When the timer ended on the ICO page, nothing happened.  I then clicked on the wallet page and then quickly back to the ICO page.  The Buy button appeared, and my order was successful.

I send in 0.85 btc to buy your ICO but wasn't able to buy any the last few rounds. Today I tried to withdraw 0.30 btc, it shows that my withdrawal will be process in 10 minutes. I received an email saying that I will be processed in 15 minutes.  This was 7 hours ago.  I've opened a support ticket and no response yet still.

Your source code is built with an Internal IP address for the DNSSeeds. this is in no way a successful blockchain as your keeping it private from anyone.

I COULD fix this if you were unaware of what you were doing. I would expect compensation.

Lending is a difficult topic in crypto because of the collateral and so on. Quite some projects are trying to come up with good solutions to that. Will have a look at the solution Davorcoin is going for.

My team did a quantitative analysis of Davor and we concluded that the opening price will be over $30. Selling under is very unwise.

Can you please publish the full analysis so we can convince ourselves of the approach you have chosen?

I don't find indications there is anyone mining: network hashrate is 0 (http://explorer.davor.io/ (http://explorer.davor.io/)), and we can't see in the explorer any PoW block, there are only PoS blocks. I think they prefer to have the community pool online when they will allow mining, to avoid the centralization with only some people able to mine.

BEWARE people! Never download any wallet outside of the official site. Everybody can modify the source code and inject malware to steal coins from you!

Second, you will have to buy Bitcoins. Right now, the Bitcoin transaction fee is around $15, so remember to price that into how much you want to buy. So if you want to make a loan, I would say to be safe and buy $20 more of Bitcoin than you intend to lend. So if you want to lend $100, buy $120. If you want to make a loan of $1000, buy $1020 worth of Bitcoin.

Third, after you've bought the amount of Bitcoin you want to loan, log into your Davor account, go to your Wallet, and copy the address to your Bitcoin Wallet on Davor. Go to Coinbase (or wherever you purchased your BTC) and send the desired amount of Bitcoin you want to loan to your BTC wallet on Davor.

After that, your Bitcoin will be on Davor. All you do at that point is to go on the Internal Exchange on Davor (click the Exchange link on the website) and buy the desired amount of Davorcoin you want to lend. Once you've bought the amount you want to lend, simply click on the Lending link on the toolbar on the left. At that point, you will be asked the amount you want to lend, and you have the additional option of locking up your initial loan for more days to get a percentage bonus per day (well worth it, in my opinion - I lock up all my loans for an extra 120 days to get a .1% bonus per day, that's an excellent bonus that really adds up over time).

Once you have lent your Davorcoin, all you do at that point is reinvest after your interest hits over $10. The great thing about Davor (that no other lending program has) is that you can lend the exact amount you want to reinvest, as long as the total is over $10. For instance, if you earn $11.59 in interest, you can reinvest the entire $11.59. Bitconnect and Regal do not offer this option.

It's one thing if you don't like lending platforms and consider them a bad investment, but it's another thing to compare them all to Bitpetite or Credence coin.

As someone who owned Credence, I held on to my investment (bought under a dollar) waiting for the website and lending platform to launch. But it never did. One dev secretly unloaded his holdings over time, and the other dev (supposedly) didn't know about it and was left holding bags (I personally don't believe it, I think they both unloaded). In fact, when those rumors began to circulate, one dev kept hope alive that the website and lending platform was ready to launch ahead of schedule, causing the price spiral to reverse. However, when the website didn't go live when he said it would, the price plummeted. Then he came on this website and told everyone the show was over, that the other dev had "secretly" dumped his stash the previous weeks. Now Credence is dead, and along with Bitpetite serves as a warning not to invest in lending platforms that don't have a working product.

It's one thing if you don't believe in Davor, but please don't compare them to Credence. Credence was a straight-up scam that never even attempted to have a working product. Davor not only has a working product, but compared to Bitconnect and especially Regal, has had far fewer problems getting their act together.

If someone wants to invest in a lending platform and benefit from compound interest, there's really on three choices as of now - Bitconnect, Davor, and Regal (to be fair, I've heard good things about Hextra but I've yet to try it).

A lot of crypto projects with a exposed team behind turned out to be scam projects. At least this project has a solid dev team and is doing a good thing in the lending world. It's of course a high-risk investment like any other lending platform.

What's the minimum amount of coins required to stake?.. I'm trying to stake with just 1 coin being that they are $85. How long does it take for the staking arrow on the wallet to turn green?

This site is exactly like bitconnect, even the exchange page looks similar, It has ponzi written all over it. Ponzi with a difference, as the interest is variable all they need to do when the investors drop is reduce the daily payout.

Bitconnect is still going and that has been 16 months now with no exit scam, in fact, they seem to be expanding opening up an exchange bitconnectx. Its made me a small fortune over the past 6 months i have now got all my capital back and pulling my daily. So Im laughing.

Unfortunately for everyone that enrolled you're all deemed for losses. The platform is identical to Bitconnect. coin price has plummeted due it being a fraud coin. not because the market is shaky with crypto right now.
Bitconnect has had funds and accounts shut down and lawsuits pending in the US. not sure how that will work out. never the less. I would be withdrawing every payout daily and clawing as much cash back as you can while the sites still up and running.

I feel very confident after readng this. He states that the glitch was fake news, that Davors system is strong, that once Bitcoin goes up Davor goes up (bitcoin going up since afew hours) and more.

I hope people investing in any cryptocurrency not only davorcoin or bitcoin realizes that nobody really knows what will happen to these coins in the future because these are intangible coins. The whole system is a computer program or let's say a software and is all up there in the internet so any irregularity (if there will be any) cannot be pointed to any person specifically or organization. These coins are not even registered to any country of any association for tax purposes and regulation, although there are countries that may ban them.

My point is, let us not be easily be convinced by those person saying negative things of news about these coins whatever these coins maybe because it is impossible to determine the real thing about these coins like are they for good or not. Majority of these people really know nothing and they are just trying to distract the investors, they are just fooling people and influencing them not to invest.

If a certain coin went up or down in terms of their value, it is not because of the reasons these fud people are saying, the real reason for the up's and down of cryptocurrency price is because investors either invested more or pulled-out their investment nothing more nothing less.

So if you decided to invest or not to invest in it, it should not be because you believed in what these fool people are saying or not, but instead because you decided for yourself.
As for myself i decided to invest not because of what other people are saying favoring it, but because i analyzed it for myself the possibility of earnings and losses. Of course there are risks and that's what makes of successful people, not afraid of taking risks.

Honestly I also like Davor project and its coin. Unfortunately now DAV price is down to $0.01, but it still trades very actively and who knows what will happen to DAV in future. So I keep mine for now. :)

I think the biggest risk is a 404 error. 

I wouldnt mind picking some up for 1 cent.

I ended up putting .01BTC in, which was .009 after fees.  It took too long to get to davor, so I missed the 1cent prices.  I was able to buy 4000, so about 2 cents each.    I have since traded up to 4800.

here are my thoughts, apparently btc withdraws still work, and who would possibly sell at 1 cent?  Even if you have 2000 dav, you would only get $10 back after with draw fees.  So I think the devs are dumping their coins to make sure people leave with as little btc as possible.

But why would they let anyone leave with BTC at all, when they could just send you to coinexchange... or they could just close their doors?   Or they could just flood coinexchange with Dav coins.    So I think they have some reason to still be around.  Plus I only put in $80.  If I lose, I lose.

I feel really bad for all of you who keep posting about the potential of this project... You seem to be unaware of what a ponzi scheme is and that's really sad to see given how much information is out there, and how it's layed out in their white paper. If it's too good to be true, it more often than not IS too good to be true.

Now they have abolished the lending program which stated below:

"You can invest your DavorCoins to receive a daily interest. The interest per month is up to 48% of your lending amount. The more you put in the lending platform, the better interest rate you get. Optionally, you will be able to lock your DavorCoins for an additional period to boost your daily interest."

See the line that say's "The more you put in the lending platform, the better interest rate you get." - This is a RED FLAG for a PONZI SCHEME

This is the definition on google which you should all memorize because you're clearly targets for this type of scheme. "A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation where the operator generates returns for older investors through revenue paid by new investors, rather than from legitimate business activities or profit of financial trading."

What does Davorcoin do... nothing. It needs new money to survive.

The collapse wasnt the same at all.  Bitconnect only lost 99%.  from $400 to $4.  Davor was way better losing 99.995% from 200 to .01.

Before I begin, my thoughts go out to DavorCoin Early Adopters who invested in this crypto lending platform and who may have had their original investment affected due to recent DAV changes made by the DEV team.


Quick Disclaimer

I'm am not associated or affiliated with the DavorCoin Developers and I'm new to the DAV community. By the time DAV caught my attention and I starting looking into it, the DAV DEV was already issuing press announcement that the lending platform would be discontinued (SOURCE: Medium.com, 7 February 2018): https://medium.com/@davorcoin/important-announcement-about-the-davor-project-257ea8516db9

After doing some research about the DAV lending platform, this activity caught the attention of State US Regulators, so the DAV DEV Team response was simply to cease the lending platform along with any further encouragement of the lending activity. Clearly, any Crypto Financial Instrument which touches a national fiat currency is going to have to be properly approved and financial industry licensed in order to continue using such a business model. For this reason, it is better for Crypto not to cross over or touch Fiat Money as part of their central business models...


Some Questions for Either DAV DEV and/or Community - A 12M supply coin with just 500k in active trade shouldn't be crashing...?

Total supply of DAV is only around 10M to 12.6M coins, which should encourage a good price per DAV coin (range between 5'000 satoshi to 50k satoshi) so long as communication is good and the coin is Developer supported.

DAV coin is only traded on one market (exchange) at present (CoinExchange.io: https://www.coinexchange.io/market/DAV/BTC) and the total number of coin traded there over the past few days is less than 500'000 satoshi (500k), which suggests DAV price at this amount of circulating supply should be anywhere between 50k to 100k (0.00100000) sat price!

So my question is, if the supply of DAV is generally quite low, price of DAV as a standalone cryptocurrency (if supported) regardless of lending platform removal should be quite high - certainly DAV should be much higher in price than 1000 satoshi.


Key Point & Summary (less than 500k of DAV are being traded atm. Price should be much higher than 1000 sats even without the Lending Platform.)

If the DavorCoin Developer has discontinued the lending platform and original business model - and he or she intends to recompensate the community of DAV investors using DAV coin - I would URGE the community and/or the DavorCoin DEV to do the following:

Setup a NEW DAV coin address as soon as possible (ASAP), and put a link to this reserve address on the www.davor.io website homepage ASAP! Update the DAV Community about it... Social Media Announce and Blog about it! If the Davorcoin DEV is holding any large amount of DEV to put the largest amount possible of DEV into this address and make a public statement promising that until further consultation with the community the DAVor will be held in trust safely off the market in order to reduce the available coin supply.

This is the fastest, most trustworthy and easiest way to ensure a good price to compensate DAV lend platform investors by utilizing demand and supply principles of Economics.

While the DAV DEV may need time to develop a new 2018 business model and provide answers to questions from State Regulators, in the meantime a limited supply of just a few million DAV coins in circulation plus about another half a million (only) trading on the primary exchange will encourage coin value to rally back toward 50k to 75k satoshi - up from the rock bottom 1000 satoshi DAV has fallen to.


Urge the Developer to Lock Up DAV supply into a publicly visible holding and trust address and the price will rally due to limited supply and demand! Early lenders happy and compensated! Easy.

PS. For future roadmap I am not big fan of promises of Crypto Debit Cards. This fiat centric application is antithetical to the principles of Bitcoin and the Financial Industry is not going to partner with Crypto to permit such cards. I don't think this is a very good approach or feature to be pitching to DAV community and/or Investors.

On Friday, the state's securities board issued its fourth emergency cease-and-desist order in just over a month on a cryptocurrency company.

DavorCoin is violating sections of the Texas Securities Act by offering unregistered securities for sale and misleading the public, Securities Commissioner Travis J. Iles said in Friday's order.

The Texas State Securities Board previously issued emergency cease-and-desist orders on:

Jan. 24 against a Hong Kong-based company selling a r2b coin, "promising investors that the digital currency will soon be one of the world's most valuable."

Jan. 4 against BitConnect, which "is soliciting investors for cryptocurrency-based programs that the company claims will deliver annualized returns of 100% or more."

Dec. 20 against USI-Tech Limited, "an overseas firm that is promising low-risk, triple-digit returns from investments tied to Bitcoin mining."

After the order against BitConnect, DavorCoin tweeted on Jan. 16 that "this does not change anything for us except that now Davor is the number one lending platform in the world !!"

The company claims it pays interest on customer deposits of its digital coin, which can only be bought using bitcoin. That coin has lost more than three-fourths of its value since Thursday and was trading near $1.60 Monday, according to CoinMarketCap.

DavorCoin did not immediately respond to CNBC requests for comment.

The Texas cease-and-desist orders follow a roughly one-month undercover investigation of cryptocurrency investment programs, said Joseph Rotunda, director of the enforcement division at the Texas State Securities Board.

"We confirmed our suspicion that they were being marketed toward retirees," Rotunda said. "They were not disclosing the information that needs to be disclosed to an investor."

Other states have not yet taken as dramatic steps against cryptocurrency fraud.

Florida, North Carolina and Kansas all issued investor alerts on cryptocurrencies and initial coin offerings in January, after a similar warning from Massachusetts in December. North Carolina's Securities Division also issued a temporary cease-and-desist order on BitConnect five days after Texas' emergency order on the company.

On a federal level, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission have increased their efforts to halt speculative and fraudulent activity in cryptocurrencies in the last several months.

SEC Chairman Jay Clayton and CFTC Chairman J. Christopher Giancarlo are scheduled to testify at a Senate Banking Committee hearing Tuesday morning.

Most recently, the SEC said last week it obtained a court order to halt a token sale claiming to be the largest of its kind at $600 million. The court also approved an emergency asset freeze of the company, AriseBank, and its two co-founders.

Texas appeared ahead of the game in this case as well. In early January, the Texas Department of Banking had issued a cease-and-desist order on AriseBank.

Rotunda is also vice chair of the enforcement section committee of the North American Securities Administrators Association.

"In both of those roles we've been monitoring cryptocurrencies quite a bit," he said. "I think what we're doing right now is we're adapting to a new way of selling securities."

I feel you. After BitConnect I think I spent 5 hours on YouTube and on reddit and here. So freaking great and now Davor :D When this shit is over JRR Martin better really gets is next book finished as I'll need a new leisure activity.
Though there were some guys on BitConnect, especially one on YouTube, for which I felt something like honest pity. This one particular one was telling how he learned about good diversification and that his investments (which were the whole life savings of him and his wife) were distributed about the whole lending space so BitConnect going down wouldn't be a problem for him. And he kept repeating that Davor "is a beast" and I think he honestly thought "lending space" would be a real thing; like if there could be any legitimate plattform giving 1%+ daily interest. As if he would be agnostic to math or numbers at all! Still I hope he is doing well. Unfortunately he took his videos off... Look at the chart of this coin it's dead! Better buy some technology coin or token there are a lot of startups now on market, or just buy ethereum.

DAV coin doesn't look as positive with lots of additional DAV coins entering the CE market (up from approx 500k DAV up to 1.2M DAV coin traded on CoinExchange. Any price rise is likely to be short-lived due to uncertainty surrounding the US Texas Regulatory question so I can't honestly recommend confidently that people should invest in DAV unless the Developers provide public statements and guarantees they will continue to support the coin and communicate any US Texas State Regulation status with the community to keep Investors informed.

Agreed. I am down $1,602,000 from Davor alone. I am diversified and have multiple revenue incomes such as mining but it still hurts. I HODL (still holding) thinking the platform was to well designed, was working great...did not even mind the lower interest rate considering the market correction (still WAY better than fiat investment). I still see no reason for them to stop lending platform, none...unless it was planned from beginning :(

Well that's the nature and risk we all take. Just remember not to invest more than you can afford to lose. Still my heart goes out to all that DID invest their life savings and lost it all. DavorCoin hurt the entire Crypto-Currency market IMHO, especially the Lending Platforms. Still though, I want government regulation to stay the hell out of it, they would screw it up even worse.

Crypto is Property and some of the taxes I am seeing from Japan and especially the US (IRS is retarded).

So what did I learn from BitConnect, DavorCoin and Jan/Feb Market corrections (seems almost every year)?

1) Moving Company from Texas Based S-Corp to Cayman Islands (Offshore) CEC FinTech District
2) Two Bank Accounts, One in Cayman (Crypto Slush) and one in Switzerland (Fiat Slush)
3) Split my diversified investments from not only Crypto but into Fiat investments as well

I will hold my DAV until it is de-listed with the hopes they do something to add value, but I find it very unlikely. Noone is going to use it as a payment platform and with he value so low staking will suck. LOL My $1.6 Million is worth less than $500. So, In IMHO - Davor is dead and the developers made out quite nicely. And with that being said, Also make sure you do you research, track the CEO'sand DEV's with a list, Never invest in a crypto if they are on your list in the future.

I put some money in DAV after it fell to 2 cent.  I was able to earn a little bit... and withdraw that tiny btc.  

However, Dav screwed people enough by ending the platform and not allowing people to move their coins from the platform.   Then they dumped their own coins on coinexchange.    Thats pretty messed up, after already screwing people hard.   Didnt these guys scam enough.  Damn.

I am surprised they still allow BTC withdraws.

You can exchange DAV to BTC and try to withdraw BTC. I have't tried it myself yet.

How come I can't withdraw Davor into another exchange?  Every time I try, the dashboard says "external transfers have been temporarily disabled".  It has been disabled for 2 months now!  Has anyone else had this issue?
