more investors, it might get a boost back up.

I can see this going to 10 or 20 cents over a year or so maybe even 5 cents by end of year allot of people wanted in and couldnt get into they are still marketing like crazy well spent money as far as i can see

I am holding long term, but I would hope for USD 0.1, which since I know is unrealistic, I would say USD 0.03 by the end of December. I would love for it to reach USD 0.10 - 0.20 by mid 2018 (and then for it to continue to rise, and not get stuck like so many other coins).

What I can say is HOLD. If you invested on this project you will predict a high value on this project/ICO, I joined a group of investor in FB for ETN and they have a lot of prediction about this but what I think is that the value will go up by next year but going back to the question with the supply of this coin $1 is not bad. (being a promoter of ETN) :)

i am pretty sure most of the investors will dump the ETN on same day the token hit any exchange, just to take advantage of the initial 50% bonus.. then , lets see what happens.

With these facts I say $1 per ETN by Xmas.

The scam exchange that just sold 4 million fake ETN, it went from $.02 to $.21 in 5 hours. Horrible people were scammed, but it shows the market was willing to go 20x in HOURS!!

im on your side buddy.they will dump as soon as it hits exchange and when every one else start dump they will buy again for less cheap price.i think within first week when ETN hit it can be dump up to 0.005 because big investors try to cover there initial investment first

My prediction by the end of this year is around 0.05$ each ETN. But we can't predict that, hoping to get 0.5$ at the end of this year.

Maybe the price can reached $0.5 in end of Dec 2017, but thats just prediction, will depend on Bitcoin price again if Bitcoin price at the end of this years can reached $8,000, need more time for ETN reach $0.5.

I think we will see the real BOOM on the exchanges... but after that, I think that Electroneum will back to the initial price... or less

I do not know why I am going so far into the future, but I hope that in mid-2018 I will earn 3x as much as I invest now.

i like this ICO, end of december my pridiction $0.04-0.05. i hope my prediction right.

This price is so high couse of wallet problem. About 90% of ETN holders cannot transfer ETN to exchange.

Exactly once, when ICO that success has begun to open up to a market in cryptocurrency then it is definitely a major step we will see is a DUMP. because everyone will certainly find an advantage of the project that has a good future, it is definitely a big DUMP will be accepted by ETN and after it is finished (more or less 5 months) then the price will be continuing to improve and provide a lot of advantages for investors since the beginning of the ICO.

Agree, the price will go down low after the wallets are opened and hit the market, and then make a gradual recovery.
How fast it rises will depend on the advertising budget's effect, and how many markets Electroneum get on  and how fast.

Another intangible factor is the zeitgeist of Bitcoin going so high, it is drawing so much interest in alt coins, and if it continues
it could be a factor in speeding things along.

Ideal scenario:
Bitcoin continues to blast upwards, swelling public demand for crypto, and this combines with Electroneum's unprecedented marketing savvy and advertising.  Electroneum emerges as one of the preferred alternatives to Bitcoin , due to its high profile and high credibility, to fill public demand for a more affordable new crypto coin.


Ideal outcome:
Electroneum weathers initial selloff well,  hits on all cylinders and makes $4  before 2018.

If they can apply mentioned plans to real blockchain system price will exceed more than 4$ level. Mining on mobile is something requires special effort on system itself. There are other coins for mining but i prefer to mine unvolatile coins which give miner stable returns.

Currently, it is at $0.04 and is trending down due to the fact that they're having issues with their wallet. Some says that they're letting their team to trade their coins but I don't think that it is happening. I'll still have my faith in ETN even though they said that it may take 3-4 weeks for the wallet and to answer this question - my prediction by Dec 2017 is $0.10.

The price of ETN is varied may be 2 cents also because till now many coins are being kept in the Electroneum website only. If they release those coins then we can expect the real price of the ETN. They are not on their promises and unable to control the crowd.

yes, I agree with your opinion. the current etn price is not real. because investors have not been able to release their coin from the wallet. and dev can not fulfill their promise. they are currently testing their wallet app at hackerone.com. it takes at least 2 - 4 weeks. let's see what happens

I think this is as good as the segwit2X cancellation for bitcoin, in the long run it will make the bitcoin stronger. It's an investment. Same with the new safety features for ETN, that's an investment to make a stronger and better ETN. I'm happy with that!

Just out of curiosity with talk of this marketing 'savy' what exactly is planned to increase adoption with mobile users once the app is ready?

I don't see it reaching $0.10 anytime soon. Of course it depends upon adoption rate and how they make user-base of their product.

haha i'm not selling until its at least 100 USD LOL, no joking aside it has been a nice ride in the last few days with the price, cant wait to get my wallet back so I can cash out some of my many coins and keep lot for lot lot later ;)

I am late to join the party I didn't participated in the bounty campaign or in the ico and I missed the chance when it was trading for 3 cents. the current price of ETN is 11 cents and may be it is not going to come back so that I can buy cheap

So many people talked sh about ETN, and here it is. The drop after the wallet release will come. But it will go up quickly again because people will remember it reaching 0.11$ (and potentially higher) in a few days time. The genie is out of the bottle guys.

I agree with you, ETN will moon, not only because the hype around the coin but also by the fact of use on real businesses on UK, small stores more and more will start accepting ETN as a payment method! everybody are just waiting for a wallet release

so that's 1.5 usd in thinkin 6 months to 1 year

I'm quite surprised the value has held so well through the ICO release. Expected 1 cent tbh, but it never dropped below something like 5 or 6.

I think this will never happen, yes now you can see ETN dumping, this is because of the people that had access to their wallets, and are selling.... But ETN very soon will be available on new exchanges, so price will encrease... My recomendation, buy as lower as you can on the next 14 days... Don't wait to ETN go to new exchanges!

I don't want to predict etn price now but this coin nerves me regularly. Right now it seems like mission impossible to sell it if crypto is stored on my.electroneum.com...... I wanted to send it to cryptopia and trade but just get message "pending transaction". Maybe the growth is causing it.

I wanted to sell day one they enabled the wallet (that was after several weeks of BS aka their "hackerone project") but I can't even withdraw :)))

Think this will reach $5 - $10 this year at some point. Once the mobile mining app is released and some of the big deals start bringing in the users, the sky's the limit for ETN.

goood news today pumped it a lot! I believe that for the end on January it will be on one more exchange, and we will see price pretty close to .50$ per coin! also I think after the launch on another exchange we will see once again some publication from John Mcafee  8)

its good to see some of the new developments on ETN the working mobile mining (experience) too, I just hope we get to 1 USD soon :) i'm bit angry that I sold quite a lot already.... but still have a lot left.. so we shall see
