What do you guys think about the price of ethereum in general, and do you think the price will increase due to the conference tomorrow?



I have been holding ETH long term, so this wont be a buy for me since I am holding already. I do plan on watching the live stream, or recording it some how to watch later. This is going to be extremely interesting and I can not wait to see what is in store for ethereum.

Did Devcon2 have much of an effect on the price? I suppose the market is very different to how it was a year ago so maybe that has little weight.

It just the matter of time before ETH get pumped again

The current wildfire rage of Bitcoin Price is the first trend of the crypto scene, it will then follow by ETH, then all other Altcoins

Its a carry over effect

People throw money into Bitcoin
People throw money into Ethereum
People throw money into Altcoin

Is that just a conference or a place where a new update will be released?
If the latter is true, we need to see the impact of such new technology and how will affect the environment. Otherwise, I cannot envisage a sudden increase of ETH with respect to btc.

I don't think se, because the fact that the ethereum price gets decrease a little bit due to the bullish trend of the bitcoin, I just think about the more people are focussing into the bitcoin rather than ethereum itself. This time the ethereum trends lost to the bitcoin hardfork trend which generated the more coin everytime from bitcoin hardfork.

The issue currently is that the Bitcoin saga has overshadow most of the events taking place in the space, it is very unusual to see the price of Ethers dropping significantly when Devcon is very close
