Didn't you reached the time where bitcoin does have 100k+ unconfirmed transaction before? People are riding the hype of bitcoin cash and now thinking that it will be killing bitcoin. Don't take too much bitcoin cash drug pal, this hype will over soon. Bitcoin is centralized so if you to be on that centralized world go with bitcoin cash but thinking that it will kill bitcoin, I don't think so as real test has been passed.

Well If Bitcoin has the potential to replace fiat currency then off course  there will be something that has potential to replace BITCOIN.  Nothing is irreplaceable in this world.

It might be but it also may not. Reason why i said this is because back then bitcoin only have a small number of transaction and with that bitcoin's price cost almost nothing but now it cost a lot. Now, how did it came to that, simply because it had a lot of transaction but before bitcoin it made to where it is at now it had to take so much years and a lot of community is backing bitcoin. Bitcoin cash is just starting but still without the support of the community it cannot go to where bitcoin is.

In my opinion it won't replace Bitcoin. BTC is the father of all coins in the cryptoworld so it'll be hard to replace it as every coin in the market need to be purchased in Bitcoin first.

Being that is was one of three of the only currencies that did not crash during the fork, i would say that if it keep up the current rate that it is growing, for sure it will surpass bitcoin with no troubles. Im actually sad i didnt hop on it when i was at the price of $200 a month ago, but i do feel that it is going to be greater in price, it has already surpassed bitcoin with the amount of money that has changed hands in the last 24hours by the millions.

I think the representation is not really king but the mother of all crypto currency since bitcoin is the root of all crypto currency. There is a lot of crypto currency online that is better than bitcoin but still, bitcoin is reigning over them. Too many people believe in the real bitcoin, so I don't think that they can quit it for bitcoin cash even the fees there is too low compared to the real bitcoins. Personally, I have some altcoins and i converted it to bitcoin, Not bitcoin cash, because i believe that bitcoin is too powerful and it can't die, even if there is now more than 100k unconfirmed transactions, I am sure that i will fix soon.

I am talking about the features of other alternative coins. If you think of it, there is a lot of other crypto currency in terms of transaction time, transaction fees and the anonymity, Bitcoin Cash is one of them. That case we can say that other altcoins are better than bitcoin, still bitcoin is the "root" of all these crypto currency the reason it is still reigning in the crypto currency world.

They won't find a solution. They've been claiming that they solved the fee problem since 2013, but nothing at all has happened. They don't want to solve the fee problem. They want an off-chain solution with high fees that goes through their own companies.

It won't kill it, but BTC will for sure be much much weaker if the situation stays this way (which it might, primarily because the miners are allegedly switching to BCH).

The question is how much money will stay in the BCH, and how much will decide to go back to BTC.

I dont get the hate for bitcoin cash. I understand that a lot of people have invested in bitcoin and wont like to see another coin do better, but tghe truth is that bitcoin has serious flaws that bch answers. It may never take over from bitcoin. I'd like to see my bitcoin investment grow, but that doesn't mean both cannot co exist, or one the death of the other.

Bitcoin Cash's movements in the recent days are not normal. There are so many people who joined during the pump but ended up being victims of an opposite event. The dump that quickly followed was very serious. More than a thousand dollars in value was wiped out in just a few hours. This is the problem when you join a pump whose reason you do not even totally understand. It could very well end up a manipulated growth.

The limit you are talking about ,if it is regarding the price of either coin,then there is nothing you can do,but when it comes to scaling bitcoin cash has more scaling features than the present bitcoin network ,so going towards purely a mass adaptable coin i would say bitcoin cash will have better opportunities unless bitcoin finds some alternative to the masses.

the way i see it, Bitcoin is like the USD - Bitcoin backs all altcoins, IMF is backed by federal reserve notes (USD) - so while it could theoretically happen that BCH replaces BTC, for now the odds are slim and I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Bitcoin can also be scaled. Soon the Lightning Network will be launched and transactions in the bitcoin network will be conducted in seconds and with a low commission and Bitcoin Cash nobody will be needed.

Bitcoin will be the daddy and king of cryptocurrency,  no other altcoin can overthrown bitcoin,  bitcoincash cannot overthrow Ethereum not to talk of bitcoin,  so it's absolutely impossible for Bch to kill Btc

I don't know if any coin can kill Bitcoin in the future but, the coin's name that will possibly kill the Bitcoin won't include the "Bitcoin" that's for sure...
