I did that, but then I noticed the minimum cashout is 3 mBTC. at that point, I lost it all very quickly. I was pretty bummed out to say the least. I would exercise extreme caution if you plan to deposit to this site. they strike me as the type of place that will do everything in their power to keep your money.

I have never seen a no deposit bonus that works like what you have just experienced. It means that this 1mbtc bonus has a max cash out of 1mbtc but the minimum withdraw is 3mbtc. Actually you cant complain about it as it is their terms which you have to agree before you take the bonus. I can confirm that 3 mBTC was added to my balance. there no longer seems to be a 3 mBTC minimum withdrawal, so after playing for a little while, I initiated a withdrawal of 1 mBTC. the system appeared to accept my request and is now pending approval. I'll update accordingly.

You have the proof and you contacted the support, I guess you won't bring any attention from OP since the account hasn't been online since March 30, 2018. Bring this matter to the scam accusation thread so OP will be tag accordingly if your evidence is convincing. You should follow my advise for the benefit of the entire gambling community.
