What do you guys think about the price of ethereum in general, and do you think the price will increase due to the conference tomorrow?



I have been holding ETH long term, so this wont be a buy for me since I am holding already. I do plan on watching the live stream, or recording it some how to watch later. This is going to be extremely interesting and I can not wait to see what is in store for ethereum.

personally, I'm waiting for SNT to announce their big news on devcon3. Hoping for x2 at least  ;)

Did Devcon2 have much of an effect on the price? I suppose the market is very different to how it was a year ago so maybe that has little weight.

It just the matter of time before ETH get pumped again :)

The current wildfire rage of Bitcoin Price is the first trend of the crypto scene, it will then follow by ETH, then all other Altcoins

Its a carry over effect

People throw money into Bitcoin
People throw money into Ethereum
People throw money into Altcoin

Nice,... ETH is now higher compared to weeks ago.
I HODL some so it is a good news,
I am looking for new update after the Devcon

Is that just a conference or a place where a new update will be released?
If the latter is true, we need to see the impact of such new technology and how will affect the environment. Otherwise, I cannot envisage a sudden increase of ETH with respect to btc.

We will be aware of the new developments in Congress, status, 0x and raiden participation in the rally very well.

I don't think se, because the fact that the ethereum price gets decrease a little bit due to the bullish trend of the bitcoin, I just think about the more people are focussing into the bitcoin rather than ethereum itself. This time the ethereum trends lost to the bitcoin hardfork trend which generated the more coin everytime from bitcoin hardfork.

Just a conference I believe

Ethereum's time will come soon! Just be patient. We have great chance to buy it now and get huge profit in the next 1 year.

Bitcoin raised too much, Ethereum should follow. I hope it goes up until 1k USD at least until the end of this year.

So far not so good... I also dont think it will reach 1k by the end of this year or even next year.

The issue currently is that the Bitcoin saga has overshadow most of the events taking place in the space, it is very unusual to see the price of Ethers dropping significantly when Devcon is very close

ETH is really cheap right now... mark my words. Next year this time around we will see a whole different picture.

Fairly cheap right now, compared to the floating price. I will have to quote you on this 365 days from now ;)

I think we will see $600ish in 1 year
